Eye Mist U

Its like Karen Carpenter knew
How I long to be close to you
But COVID-19
Has slipped in between
Naught to do but colour me blue!

Modern technology makes communication with loved ones MUCH better than during the Plague or even up to the 1940s when Quarantines were still vigorously imposed! Being told you can NOT do something naturally gets one's back up, so use the time to prepare for when the good times roll again! Aloha! Rico

I wrote this to encourage your grandchildren to draw a picture of you, then colour it blue to show they understand you miss them, as it would make a great keepsake for the COVID-19 Quarantine/Lockdown. Aloha! Rico
