Everyone makes it appear so easy,
being able to connect with somebody.
It's as if no one ever told them how hard it is,
but then again I am damaged goods.
Words are stories to connect the past
Something to hold as we move too fast
Conveying any portraits that you feel
Fruit that is hidden beneath the peel
