Stare

i stare at you
you stare at me
our hearts beat in perfect harmony
as i stare in to your deep brown eyes
i am mezmerized
and then you sigh i start to cry and think of how crazy i am to love you

Mystery

The most beautiful mystery
Like deep brown eyes
or treacherous lies

Like hidden secrets
or hidden regret
you try to forget

Like long sleeves
Autumn leaves
or who to be

Like fake smiles
hurt hearts

Husband

Hands that know to pull me close,
Understanding I am human too.
Standing beside me come what may,
Because you said, “I do”.
Affirmations of your adoration
Nestled in what you say with the sweet
Desire in your deep brown eyes showing me the way.

Deep Brown Eyes

When I
Look into
Those deep
Cinnamon eyes,
There is an ocean
Full of clarity
There is a heart
Full of precious words
Say what you need to say
These eyes are deep in love
Closer, this is what I truly see
Darling, please, never close your eyes

Inviting Eyes

< b>

             Inviting Eyes

             Eyes invitation.
Deep brown, I was newly lost.
             What mind I...love's cost?

Try

try
we never knew why
what sadness broke her heart
what busy-ness took her anxiety back
leaving her time to be with us,
her hugs warm and long
but in her eyes
deep brown eyes filled with longing sadness
a secret, a happening long ago that still had hold of her heart
her heart

A Poem For Ginger

Ginger was the foster teen I met at the school bus stop
In spite of her burns she was so beautiful and strong
Never forgot her long eyelashes and deep brown eyes
Given by her parents like her severe burns from abuse
Even though she was a joyful spirit and forgiving soul
Resilient enough to love her abuser and persevere

Bock Beer

I would like to have some ice cold bock beer. It’s only available for a short time each year. With its deep brown color and distinctive taste, the stuff is too good to drink in haste. We can get it as the winter is going away. Fill up some mugs, and put them on a tray. This early spring treat is available today.

It's Time For Bock Beer

It's the season for leaves and flowers to appear. Snow and frost are expected to disappear. Now is the time for enjoyment of bock beer. With its deep brown color and distinctive taste, this beverage is too good to drink in haste. Try it, and you'll agree this brew is sublime. Hurry, because it's around for a short time.

Ciara

As one looks
Into her deep brown eyes
In which
Hold a priceless prize
Her hair is blonde
More dark than light
She is the kind of girl
For which one would fight
Still one can be mesmerized
Just by her sight
Knowing attraction to this girl
Is all right
Her personality is amazing
Her beauty is dazing
She will just make you
Go completely crazy

Lost Words

I'm all choked up
my words are lost.
for one more
look at you
I'd sell my soul
and become
a modern day faust.

Your deep brown eyes
pull me into a place,
unlike any I've ever been
and I know I should
leave posthaste then.

But your beauty
blinds me
and I'm surrounded.
I can't resist you
I must admit
this leaves me
quite confounded.

The Furrowed Charm

The melancholic pair of his deep brown eyes, depicts the contusion of his heart,

his stained skin and the deep furrows shows, how viciously he was torn apart. .

The bruise on his feet, the scratches on his palms,

the blood on his sleeves, and his nodding stance,

The moroseness in his stare, the abhorrence for the hues,

an arduous spin of emotions, he connects to few.

Soft Pretzels

There is a bakery on Federal Street. What they produce there is certainly a treat. You can smell those pretzels baking inside. The pleasant aroma permeates far and wide. They are a deep brown color with specks of salt. The taste would make anyone hungry want to halt. So if you happen to be around South Philadelphia way, be sure to pick up some of their soft pretzels today.

Alex

Purple hair
Deep brown eyes
Someone who can fight
Despite all the lies

See a frown
Upon his face
You give him a hug
To remove its every trace

Unaware of how much
He is loved
We would fight all his fears
Have them all shoved

He is an amazing friend
And can not be forgotten
Always be wanted
Unspoiled and unrotten

For Alex inspires me
To be all that I can
So everyone please stand up
And give him a hand :)

One More Look

One final look, one final glance such deep brown eyes, I'm in your trance. Those full blush lips, revealing that perfect smile. I so need sleep, but I think I'll dream awhile. That radiant skin, vibrant, glowing and flush. An angel at my side, so much more than a crush As I close my weary eyes, I know when I awake, you'll be right there, but first one more look I'll take

Horse

A wonderful horse, waiting for me
As beautiful as horses can be
A chestnut, red as Mars
When she jumps up, she hits the stars

A deep brown eye, like jarrah wood
When I give her aids, she does what she should
This horse is the only one for me
I'll ride her from Queensland to Northern Territory

This horse and I, when we meet first
I will ride her for all I'm worth
She'll gallop so fast, it really is frightening
This horse goes by the name of Lightning

Smiles and Cheers

The weak rays of dawn
Struggling to
Drive out the darkness
Her sleep-drowsed heavy eyelids
Opening slowly
A semblance of light yonder
And here,
The big deep brown eyes
Forcing the thick eyelashes
To part
The apparently shy sun
Not in too great hurry
And here,
No flutter,
But languid movements.
Cheer spreading across the sky
And here,
Smile suffusing her face
After all,
With the Eastern gleam
Another
Looked forward to day begins,
Another
Chance for love to beam

Falling Feather

Falling Feather maiden,
deep brown eyes heart's laden,
lover's body laid on
wickiup's mat so dead.
Brave strong Eagle life's gone,
no more you now may wed.

Baffalo wants you too,
he has made great coup,
taking braid in raid Sioux.
Horses, wampun, nice things,
giving these to make woo,
these to father brave brings.

Be good Falling Feather,
cold is freezing weather,
share much heat together,
sleeping by self shiver.
White horse he will tether,
he gives you band silver.
