smell of burning leaves
like patchouli in my nose
allergic sneezing
written October 3, 2021
Doormat Sally
Doormat Sally cried the moment she
discovered that she was allergic
to shoe wipe and cat pee.
I have
a thought
about an allergic love
who knows
if you had once
as you claimt
you will surely contact it
to allergic.
I have pretty trees and ugly trees
The cottonwoods don’t make me sneeze
All the rest are horrible for me
Stirring up my leafy allergy
There was a man named Joe
He had awful B.O.
Claimed he was allergic to soap
At bath time said nope
His wife tied him outside with rope
I'm allergic to most things
Especially in fall and spring
But your lies I believed
And now I live to grieve
Allergic
to the truth
Immune
to virtues glow
One infection
plagues my soul
Whose cure
— my sin forgoes
(Dreamsleep: December, 2024)
Her sneezes didn't prevent her and John Deere from seeking vengeance...
leaving a carnage of dead grass and strewn tissues in her wake

Up from the depths of the sea,
came a mermaid who needed to pee.
She had bright green hair
and was as fat as a bear,
but alas, was allergic to bees.
Shudder at the mention of a freeze
living for an eighty degree breeze;
I never cared for the cold,
I am allergic to snow;
Forever swaying with palm trees.
A flower stood on a hill breezy
allergic, she sometimes got sneezy
A bee heard the noise
Came and took her pure poise
and now all his friends call her easy
There once was a cute chick named Nora,
Who preferred to dress up in angora,
But her boyfriend got sick,
To her clothes allergic,
Now she won’t wear a thing but her aura.
Long ago and far away,
I drank a glass of wine one day,
But I was allergic to grapes,
Wine o'clock for me don't rate,
Just listening to you is enough,
Whine o'clock now, tough!
Barry loved flowers
Especially their smell
When Barry sniffed them
He became very unwell
He must be allergic
To their lovely aroma
Oh Dear! poor Barry
Has fallen into a coma
Tongue; in Valetudinary STATE.
For Barbarous and Flagitious
Portance is very Bedraggled;
A-be-ce-dar-ians,
or the Adroitly,
are ALLERGIC
to Crass and
Uncouth
LIPS.

don't be
silly
it's just
i don't
know
some
thing
in my
eye
it
might be
my own
eye lash
causing
it to tear
i can't be
allergic
to of all
things
saying
goodbye
Form:
allergies make me cough, wheeze, hack and sneeze
I’d like to not be allergic, if you please
but God had other ideas, and so I sneeze and wheeze
Unsure why some of us have these terrible allergies.
i'm allergic
to stupidity
i awoke
scratching
hives and
head full
cranky and
asking what
was the
fiftieth
state then
without
waking i
knew i'd
caught this
country's
bug
Form:
My sleeping beauty never woke
Cinderella danced with someone else
Rapunzel was washing her hair
Jasmine liked the rough
Ariel never left the fish
Belle was rather beastly
Tiana's allergic to frogs
When I die.....
No flowers by request.....
I'm allergic to fragrance!!!!
FICTION
I prefer white orchids.
I'll pay for them :)
Lackadaisical Daisy thought she was always cursed,
alway's sneezing every single day since her birth,
around jobs she would linger,
never ever lifting a finger,
doctors diagnose was that she's allergic to work!
Why can’t I write about ‘clouds wafting on April breezes’
or ‘buds bursting through pregnant soil’
Is it that an 'explosion of successive allergic sneezes'
is hard for even me to spoil?
I find reason to exalt
in my container of salt
The crystals, though white
taste just like malt
Now I don't have a sweet tooth
I had this checked out
I've got an allergic reaction
To severe chocolate drought
Me Myself and A Moron
Me, myself and a
Moron who we wish were gone
And quartered and drawn.
Trump is allergic to
being water boarded.
He even still bares the
scars from his bone
spurs he had to avoid
the draft with.
Jim Horn
Scrolling
Endlessly
They look more like witches than saints
Smiles cruel and angelic
I'm allergic to their bared teeth
There are more phantoms than people
And we're all celebrating the ghosts
Hands together
A technological seance
