Divine Stunner

Stunning by standing
Your curves ragdolling my mind
Divine rhapsody
Beckoning me to worship
Melting pot of sex appeal

Melting Pot

The Chinese are going for bagels
The Jews head out for won ton
I really am not quite sure anymore
Which side I am on!

Meant To Be

The majority,
Has become a minority,
I can whisper my joy,
For every girl and boy,
Who will know the melting pot,
This land was meant to be.

Ever Change

Glass looking
Mirror shots
Happy times
Post mark
Expensing just character
Improvements pattern cast
Dividing superficial power
Melting pot requirement

Premium Member my yard

My yard is full of useless things
Items I thought I had to have in my younger days
Some were used
Others were never used
My yard is a dumper-hoarder’s melting pot of stuff.

Mlk Elementary Anthem

Fifty States United
In an healthy Zone
Everyone is different
But proud to call it home
Children are singing
As they grow
So all the world
Will hear and know
There shall always be
A sequel
For Americans
born equal!

A Target

A Cold arrow
Puts "me" through
Then, turns to be warming up,
And flaring

It must be made so by my blood
And my spirit

And what "Me" is supposed to mean then?
A melting pot?
A zero point of a coordinate?
No! It means that "Me" IS just a target.

Australia Day

This is Australia Day!
Home of the free,
Because of the brave,
Off to save Democracy,
Because of the brave,
One big melting pot for thee,
Because of the brave,
Home of the free,
Our personal fave,
Home of the free,
Because of the brave,
This is Australia Day!

Love Is

the entrance
to the seventh
sense collective
evolution
her lips wandered
in the valley of my
innocence crest of my
rigidity my idiosyncrasies
melting pot of subdued love
intertwining thoughts
unchartered territory
of metaphysical
existence
love is

mutilate
manipulate
touch
fondle
and burn
fleshes wounds
hot wax's touch
not too little
not much
choke
gloat and burn in hell
I see her face
hot sand
cold hands
man to man
twisted corpse
mine to warp
melting pot of
your hot
retort
deeper into
your mind
like a tape worm
dripped in wine

Scalding hot
The melting pot
City slickers
With knotted knickers
Traffic jams
Slaughter of lambs
Put up a fight
Speed of light
Amidst the rat race
Within reach a can of mace
Keeping up
Got bumped up
Then retired
Just got too tired

Your Love

The poem!
Your Touch
The rhyme!
Your kiss
My melting pot of gladness,
For all times.
You make my spirits soar
When you whisper
In the quiet moments of
Dawn
Or
At midnight
Or
Sunrise...mornings
Dimmed in fog
Wet with dew...
The blessing of our love
Is
Always
And
Forever true.

C. Alvez

Tell Me

Tell me

beauty can not cry
brain can not stop
talking about you
can not go right

melting pot of gold
grows a plant of red
rose

your house is like
a lovely sand near
the hot sun

I daily fail to ask you
one simple thing tell me
when you love

with love all

Your Love

Yes!
Your love
The poem!
Your Touch
The rhyme!
Your kiss
My melting pot of gladness,
For all times.
You make my spirits soar
When you whisper
In the quiet moments of
Dawn
Or
At midnight
Or
Sunrise...mornings
Dimmed in fog
Wet with dew...
The blessing of our love
Is
Always
And
Forever true.

Fever Returns

Death wil wash
the feet of truth.
Grass,where the blood spilled
has gone for sale.

A pink eye stalks
the night in dark
humility. You know
moon was rising.

A melting pot rips
apart the ghost.
Besottled I celebrate
the arrival of flames.

Thirsty, you throw the
ice cubes on the ramp.
Butterflies are going to
visit the altar.

five, seven, five craze
poet’s mind becomes obsessed --
visions of seasons

all four blend as one
melting pot of poetry --
eating more than words

winter puts pounds on
spring has us on a diet --
words spew more slowly

bikini summer
Brad Pitt leaves Jolie for me --
in my wildest dreams

Premium Member America Is Who We Are

Some live their lives helping others
The less fortunate, we defend
Providing food, shelter, clothing & jobs
Hoping they’re better off in the end

Others live inconsiderate lives
Humane is not how they feel
They act as if they’re all that matters
In this age… they better get real

‘The melting pot of the world’
People coming from lands quite far
Feeding & caring for others
America is who we are

Katrina

Out of the gulf came a voodoo child
spawned from the depths of hell,
And cast upon this melting pot
her black magic spell.
And the voodoo child she watches
her dark potion swell
To envelop and engulf the
poor serf and peasant.
Now the dead of the past
greet those of the present,
And form their bonds 'neath
the citie's pale crescent.
And the voodoo child she cackles and
twirls her feathers of fowl and pheasant.

A New Kind of Love

Transcending physical pleasure
A new kind of love comes to me
The clouds above are smiling
As this new love dances through the depths of my soul
In the heart of the city
a single flower rises from the pavement
Hang on, city dwellers!
a new kind of love is being born
As individuals from different cultures meet
A transcendent joy overwhelms them
The "melting pot"
swings into action
leaving stardust in its wake

The bell lends its rhythmic voice to the rising of the breeze. The docks awake to the hues of morning crawling across the harbor waters. Dark depths, lucid ebony under the siege of first light. A war is fought, but lost by the night.

In the dissipating murky mists, a dock hand takes the leads of a ship in for port. The Harbor Master stirs to life the melting pot of the quay with booming orders that gets the ant work underway.

Hot Rally Soup Note: Must be prepared in July

Take one demigod from the melting pot
Give it a Mega-phone (the louder the better)
Mix in a heavy dose of Fox News, make it a bit overbearing
In a separate pot,
mix 70 million evangelicals
2 or 3 million fanatics -depending on your tolerance
Season with lies and fear
Add holy water, a couple of cases of Budweiser and demigod mixture
But first clip a piece of ear and discard
sit in the sun until it boils- stirring occasionally

Perceptual Shifts

Bouncing across the checker board
I'll captain this ship
Advance or retreat
Something in between

Power holds all the money
Its funny to be upset or
Disgruntled

Synesthesia rampart
As molten sense changes form
Its altered or reborn
A soul in the melting pot
Of Creation

So when its your turn
Ill observe
The movement and assumption
Which battery packed brigade
Made it across the line

Jujitsu in the heart of the city
Street stomping Wall Street papers

honors regrowth, the melting pot of the free.
E is for emergence, of new thoughts, new lives, new mysteries.
R is for the richness of cultural diversity.
I is for a fresh idealism not false idolatry.
A is for admiration of America¢s bold beauty.

And all that spelled America

THE WAY THINGS GO

   Earth
that turns on itself
being turned inside and out
has focus and shows itself
in luxury and amenities
like in big cities!
Big cities are showcases
they turn and show themselves night and day:
London displays its fog,
Paris its light,
Madrid Moorish beauty
Rio naked architecture...
Shanghai mysterious aura
New York melting pot
Moscow intriguing way
Our world turns being
only a particle of the
general movement of the Cosmos...!
