Where the Broadway shows are spectacular and witty.

A skyscraper, what is that? Asks a child from Chad.
I’m the Empire State Building, beautiful and bad.
Decorated each December in lights of green and red.
Come to New York City, see me, and get amply fed....

Her parents were not musical, which made her forlorn.
The scarecrow loved music though, his name was Thorn.

He fell in love with her, and her clarinet too.
Their relationship was a secret, according to Sue.
A tornado took Thorn and blew him to Kalamazoo.
This truly made his female musician feel lonely and blue....

She meditated in the forest when a large black crow

Right next to his rat and his family of twenty-seven.
Maybe I should shave it off, said her mother Heaven....

The fish were excited to see the hot air balloon cat.
They agreed to come along, one brought his blue hat.
Once attached to the bottom of the basket they flew
Through the air to Michigan, maybe Kalamazoo.

This is great! The fish agreed with each other.
Until the cat pulled up their father and brother.
No one came back down, which seemed odd to them.
By the end of the ride the cat was full, said story teller Jim....

We followed the trail to the edge of the cliff
then siix purple seagulls
gave us a lift

way out on the island of kalamazoo
we chartered a couple of young kangaroo
to bounce us to Boston
or maybe Bombay
we knew that where ever we went
we could pay,

the twenty six pickles 
they asked for the ride
(we gave them two more
for a tip with great pride)

Now we've come to visit 
for maybe a year,
or seventeen minutes,
it isn't quite clear....
