Why and to what end,
Trying to understand life
By using sheer force
You can't hasten the meanings,
They'll come to you in good time
'Fools hasten to defeat others and establish victory,
Not knowing, real victory is victory over oneself... one's impulsive instincts'
hasten feat —
the shortcut, worthwhile?
pay the price,
when you fall…
instead clear the land, plant seeds —
narrow way succeeds

Music to your eyes
Candy to your ears
Harken at your sighs
Hasten at your fears
Wish upon the stars
Wipe away the years
Wilt away the scars
Wisp away the tears
Reincarnation: Autumn's landscape of color hasten return
Anticipation: Amber golds, crimsons, and tangerines we yearn
Elimination: Unworthy umber, culled to suffer and burn
A mind overcast with doubts,
A fervent prayer to dispel them.
A noise of inward madness,
A mute prayer to pacify it.
A denial of the mundane self,
A congregational prayer to hasten the advent.
Form:
How come
When I see you
I cannot help but smile
I can’t help but feel enamored
I cannot hasten my breath, as it stops
A feeling as if I’m dying
My heart then rules my brain
I ache inside
How come
My tactics in the battle of the bulge
The secret I hasten to divulge
To neither women or man
But I’ve decided I can
The secret wasn’t to over indulge

should I fear my autumn
when Juniper wilts with me
and the sagging stars above
edge closer to the sea
should I fear my autumn
with winter still to show
my days hasten their step
for night engulfs me so
Horribly, heartlessly horrifying hearty healthy hookworms hasten to
heat up Henry’s hamburger haven. Here within, harmoniously and happily harbored and headquartered in Henry’s haphazardly helter-skelter heroic stomach.
In the depths of the darkness
Colors do fasten
Through the brightness of pure white
The light does hasten
The pathway exposed
Leads to finer place of rest
Lifting up composed

Naughty, naughty, quite naughty I can be
Lose all inhibitions, I let my wind blow free
From top end or bottom
Smells often quite rotten
Hasten to tell you, I'm a foul air stinker parolee

Tis ere that time
when shadows growing long beckon
stay
tarry awhile
run and play
Hasten not from the cool breezes
nor from the waking chorus of those
who would stir in the ebon hours
singing to thee
stay
tarry awhile
run and play.
hedgehogs, happy birthday hats and hamsters have a holiday
having hand-held hoes has highlighted Harry’s heavy Hanover hay
hellacious heavy thunderstorms hasten the hedgehogs away
leaving birthday hats and hamsters, who happily decide to stay.
Our footsteps hasten us to this:
the warmth of hearth, the welcome kiss.
For those less fortunate I pray
a home sweet home they'll find one day.

Faded hopes hasten, like shadows
Over the spirit who surely knows
Forever is ensured by love’s Son,
One who will someday say ‘well done’
To those who follow Him through life,
Lost no more because He ends all strife!
green has gone dormant
days have become much shorter~
autumn's gentle grip
maple proudly flaunts
multihued autumnal leaves~
a feast to the eye
dry leaves fly about
they all hasten to their grave~
to become fodder
We are the withdrawal
on a dappled day
White Vultures Swarm
bone dry is the day,
Now our lives are hasten
We are cheek by Jowl
Giant lies interlude
Secret tunes of cabbages and Kings
burgled routes to strawn away
In the last peek of love
A giant hope glistens to espy
Of being prejudiced Clyde was accused,
Leaving his reputation a tad bruised.
"If I'm hateful, so be it,
But I hasten to admit,
I hate pizza with anchovies", he mused!

... dance there, fruitflies dance
in the air jackfruit's fragrance
tropical romance!
... gardens mist-moistened
on prim petals dews glisten
bumblebees hasten!
... flowers flirt, winds sing
butterflies flutter, wasps zing
time to soothe or sting!
The day seems long,
There’s no end in sight.
Gone is my song
So, hasten the night.
Troubles are many
There seems no relief.
Friends – there aren’t any,
That’s my belief.
Is my thinking wrong?
Have I been deceived?
Did I really lose the song?
Or have I foolishly believed??
It has been a while
since here was your presence
and, admittedly, in essence
Empty is this life.
Missed in your absence
is your wit and your laughter,
the cheerfulness you offer,
That perhaps time should hasten
For hearts do tend to yearn
for your return.
Soul says hello, from cave of heart
Yet ego responds not
Feel bliss ignition, therein start
Exit narrow thought slot
Cessation, the way, friend
To Gods will, here now bend
Hasten now, to ascend
Love throb follow
Soul says hello

as long as we believe we’re body-mind
forgiveness issues will leave heart in pain
if head melds with heart, both with love aligned
only then will our soul be free from stain
else we will reincarnate to retrain
so life choices we make are up to us
the wise ones hasten to board God’s bliss bus
A tall, handsome, young man from Rangoon,
With huge feet, shaped as two balloons.
Wailed ,”No girl will want me!”
A maid cried, ” I choose thee!”
Please hasten to their wedding next June!
