I gorge on black ink shadows
and gulp down silver moon beams
delectable, saporous
by the streetlamp marinade
me hallucinating art
on a diet of glow world
hue imbued hungry brushstrokes
dream garnish o'er starlit feast

Sonorous, saporous symphonies: strong;
soothingly spirited, sublime sweet songs.
Satisfied sigh, sees salubrious springs;
sharp, sizzling sunburn scream: saltwater stings.
Searing sharp satirists, snarkily snide;
subtle smart sophists show soft, specious side.
Skimpy, salacious shows sell sexy spice;
somber, sad serials scarcely suffice.
Seismic'ly sensitive subsurface screens;
substandard systems: severe shakes scarce seen.
Scaling slick surfaces, snow-scented slides;
slogging sludge swamps, smelling stinky sulfides.
Sans similarities, superimposed;
sequencing syllables, simple supposed.

I foolishly fell from a mountainous high only to land on a desert dry
Images of liquid lust within my emotive eye calcified to a crusted cry
Warning winds in delusory distance holding hurricanes of resistance
Conjuring catacombs of assistance within isolation of nonexistence
The pensive pain penetrates as the perfidious palette perpetrates
Limbic resonance that hibernates awaking the storm that obliterates
Manipulation of the mangled mind Benedictine battery of the blind
Twisted temperance that is twined the cervical citadels are confined
Dormant delusions that may weep defiant deluge of twilight sleep
Restless roars that reap screaming shadows of the saporous sheep
Bactericidal beacons that bloom wandering the wounded womb
The slings and arrows of doom ebulliently entrapping to entomb.

Eyes of Dawn
Eyes of dawn set forth your servant sun
As lilies yawn and rivers rhythmically run
Spread your luminance thru mountain peaks
Before cumulous clouds wake their weary weeps
Your warmth and color defy the reigning rain
Flourishing flowers taller in view of panoramic plain
Oh decorous dawn we are under thy saporous spell
Of paintings drawn you are a master of making well
Valleys to adorn with your theatrical touch
In early misty morn where newborns nudge
Seductive spring thy beautiful bewitching bride
Where sparrows sing in dawns effulgent eyed.

Scrumptious Scrap
‘Twas Love I thought in my valor days
With air perfumed intoxicating daze...
Time stands still in the Valley of Love
On passionate peaks where Angels shove
Whirlwind wines of saporous sites
With poison ivy’s approaching, apatite’s
Is it Love?... is it really really true?
An enticing elixir or bewitching brew
Let me ingest this nectar of the Gods
And admirably avert the frivolous frauds
But Venus venues her trusted trap
As I lie discarded a scrumptious scrap.
