Weather Chilly
In the chilly weather, all just wonder
Inside the blanket, incubated a night
Still rains pouring, cocks still crow
To signify for all, lives ripe to start
Contents of incubation, turn to give more...

Incubation
You tell me I'm no good.
You chop me up for firewood,
and all the while my thick black smoke bellows through your veins,
searching, looking for a place to call my own,
a cell to make my home,
it is here I will begin....

Loves Creation
“We are the creation of eternal love...fragmental sparks of the divine”
In the womb of all creation
Lies a love we can not see
We can feel its incubation
As we travel our destiny.

Black Is Poetic
It's the concealment of many words yet spoken
The hidden thoughts not let go
Black is beauty buried within
The hub of greater things to come
The incubation of things on its way
Black is heavily pregnant
Waiting to deliver
Black is the miles not yet walked
Black isn't evil
Black is poetic....

Soul-Searching
Incubation was not
complete. The thirst of
thoughts will find a
convoluted shell-
wrapping up the kernel.
Throw a stone on the
sinner. This was on
me. I will accept the
rocks to open up-
a fountain.
There was a silver screen
for the lovers. You will
not regret for the raw
emotions. A sperm whale
in the sea will spew-
a streams of profanities.

Galaxy Spirals
My galaxy spirals in incubation of sacred dream
The 5th element, silent and unseen
Sparks the immortal flame within my skin
Spiritual mother turns my world
The life that is both old and new
Blends in unison and in truth
The maiden sings her song so pure
The mother hums a lullaby of star and moon
The crone groans on in an ancient tongue
Inspiration of this earthen home...

Butterflies of Beauty
Butterflies of Beauty
Cold incubation holds
these butterflies of beauty
locked within cocoon’s
mock death
awaiting
soft fairy kiss
spring quickening
muted hearts
transforming
quiescent chrysalis
calling to the wings
unfold
fan the wisps
of rainbow sun
become the beauty
that is you.

Child Incubus
Child Incubus
Wild baby forms in the womb
He has no name or original sin to speak of
Incubation time of the creature will be determined
Doctors treat all unborn humans like tumors
They must be extracted as such
Mother is sedated, removed from the action
C-section, clamp, close and done
Doctor is god at this moment
Mom is an unholy spectator on creation
Screaming, “What is it doctor?!”
It’s an incubus...

Where To, a Wedding
A wedding may lead to a child
first one and then another
A strong, healthy marriage, unified
bonds of children, groom and bride…
Yet a wedding can lead to aggravation
even a parting of the ways
When a hurried period of incubation
douses the initial blaze
May yours be long and rewarding
on Earth, in Heaven ~ life-transforming

No Where To Run
This merciless invasion
A wolf in incubation
Deadly maturation
Mandatory isolation
Fear upon fear amplification
World-wide gargantuan
A new generation
Of lives in detention
Many made concessions
Amongst frustrations
Swilling in the stagnation
Of nature's destruction
Unmerciful predation
No retaliation
Where is salvation
On this train of extinction
Oh God help the nations
Escape this damnation
Save us from ruination
And give us resurrection...

Negative Thoughts
Negative Thoughts
Written: by Tom Wright
2/17/2018
It’s our thoughts that determine just how we feel,
And our reaction to same is not subject to appeal.
By providing negative thoughts incubation to spawn,
Our behaviors change and we’re a pessimism pawn.
From my perspective the glass as half brimming,
I look past any sharks that might be swimming.
A Godly attitude encompasses all I’m surveying,
He’s the motivator that keeps me from straying.

Lyric
Explosions
Violence unalloyed.
I want you to hear
the noise, light and blast.
Shrouded inside,
a chandelier breaks
in splinters of hymns-
all enveloping. In the positional
vertigo, you hit the nail.
I call it quits, undating
a curve, an arch.
Incubation.
It was incomplete. They will parade
the victim naked, because she was
raped. Why did she let loose
the testosterones ?
Walking ferns and
wish bone.
The inmate wants nothing.
She has come to stay in dark
till the sun unrises.
