Beautiful, dark, fathomless, breathless, hair! From thy thread, you captured my heart and I stand in silence. As birds, Helga in gold, green and "Braids."

As Helga Gives Me Frail Peace
As Helga gives me frail peace
At ancient walls of Thunder tower
I want to touch her hand, I miss
this warmth. I won’t release my power.
Flirtation’s nothing for my soul
It is detestable, forbidding;
It needs just flesh it makes me fall
It darkens our bashful meeting.
It’s hostile for the heart of mine,
For moment of this sweetest feeling,
I ask myself; I don’t know why
She makes me happy willy-nilly....

Vaness Williams - the Once Miss America
The news said "Vanessa's nudity was porn"!
She was looked upon with scorn.
Helga, however, was said to be beauty and art;
No criticism did her nudity impart.

Perhaps Vanessa should have posed
For an artist with pallet instead of lens,

Premium Member I Flip Rabbits
He wanted to date Helga in the worst way.
She had heard nothing of him.
What do you do for a living? She asked him.
I flip rabbits.

What does that mean?
He showed her, flipping two out of his sack onto their heads.

One of them was limping.

Is there a need for that? Helga asked him.
“Not yet, but I am hoping there will be.”
She decided to date him based on his optimism.
And because she was a rescuer of idiots....

Premium Member Eclipse This
eclipse an errant eon
inhale discordant ions
exhale insectile icons

disarm misfiring memes
take umbrage under a titanic umbrella
recede from seething red-holes in sinkholes

just so you know…
Helga and Zohar orbit the Moon
a harsh mistress giggles indifferently
a cold cosmos says nothing
you are (not) what you think (you are)

forbid fallacious words
forget wordy fallacies
forgo fatuous wormholes

FYI, it’s Awesome
FWIW, it's Perfect
TBH, it’s FUBAR...

Premium Member Sandwich Queen From Sandwich
Helga was from a small town – Sandwich Illinois
It used to have seven thousand people
It was down to five thousand now
She thought she knew most of them

She had been the sandwich queen in 2010
The fifty-seventh sandwich queen
You have to come to the sandwich fair, her friends said
She could not explain this to others,
Because they had not grown up in Sandwich

Attending the Sandwich Fair was important to her family
Especially her mother and grandmother
Both former sandwich queens...
