Spam For the Holidays
Don’t they know where it’s going?
So much time they are wasting;
Robotic spam we are stuck
with holiday email junk;
Life ticking as I sit deleting....

The Mood
I'm deleting a lot of words
Squashing down a lot of emotions
I've put eyeliner on
And my glare is ice cold
I'm not even looking out
I'm just contained....

Souper Dupe
A young Souper was feeling the burn
When his poem count took a downturn
First, he wrote a haiku
Then a monoku too
By deleting some carriage returns

Spider Skeletons
Maybe one hug for the one hundred bugs,
you ate in my window of bay.
But now that you`ve eaten,
your life I`m deleting,
for your creep will soon crawl my way....

Heightened
Heightened by being low
Still the same person
But very calm at mind
Not high or stoned
but just asleep on the floor
Literature has no meaning
and mind starts deleting
the memorys and photos
of loved ones and strangers
all you know is that your
Heightened by being low...

Staring At a Freckle
Staring at a freckle
Misunderstanding her power
Deleting my feeble attempt at happiness
I sigh at my self-imposed, self-indulgent lunacy
who cares?
No one
A beauty mark in some circles
not considered a blemish at all.
Crazy feelings entertained freely by me
which mean nothing
I pointedly ignore the freckle
the rest of my life......

Deleting the Copy
There is a lot of information out there
we may all be in overload mode.
Oh how to be simple in intricacy,
oh the enormity.
I take out my ever moving mind
lead it into the park
where the sky is also moving.
Time is the culprit
the impostor
the script writer.
I should delete all the thoughts in this poem
forever,
but
I will make a copy anyway.
It's in my DNA....

Dear John
I was going through my computer deleting files from the past,
When I noticed the Dear John letters to men that did not last.
At the time my reasons were perfectly justified,
But some of them I wonder if I threw hastily aside.
I felt a pang of guilt that was not dismissed.
Maybe I sought the perfect man that did not exist.
They were competing with a memory in my heart
Of my first love, although with pain we did part....

Autumn Soup
My niece has a blog and sent me a text, an autumn soup recipe but now I'm perplexed. For four days now I've been constantly deleting but the text keeps returning, in spite of my weeding?! I've been on the phone with Verizon reps and followed all their technical steps. Shortly after I end the call, the text reappears, imagine the gall. I appreciate her thought in keeping me in the loop but I've lost any desire for autumn soup....

Delete Me Please
You don’t like my politics, so you are deleting me.
How much more delighted could I possibly be?
I’d try to let you know, but of course, I have been axed.
Which is fine because my Facebook friends are kind of maxed.
You don’t like my religion, so we cannot be friends anymore.
I will miss you all of two seconds it takes to go out that door.
I would care a lot, if I did not care at all.
But this is the way I feel, doll....

Removed Comments
Removed Comments.
I understand that some ugly or evil or bad comment should be removed. But, I personally do not like to delete a comment what so ever. I prefer to keep it and reply to its writer, if I like to or ignore it but not deleting. I love to make a disliked comment visible to the reader. That's much better in my view. A big writer is big writer.
we all like comments
a big writer loves them too
and dislike to hide...

Memories
Deleted the memories of what we had
I am not going to lie i had a blast
but now its time to end this at last
forget about everything put it behind us leave it in our past
where did the time go? It sure went fast
Im sorry about everything it all even left me with a gasp.

Trump and Ho Chi Mein Trail and More
Trump and Ho Chi Mein Trail
Ho Chi Mein Trail led to his monument;
Trump heard that Hanoi Hilton meant,
And much strain,
Withstood by McCann;
Perfect place to leave current President.
Jim Horn
What would happen is that we did drown
In flowers we found in a beautiful gown,
Freely flowing,
While growing;
Emerald shapes we can see in a crown.
Jim Horn
Where Trump had his latest Far East
Summit meeting we should be deleting
and President unseating....

I'M Fluid
Fluid like falls of rolling water,
Fluid like a disease, a chemical reaction unleashed in any manner of time and space, discreetly repeating , unfolding and deleting, reemerging reaching the ceiling like smoke in thinner attire.
Fluid like fish eggs taking course with a steady stream.
Fluid like radio waves bouncing off beams around satellites and mortar a amphitheater without curves.
Fluid with the aerodynamic of no limits free-falling in the subtle touch of gravity....
