Sixty-Nine Reasons
I spread her wanting derriere as making love unto she..
Perfect sweetness; cumming, and all I could do was enjoy while
My heart raced to catch her haloes breath; sucking, her beautiful breast....

Blind Faith
I look for a sign.
If I could see His footprints,
or some honest to God relics,
like a lock of His hair
or the ring He wore.
If the LaBrae Tar pit were filled
with haloes and harps
perhaps,
I could believe.
If there was a place like Graceland
where I could
touch His bathrobe and bedroom slippers,
Then,
my faith
wouldn’t have to be
so blind....

Premium Member Mount Vesuvius
Pompeii at the top of the stairs,
Her negligee glowing like the moonlight.
The trancelike eclipse chases her to bed.
The milky softness of her gown —
birds like stars stun him to moans.
The thickness of her hair haloes the pillow
A mirror reflects his volcanic shadow.
The universe — the subtle kisses
the eruption of Vesuvius.
Seems forever at rest, in each other’s arms.

Lderliness
Elderliness

Closer and closer they came
old women with faces made of lava
and stinking volcanic mouths.
Bodies of soil after years of drought,
dead oasis simmered
between thin thighs and haloes
of brittle hair.
They slowly stomped during ancient dust
covered their bird claw feet.
I turned and fled through a thorny bush.
Stumbled into indifference time.
Fell into a muddy lake
and drowned in a cascade of ages....

Premium Member A Displacing Faith
Stalwart, salient, silent,
broader arms release / embrace
our metered miles.
Measured with the tenuous touch
of when to now.
So paused, we then invent, somehow
this time of shimmering moments.
As the darkness of dusk is lapped
by the edge of the day,
heads all bowed, the new nuns pray,
faces bathed in the blue-white
spiritual light of i-phones;
angels walking this new earth
with faces wearing the crowns
of haloes that have slipped down....

Premium Member Christmas Fire Magic
Viewing a crèche on the fireplace mantel, flames below kissing the air leave shadow-play that brings the figures to life. Jesus smiles at me and a donkey lies down beside the mangered child. I could see the glow from angel haloes; a star and the flames produce more light-beings. Christmas magic is found within the natural realm; flames like Christ’s, light, fuel the soul and warm the heart. Nature is magic Elements all interact; Create miracles.
