Cupcake
a crinoline dress crumpled by the bed;
the prom queens on her back -
a cupcake stripped of its frilled paper....

Scent of Peonies-Bite Size Poem
Frilled edges of flora in bloom
Along my garden’s fences
Sweet scent of peony perfume
Invades my senses
They dance on stately stems
Pink skirts ruffled at their hems...

Attractive To Others
People admire me as I walk down the street,
They point at me, not being discreet,
I have green hair and metal in my face,
Purple pants, a shirt frilled with lace,
My good looks must makes hearts skip a beat....

Antique Abyss
Upon an empty shelf in a place
No one can remember sits a doll in lace
Frilled collar, Elizabethan taste
Blue eyes twinkle on her face

Cherubic lips ready for a kiss,
Dusty blond - of a quality long missed

Alone on a shelf she just sits
Waiting for someone to remember her
in her antique abyss....

Valentines Day
The drive from the airport
took us two days.
We had to sample each other
in bedrooms and showers,
in hot-tubs, in the frilled thrill
of paid for rooms.
Later, we did it in the car like kids.
This Valentine’s Day
there will be a different kind of passion,
a love of wine and warm sheets,
chocolates and
old movies....

Water Fall
Exotic hairs, whitish
Frilled black rock,
Amidst, The frames of
Colored dress,
Shined in spring,

Scenic sights blend into snow beads,
Smoothed and attuned blurred visions,
Breeze, befriended with her,
Kissed cheeks,

Perceived her as a queen,
In my flabby mind,

Wished to possess it always,
Inner corner of rolled eyes....

Premium Member Wandering Among Blooms
As I wander through hint of evergreen

My garden blushes with an opaque moonlight...

Till fireflies ride to embellish lush scene

Adorning jasmines, pebbles in sways bright

Unaware, heart dreary blooms on frilled night!

Premium Member A Frilled Lizard Story
A frilled lizard is not easy to hide.
And she is bossy, mean sometimes.
There is one hiding behind my lounger now.
Waiting for me to put down the TV remote.
If she gets it she will take it back to Australia
On the next cruise liner.
I act nonchalant as I put my TV remote
Smoothly into a little drawer.
Her claw comes up and she scrapes me one
On my right arm.
I deserved it....

she plucks pink petals one by one till there none a stark bare stem with beauty gone and empty would that she could glue them back but it is done and now no soft and secret silk will tempt thee even the green, moist, straight stem bends in the sun and there are fresh new flowers full and plenty a vast field of flowers frilled and frenzied sought yet only this can tell if he loves you not

On the Way
The drive from the airport
took us two days.
We had to sample each other
in bedrooms and showers,
in hot-tubs, in the frilled thrill
of paid for rooms.

Weeks later we did it in the car
on the way to some forgotten place.
It was awkward, I had misremembered
how a car can restrict.
We hastily gathered ourselves
lest the young show up
with cell phones.

Little lambs we were,
and sheep do not grow old,
except in the light of day....

A Passion Still There
The drive from the airport
took us two days.
We had to sample each other
in bedrooms and showers,
in hot-tubs, in the frilled thrill
of paid for rooms.

Weeks later, we did it in the car
like kids. It was awkward, I had forgotten
how a small car can restrict.
We hastily gathered ourselves
lest the young show up
with a cell phone.

Now there’s a different kind of passion,
a love of wine, warm sheets,
chocolates and
old movies....

Plot of the Siren
I saw the undulating belly of the sea
  Sensuous and beckoning me
Frilled dress of tides pulled up
  Over white thighs of sand
Ripples of fingers from a caressing hand
My eyes took the portrait like a cup
My tongue lingered at its rim
The siren's lips singing seduced me to sup
And through the rocks my desires swim
My hunger could not leave her supple thighs
Softly whispering promising things to me
I cross the hesitant beach to joy in glory....
