Ted Cruz
the implausible poseur distorting others' views
try a few of his own
see him preen for those selfies with gullibles half grown....

Premium Member Iceberg
Listen to poem:
Immensely fathomless
It's implausible that
Immersed below unseen
Is 90 percent of ice mass
Inducing any stray
Invincible ship to
Imbibe id on the rocks...

Leo’s whacky ideas were impractical
implausible
unthinkable
impossible
until he brought them into fruition
showing his relatives
and his neighbors
the faith it takes for a bumblebee to fly...

Phosphenes
In disbelief
Phosphenes shine
All I see
Is only mine
The trails
The ghosts
The U.F.O.s
The me I am
The highs and lows
Glimpses of truth,
Wasted youth
Implausible outcomes
Photo booths
Distorted views
Slanted trees
The little sights
I can’t unsee...

Cryptic Facade
That human you hide behind,
“They” were never that human.
That human you hid behind,
That human Died.
Died years ago.
“They” were never that human.

“They” were the opposite.
The opposite of that human.
“They” were implausible; untrue.
That human was never “They”....

Premium Member I Finally Had to Write it Up
I gave up this idea
It was not working at all
It seemed too fantastical
Implausible as a dog cat wall

The idea kept rushing back into my brain
Throwing herself at my gray matter once and again
Turning herself into a jazzy song with a refrain
I finally had to write it up, I knew I could not win....

Premium Member A Beep
The slightest sound
                        imaginable
So soft, barely audible
                        implausible

Such a tiny bump --
Had I even heard anything --

Produces such an awful
                        S C R A T C H

On my once-shiny, once-new
                         black Sedan...

In the End
When earth starts to rumble And the ground begins to crumble Surrounded by images that are implausible The destruction so inconceivable Maybe I will stumble through the rubble And most likely I will struggle But I'll stay humble Try not to grumble On my journey to hear Gods sweet mumble

Engine engine number nine
Take me to another place and time
A world maybe parallel to mine
Somewhere untouched by mankind
I know through God all things are possible
In concideration for the implausible
But if this train should fall off its track
At least I know Im still not coming back...

Premium Member 'new Depths With You'
If for every minute I thought of you
A wave should hit the shore
The ocean would be a perfect shade of blue
These days I just want more
Like a treasure I need to explore
The depth of your very being
Generates this implausible feeling
Catapulting me onto new terrain
I can’t say that it is not pleasing
I hope that it will never wane......

Premium Member America Is Not Laughing
I am mystified
confused
saddened

by the breakdown of our country
it did not happen gradually
rather all at once

if we had seen a TV show about it
we would have died laughing
Because it would have been hilariously implausible

Civil War and unrest prances in my mind now
One hundred and twenty thousand dead Americans
and their families are not laughing...

Light Blue Rose
This
Rose
Of Blue.
A touch of
The impossible
Is attained by the lover.
What was once thought could not be done, was implausible
Is attained by passion and fervency which lay dormant and inactive in the heart, this light blue rose.

Journey
A poem inspired by an old girlfriend's love of the band, Journey.

--------------------------------
It's no place
To raise a family
If disqualified
From that state to be
No matter what I tried
It's impossible
And it's implausible
To be Forever Yours
Faithfully
Despite my pride
If you're prevented from
Saying unto me
I'm the One for you
On life's Journey
That stabbed inside
You hurt me too...

Premium Member peacock tells the tale
the wildest largest most unbelievable tale is told by Peacock dear.
Rambunctious raccoon is rolling his eyes, and a finger around his ear
I try to concentrate, but keep peeking back at the raccoon, who is funny.
Peacock's eyesight is not good, he cannot see approaching bunny.
His ears are good, so he is right. Peacock’s story is implausible at best.
Let me tell you the rest, Peacock dear says to me. Let me tell you the rest!...

Premium Member I Can See Other People More Clearly
I easily see other’s faults; they annoy me to the max.
So irritating, I think.
So annoying.
So ignorant.
So despicable.
So, attention-seeking.
So ridiculously childish.
So selfish.
So implausible.

Whereas my own faults are not as clearly presented.
Matter of fact, some days I am practically perfect in every day.
And can find nothing wrong with me at all.
This is one of those days.
Of course, I have only been awake
for six minutes....

Premium Member Graying Darkness Awakes the Night
Graying darkness awakes the night;
       Nimbus reflecting restless sea.
          Beyond implausible horizon sight.

   Graying darkness awakes the night
      Unattainable utmost breadth height,
Reaching out to the world for thee.

   Graying darkness awakes the night
      Nimbus reflecting restless sea.
