For constitutional overreach
Can't say that I blame them

Flora of Government
Like a Tuber mushroom
an Authoritarian State
thrusts myriad mycelium tendrils
in a vain attempt
to control every contingency.
Like a Fragrant fern
a Constitutional Republic
radiates spores far and wide
to invariably find
the wisest way....

A Shoe Eschewed
On his daily morning constitutional
Carter stumbled on an old brown shoe
Just one it was, and not a pretty sight
Weeds peered from it, smeared with blight
Carter picked it up, pondered a while...
Tossed it aside ~ last year's style...

Things That Are Constitutional
Things That Are Constitutional
Am concerned about what is constitutional,
And followed by politicians exists a refusal;
Necessary for nutrition;
Intelligence exhibition;
For existence of democracy is essential.

Conservatively Speaking
A tapestry of conservatives
Laced with blistering conversations
Gather in futile congregations
That lacks any considerations

Pretending to be congressional
With a desire to spawn confusion
Blind to all things constitutional...

H.R. 3162
Rolling arrogance
Invasion of mind
Perception skewed by wire
Revelations are rarely kind
Evolution of self reliance
Pernicious egos construct conceit
Under the pressure of false-flag terror
Battling ourselves mercilessly
Leaving the thieves to pillage
Individual thought too great a threat
Constitutional privilege rendered dead...

Second Amendment
please, Mr. President
don't take my 9 away
it's my constitutional right
and I shoot most every day
I use it very wisely
I would never take a life
aren't there bigger issues to resolve?
you've got larger fish to fry!
what would I do without it?
where will my frustrations go?
right now shooting at a target
is the best way that I know!...

-food For Thought-
-Food for thought...-
Distributed freeze-dried nutrition,
a consumers dietary attrition?
Constitutional, by institutional
conglomerate corporate ambition.
Do our politicians convictions
mandate our "home-style" traditions?
It's the consumption, of faux production,
that decays our human condition.

I do not know?
My Evening Constitutional
Library parking lot is full so I moved where are you?
If you are where I think you are, you're in luck I'm not far.
If you're hiding at the bar don't come home I won't be there it's true
If your taking time to pray hurry up we'll be on the way
Is there something I should know? Why is similar cars keep circling me?
I don't have time for this. My chance at love I don't want to miss....

A Country Made Unclean
A new light is hoping to break free. Free from clouds
Marred in lies grey, an anger hovering. A golden ray
Enveloping and inviting, welcoming and warm
Rather than a darkness divisive and cold, separate and
Ignorant of constitutional rights and wrongs. Here to brighten a
Country made unclean by an uncivil war – a chance to
Atone for the sins of the father. To protect those unheard, unseen....

One Flew Over
I knew an old buffoon
quite the gloomy poltroon
who through a stormy monsoon
flew his hot air balloon
and among the Walloon
and Flemish
much to their surprise
did not meet his demise
but with neither a blot
not a jot
nor blemish
at all
on hand
in the small
6-Government
densely populated
parliamentary constitutional monarchy
3-language country of Belgium
safely did crash land

Clarence Thomas's way of interpreting the Constitution
The Eighth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution
prohibits cruel AND unusual punishment.
It does not prohibit cruel punishment.
It does not prohibit unusual punishment.
It only forbids cruel AND unusual punishment.
Therefore, cruel punishment is totally constitutional.
So, too, is unusual punishment.
When I say this, some of my liberals friends are in total astonishment.

Weekend Commuting
Weekend Commute
I dissolved into grey crowds
Flooding Londons underground,
Loosing my identity in the flow,
Swimming with currents,
Counter cultural, guttural,
Warmed by the sight,
Of many travellers,
Taking their luggage,
For constitutional walks.

AMERICAYEAHGONNASAVETHEMFDAYYEAH
America, we are not just the greatest country in the World.
We are are the American race,
pioneers of the freeborn.
We are a family, like a family we
have our problems.
Don't get me wrong. You were wrong before,
you underestimated us before.
You underestimate us again.
WE Fyou choose to dance with orange LSO aircraft lightning rod paddles in the storm.
By the way, CIA news, we are not a Democracy,
we are a Constitutional Republic !

Let the Toothless Dog Bark
Let the toothless dog bark
it wouldn't harm the shark
Because they continue to embezzle the fund
And crabbing public land
Dollar meant for developing the shanties
into reputable cities
Stole by rich becoming richer day by day
Poor languishing in poverty without pay
Urgent alarms for sobriety rings
See what lack of knowhow brings
If you know your Constitutional rights
It's about that time to fight
for what you deserve at the grassroot
Fairness be your prime pursuit...

Juneteenth
Justice delayed from fringed time frazzled cry
Until the DREAM can heal itself and broken trust
Negroes shackled minds in the velvet shadows try
Evolving with a nation drunken in bloody lust
Trapped in tragedy of a blurred emancipation line
Edged to the margin of Reconstruction, it tells
Empty enactment lagging that Constitutional hell
Nattering historic lies, blood and tongue dispels
Truth against the moral lie, all brotherhood a shell
Heaven's rich cause stumble in raged hearts to fill....

Bullies, Dictators, and Potentates
By what perverse mental capacity
Does the bully gain satisfaction
In administering agony upon another
By what human deficiency
Does the dictator righteously believe
Their dictates should circumscribe a citizenry
By what delusional misconception
Does a people follow in obedience
A potentate’s decrees of servitude to state
By what level of constitutional dismantling
Does “We the People” have to be unglued
Before our comrades vote to remove potentates, dictators, and bullies...

My Daily Constitutional
Every week day, I walk at least one mile
Often I push it up to two or more.
The mood strikes me and I'm off with a smile.
I always start by walking out the door;
taking steps with care, I never trample.
Keeping in shape and I love to explore.
Some days, I just wander, for example,
new homes, new streets, new pets, new folks to meet.
Tasting the locals just for a sample.
At my church garden bench, I take a seat;
sometimes, I must stop and get off my feet.
