Drip, drip, drip,
Did I just slip?
Need to catch my grip,
And enjoy this trip,
As I watch my,
RIPPLE EFFECT,
Dropping into reality,
Like pebbles to the sea.
Such a small body,
In such a large entity.
Stretching endlessly,
Throughout Etrernity,
Here,
To start a new journey
Feeling so nervous,
Crashing to the surface.
Splashing with purpose,
Each drop a service,
No effort is worthless.
No proof of purchase
Needed,
To enter this circus.
Our breath is subject,
To the ripple effect.
The waves go unchecked.
The crests reflect,
Our best aspect.
Constant tests direct,
To perfect,
A whole new contest.

Chasing night shadows,
The day is enough for us,
Our burning passion,
Raging and turbulent sea,
Awakens us in the night.

Reward follows in ways you never expect
When you have done the right thing, my friends,
For a good deed or a kind word will not go
Unrecognized, and the ripple from it never ends.

one can’t change the past, however, one can make a ripple in the NOW!

Ripple Effect Did Detect
what we did detect
had been the ripple effect
which we should select

The water knows it’s raining before we do.
If only we would look.
I looked
And I still didn’t know.
I saw
But I didn’t feel.
Then those ripples began to collide.
My train of thought left the station. I began my ride.
“Why are there so many ripples? And why one right after the next?”
“Were there fish underneath, coming up for air and breaking the surface tension?”
“No. There wouldn’t be so many fish in this shallow pond.”
"Were there flies lowering themselves to the water and then jumping up?”
“No. There couldn’t be so many flies.”
I felt a drop.
No. I realized it could only be rain; it was then that I felt a drop.
Now that my mind knows, my sense of touch knows.
But let’s not forget that the water knows it’s raining before we do.
And it does its best to let us know.
But if we’re not paying attention
We may get caught in the storm.

Of mountainous harmonic highs everlasting sacred skies, meadows evergreens
Our Love swiftly soars beyond the seraphical shores, of everlasting dreams
A ripple in the parental pond a wizard waving wand, love bewitchingly beams
Like birds in their native nests Love rarely rests, feeding on sensual streams
Love may take a waiting while you surrender to its smile, you give and receive
Once you've been bit you sacrificially shall submit, to the thriving thieve
It steals your humble heart as you comply and compart, to conquer and deceive
Like a rose in disguise chasing beauty and chastise, in the end we always grieve
But Love carries on like a softly swimming swan, thru ripples to the end of time
Come what may Love will always Satyr stray and rivetingly romantically rhyme.

Your hard heart is a skipping grave stone
traveling over troubled water
The consequences of sin
is rippling out on fleshly tear surfaces
Those wicked actions of yours have touched
a lot of people indirectly
Waves of weeping hurt keeps spreading out
Foaming out your shame,
as the sin stone skips across the muddy water
Skip ... skip ... skip
With each skip of the sin stone,
the multiplying of transgressions radially ripples along outward
And your soul inevitably will sink downward
Feel the ripple effect take effect
Sin’s gonna make you drown in wet regret
Pull your soul undertow
with a heavy concrete block of pain
Ripple effect taking effect once again
This will be engraved on your skipping burial headstone:
You skimmed over a lot of watery warnings —
but causing the ripple effect, you never once did atone

a burnished red sun
sinks slowly into the sea---

a grain of sand
cannot enter the water
without creating a ripple
and she is more than that
and I am more
than I might have been
because of her entrance
into my life
her ripple having moved through me
and lapped every shore

As the thorn pricks the butterfly, and
As the clouds cover the moon,
A child wails at the crack of the pistol.
The shot rings out so loud and clear.
As the blood descends from the butterfly's wing, and
As the tears drip from the heavens,
The life drains from the open wounds of
Another shattered family.
The crimson stains and blots the floor.
The cries of the gods rings high from above,
The salt water soaking the earth.
Another child deserted.
Another wife, mother betrayed.
An empty hole where her head used to lay
Is now covered as the memories are pushed away.
The mourners are haunted by the tragedy
As they try to reassure themselves that
It was all just a dream.
Her shadow still lingers;
He rests behind bars.
The butterfly falls, never to fly again;
The moon is hidden incessantly,
Light forever suppressed.

A drop.
Slowly it grows.
A ring is formed, encompassing the people.
Forever spreading.
Touching and reaching everything.
Finally, it tickles the cattails around the pond.
What a splash!

Rush of the sugared breeze.
Palms up.
Washing like sweet water over me.
Dark greens fade into lighter shades of itself.
The wind crawls through the blades of grass,
A snake in it’s true form.
A mountain blue sky traces and cuts white
Clouds across the canvas.
I carry a salty taste on my skin.
The marble water sits away from me,
Nested in the trees beyond.
Open space seeps into my mind,
Flowing through time and purpose.
Breathe steady and unmeasured
With the air.
Eyes drifting over the distance,
This is why I came.
