Peace
a broken boy
a promise undone
hanging head
no remorse
feelings flying
sparks in the night
sky
oh how I wish I could rise
up to heaven
leave disharmony here
sleep in peace...

Three New Haiku
Haiku
Notes of music
Fell into the ocean
Undulating

Haiku
Rain upon the sea
Softly lamented the loss
The conductor died.

Haiku
After great sorrow
Gigantic waves crash the shore
Disharmony...

Huddled Masses
The huddled masses

They came here
from war and starvation
to seek
freedom from religion
and ethnic
disharmony.
But some came
to sow
unrest
turn time back
to the
period of war
murder
and
no freedom of speech...

Traffic Jam
The worm goes on
and on
and on

An endless stream of armoured segments
crawling out off the working day

The frozen flow of restless homonunculi
Disharmony of spheres

Like a mighty sunrise,
Bursting through the skies,

Offering bright and beautiful
Sceneries to longing eyes;

Like sweet words of honey,
Flowing into a sea of disharmony;

In walks Friendship, altering the
Entire terrain, healing myriads of pain.

Jumble Sale Clothes
Nearly anonymous now
Walk one foot forward
Jack Strange
that's him bursting with self confidence
proving life is an act
his luminous wrist watch throws light
black jumble sale clothes
He like to show you
how unrepresented is he
in the disharmony
of an unsealed cup of joy
for the keepers Sunday picnic...

A Wishful Day
A new day dawns
across this nation,
a new light at the helm
shines hope to us all,
discord covers the land,
and disharmony fills the air --
a country in confusion and anger,
but strength is our call,
and life is our goal,
common will be our bond,
with new at our side
the work starts now...
the nation cannot wait....

Harmful Futures
It started from children living in disharmony.

Parents living with fear and urgency.

Their siblings leave them behind to seek their own legacy.

The siblings that were their only friends leaving them helplessly.

And as their siblings are driven to pursue-

There is a new need for people like me- years of helplessness to undo....

Premium Member Belittled Bedraggled
Listen to poem:
Constant denigration
wears you down
you feel so small
as your efforts are
downgraded with cast-off scoffs.
Your pearls bedraggled,
lack lustre,
displayed dimmed and dulled,
squelched by doubt,
smeared in fear.
Duet performance discordant
sung in disharmony
with lead player out of tune,
tone-deaf.
Belittled, you be,
and bedraggled becomes you....

The Spirit Heals
The Spirit Heals

Stepping away
from the busy day
the bustle of bothers and beliefs

The chatter
the great masses of matter
of opinions, assumptions, and griefs

Embracing solitude
to replenish the astute
Breathe with a sigh of relief

With intuition vast
Perspectively looking past
Creating my own inner peace

The Zen of silence
the escape from pretense
With solace, disharmony released.

Politicians will be the end of me.
To cynical now to trust their lie!
To angry now to listen to:
  Continuous disharmony,
  Pointed conversations,
  Loose denominations.
  Finding flourishes,
  As the mouth,
  Drivels,
  Contagonistic,
  Voyeuristic,
  Egotistic,
  Unrealistic!
Politicians will be the end of me!
  Polecats in harmony,
  Conversations without relations!
  Christian living,
  Without forgiving!

Many Forms of Manipulation
Baby, this trash is ours to hide
Concealed within the privacy of our knowledge
Ours I tell you, not for common eyes to see
A state of disharmony it may be, but it works for us
How dare you attempt to embarrass me?
This is your trash and I am doing you a favor
Your promiscuous nature puts mother to shame
Ashamed, your head should never reach the position of up
Your trash, soon to be revealed to the world
I thought you'd see it my way...

Self-Growth
Mere silence is all it took
to put an end to her soul's cries
Her heart, caterwauling in disharmony
has been waiting for the storm to abate

It has finally happened
Her heart no longer goes to war
as its deed has been narrowed down to one
- to fulfil its role as a diligent pump
in burning quest of keeping her body alive

With the power of her revived heart
and the courage of her liberated soul
The mountains she once feared
are finally beginning to move...

Premium Member His Dream Far Off
He kept seeing vicious black bears in his dreams

And throughout the night his body twist and tossed

In disharmony of victims fights and screams

Spring was chilling with a hint of morning frost

And most days the black bears be hunting the streams

A campsite was attacked and four folks are lost

He saw the carnage wider wider up close

His heart racing with the screams as each one goes

A fair and democratic society
renders the good fruits of Liberty
without distinction of upper and lower class;
where's that one who can change this chaotic mess?
Many are the victims of abuse: their cry is unheard;
the rich don't clothe and feed the vagrants,
the lawless spread terror with their guns
while terrorized pedestrians hear the blasting sound.
A peaceful evening of summer turns into a death trap:
on dark sidewalks mothers mourn children in their lap.
