Just because you can
Doesn’t mean you should
I told the little engine that could

Don’t be a jerk
Just because they are
Be an example be a star

Beef Republic

the republic rears beef cattle
feeds so well dairy ones
and calves are so fat
slaughters them often
but does not sell
does not eat any
does not export anyway
buries carcasses
in hot refrigerators

In Love With the Meat

jagged edge blade, made me bleed and stabbed me deep, so far in, i have quite literally changed mentally and physically, i have become a lean ground beef pack, to be used after freezing and to be used once, please dont use me whole, i-i- l'll burn!

Premium Member Moms Beef and Noodles

No one in the family can make Mom’s beef and noodles
Lavishing them over her freshly mashed potatoes now
Her crunchy corn pudding is sitting next door.
Waiting for the crisp radish, carrot, lettuce salad to be added.
Pumpkin pie completed the masterpiece.
Hello Mom I say to heaven.

Premium Member tasty roast beef with vegetables

tasty roast beef cooked in crockpot for six hours
beside carrots and potatoes with vegetable powers
slathered with Heinz 57, the aroma is pure heaven
I devour many potatoes, at least six or seven
Full as a mosquito, I must have a long nap
This meal is so grand, it deserves a place on a map.

Premium Member An Iowan Takes On a Nebraskan Beef Eater

I will have my steak gruesomely rare.
Eating mine with Heinz 57 flare.
I am from I-O-WAY
I do not play.
I can eat a cow, a horse and a mare.

I am from Nebraska don’t you know?
You Iowans can brag, and you can blow
But here’s my rule
You little fool
I’ll eat whatever does not start to go.

Premium Member WHERE'S THE BEEF?

WHERE’S THE BEEF?
Someone took the salad, from the opened kitchen
Someone placed the battle of the army, a mission;
Close in proximity, is a platen mystery;
The meat’s the beef barbeque gravity;

~Farms golden treats, where’s the beef;~

Hallelujah!

I have no beef with your God (unless it's The Golden Calf) who they may say works in mysterious ways but I take umbrage at those who claim to speak on his or her behalf and here's a laugh 'No graven image' was handed down yet they're here there and everywhere all over town

Premium Member Must be Beef and Taters

Beef and taters are a meal thought Dad
Didn’t want Italian, which he never had
Refused to try chicken, pork or fish
Beef and taters were his only dish

Would not eat pasta, it did not look good
Brought home steak from the farm when he could
Liked potatoes broiled, stuffed, cheesed and baked
Beef and taters are for what he ached.
