Never about the mileage
but about the miles
Always about the moment lived
— escaping time
(Dreamsleep: May, 2024)
a smile
is unspoken words
escaping from your heart
leaving behind the sounds
just taking with it
the feeling and emotion
Spirits of a rose
Send messages to the Sun
Fragrance in Yellow...

Set the forest aflame,
As I realize how’re no longer the same.
Set my sight on escaping,
As I run from wildfire ever burning.
ban the horizon
harbinger of heatwaves
abandon fever
bound towards the sea
embrace your transparent realm
and thalassic depths
Ducks dive upside down
Searching olive green shallows
For grubs escaping

Slowly my eyelids
Lower themselves upon my cheeks
Escaping is the world before me as
Everything goes dark and quiet
Painlessly I go...

midnight oil burns~
ink stains
the page where commas crawl
like ants
escaping light
echoes from fallen timber, tucks his head
slowly escaping the smoke
he lives another day

Escaping their bowls,
Poor fish flipping and flopping;
Dying free at last:-
Let us flip-flop injustice,
As we live lives free at last.
Students escaping classes was always a problem. Yesterday, the headmaster caught Herpes on the corridor.

How swift the disappearing of shadow
meshing with green foliage
Like my hasty choices

Cold night engulfs an injured bird
Wings caging it from
The naked reality
It seeks warmth
In a frosted golden cage
Of escaping hope...
lithe light lovely words float past
escaping my touch as a butterfly does
one lands in the form of a dragonfly
or are you a damselfly?
I have no words
Packing up to finally leave her,
seven dwarfs getting a breather,
no more butler days,
enjoying sun's rays,
escaping Snow's screams and diva demeanor.
Stopping for a Second
An endless pouring
Is escaping from my soul.

Poetic form: Senryu
some fellow the white coats call spade
perceived a great fortune be made
as a new day arose
drew great birds on his toes
escaping the white coats dismayed
I could shed rags for an emperor's robe
I could climb mountains to escape the sea
I could circumnavigate the globe
But there's no escaping
The me of me.
"Penny for my thoughts?"...I'd offer them free of charge if they'd not escape.

Creak ... creak.
Afraid to speak, this boy,
Who runs.
Escaping now, this house of sounds.
Whoosh, creak, clang and pop
Leaving house ... leaving block.

Ain't no justice living in poetic prison,
The heart pumping ink while stuck in its rhythm,
Why I feel the need for the pen to bleed,
Coz to me it's a mystery.
Escaping into tomorrow,
while running from today
The wolf gives chase, my memories flee
—the past to howl and bay

green moss, low fog dawn
windswept breeze through old willows
tombstone, cold alone
