April Showers Bring May Flurries??

The middle of May
and flurries! What's this I see?
Dandelion globes:
fine, feathery parachutes
distributed by the wind.

Spinal Run

the pain,
was not pain,
in the main,
till it climbed the spine,
and ran up there in mind,
it hit a spot ,
and from there distributed it got,
it was only then pain made him whine.

Military Spread Thin Again

Spread Thin Again

Military is stretched too far beyond a doubt,
Many who are sailors have started to shout;
Poorly distributed,
And being inhibited;
Making their each mission hard to carry out.

The Power of the Word

Word, strenght,
       distributed vitality
       among all...
       Stored in everything.
       Force,
       centrifuge,
       centripetal, which pulls,
       vortex,
       by chance... not by chance...
chance is also a word... !

Premium Member The Slap

There should be clearer signs,
as a relationship starts to break up
- the hiss of steam, a twist of smoke perhaps
or debris distributed across a hot,
cloudless, summer evening sky.
That way, the force of recognition
wouldn’t be so much of a slap.

Trump Not Well Suited

Trump Not Well Suited

For President Trump is not well suited,
Which is difficult to have been refuted;
Brains thin are spread;
Him we surely do dread;
Equal parts out in space should be distributed.

Why are some people blessed and others in distress Shouldn't happiness be distributed equally for everyone to access Think I'll write to the powers that be To pass a law to make happiness free It sure would go a long way to eliminate the world's stress

Showers

the heat of the water
is poorly distributed;
her heart still aches -
cold,
her tears still shed

past discussions fly by,
the recall of unwanted faces -
it’s a horde of sadness
and dread

she embraces her chest,
her hands travel her sides;
it’s an act of lonesomeness -
she is touch deprived

-Food for thought...-

Distributed freeze-dried nutrition,
a consumers dietary attrition?
Constitutional, by institutional
conglomerate corporate ambition.

Do our politicians convictions
mandate our "home-style" traditions?
It's the consumption, of faux production,
that decays our human condition.

The Way I Lived and Live My Life

With moved words,
long emotions
compensated acts
attentions offered
loves, distributed
 debts contoured,
friendships, contemplated
succor offered
supports maintained
speeches, delivered
silences, reverberated
teachings, followed
lessons, oriented
the possible accomplished
the impossible tried
Mission Accomplished...
it can be said that I lived
 and still live Life... !

Premium Member No Bags

If you shop in any New Jersey store, paper and plastic bags are out the door. Single-use bags won't be distributed anymore. That's the new rule ubiquitously as of late. A new law was enacted by the governor of the state. Bring your own bags and boxes is what they will say. That has caused some problems with many people today. I am so glad I did not throw my bags away.

The Fart Factory

Different firm within the factory
The location the belly
Cowpea the raw material be
Having brought into the factory
But afore processed to be boiled
The tongue a transporter
From the gate of the mouth
Passing through the oesophagus track-way
Enzymes within functioning as workers
And the finished product derived
Distributed by the anus
The fart is produced
For the consumption of the people

Premium Member City Snow

city snow piles in a row
a row of cars
lamp posts
or evenly distributed on a flight of steps

it gives top hats to garbage cans and
fire hydrants and dresses the bare trees
as skimpily clad brides
who lose their veils with a artic shiver

city snow becomes dirty snow
overnight
snowplows, slush and car grease turn it
grey in the morning

you must catch its silent beauty in the night

Rose Tinted Glasses

Living of the happiness
that flows from others,
and greeting each person we meet.
No rich,
no poor,
for money no longer defines happiness,
all things needed
are distributed to all.
People frolic
in the fields and playgrounds.
Music is heard from behind each door,
streets are clean,
forests expand from human hand.
No more fights,
no more war,
people live healthy and free.
Race has only one category,
            "Earthling"

Broken Bones of Youth

it’s the end of an era.
a last second shot in the dark from God knows where.
the kids can’t be tamed.
the life of an adolescent has changed.
the darkness has darkened.
the light not so formidable.
we allowed it, them, us to change.
the cocaine has been canned. distributed. and consumed.
pretty colors and quick deaths.
energy for life comes in pill form. sips of liquid help wash it down.
the weird is mainstream and the normal is far from it.

Homeless Miss the Most

Homeless Miss The Most

I never have been a perfect host,
Yet still do like homeless the most;
Second Helpings Program existed;
To participate more have enlisted.

Food is available for all of them,
Even if it has been a her or him;
From local stores is contributed,
And by our church is distributed.

In church song had been humming,
Those in need up we were summing,
And no matter how many or why,
Know God will always help us try.

Premium Member After Life Nothing But Our Verse Will Remain

After life
nothing but our verse will stay
That's all that will remain

Our material possessions
will be distributed,
scattered about

with no real purpose.
They can't be taken with us
to the afterlife

so they will just
fester on earth
and wither away.

But our verse,
this can last forever - - -
be passed down

to future generations
provide comfort and aid
to our fellow

worldly citizens.
Will outlast concrete and stone,
become eternal.

The Boss

boss is always never wrong
can I correct him?
will he fire ?

Premium Member 40000 cartloads of horse manure

i printed off
all of my poems

i distributed them
at the traffic lights

no one opened their car windows
except one poem i stuffed in a dog's face

a child laughed at me from his back seat
i laughed back

i stuffed the poems in drains
in supermarket trollies

i donated them at the
charity shop

i hammered this poem
into a lamppost

it blew away into the ether
i went home to pass a kidney stone

all the eggs in this box are double yoked
signifying nothing
