Moms Beef and Noodles
No one in the family can make Mom’s beef and noodles
Lavishing them over her freshly mashed potatoes now
Her crunchy corn pudding is sitting next door.
Waiting for the crisp radish, carrot, lettuce salad to be added.
Pumpkin pie completed the masterpiece.
Hello Mom I say to heaven.
