Premium Member Upon Finned Wings
Jettisoned to the skies upon finned wings of a flying fish, I sail the nimbus of inspiration, to worlds beyond infinity’s placid caress.

The bass and perch are both spinny-finned.
Whereas sand dollars are spiny-skinned.
Sea urchins and starfish are spiny-skinned too.
I love my world book which is totally brand new!...

Flirt
Flirt

Colin the Crayfish has been dishing up the dirt,
Saying, Little Polly Pike is an outrageous flirt.
Tim Trout’s going to be her new finned friend,
She hooked him by a rock pool, on the river bend....

The Heron
Billed and blue with hidden graces,
master of ancient tide,
stalking for a slippery snack-

WINDMILL IMAGES

The old miller remembers
Learning, turning, yearning

A lifetime of struggling
And wind arm-wrestling

Swimming as a fish four-finned

Land ships with canvas filled
Which never leave port

Why did the desperate fish

“Buy one and get one free!”...

Metatron’s secretarial skills, translating, recording Akashic; a vigilant worker, indeed! Every soul is an author; the greatest literary compendium, the book of life, is written by all souls. God makes no distinction; all souls, two-legged, four-legged, winged, scaled and finned, are the same; dust of Gaia; breath of God. As each completes a chapter, an angel’s ink well is refilled. He never tires of the duty.

Premium Member Ugly Poem
Broken glass world
pithed with black flags
madmen and misfits.
Where is our god in all this fantastic muck?
Atop an out of touch mountain top...
Salving wounds of savant sons?

Far below all the rest flayed and salted.
mostly forgotten
Our collective-depressive monkey minds fleeing to
origami boats.
Drifting upon shark finned ponds.
Flaming arrows line the shores.
Ribbed strays and one-legged orphans
turning tricks for milk and crumbs
and the rustic prosthetic called
love....
