Line of inquiry:
“death approaches but we have no regret ~
when God questions us, we will stand erect” Unseeking Seeker

Though death approaches, should we be afraid
and to the grave will all mankind be bound?
It matters not that bodies are decayed.
This earth for us is but a testing ground.

Possessions, trophies, and our mortal glories
mean naught to God when one day we stand
before Him! What matters are the stories
written in the Book of Life held in our Lord’s hand.

Love and kindness are our claim to fame
when at last we meet the God of Light.
With no regrets and reverencing His name,
with utmost gladness we shall stand upright.

Premium MemberAn Easter Poem

The wonderful time of rejuvination is here.
Easter is for reverencing the Holy One.
Reflect, repent, and be of good cheer.
To God we owe great gratitude for sending Christ, His Son.
Owing to our faithfulness, we shall have no fear.
God’s Son died and resurrection for us then was won!

Premium MemberWHATS GOD GLORY--

What’s God’s Glory?
Awe and everything
Immaculate magnificence beauty;
The glory of God is the magnificence, beauty,
And perfection of God's being Holy;

It's also the honor and praise all,
That’s due to God;
I see Him in you and me,
And in us seeing;
Through God's creation,
including the sun, stars, ocean, and eagles;
That’s and more, God’s Glory?

New birth born baby Holy;
Through God's redemptive acts,
 including the resurrection of Jesus;
Through God's image-bearers,
 including humanity believing such;

How can people respond to God's glory?
By glorifying God through worship, surrendering, in love
Compelled reverencing in agape ;
By seeking to know and love God;
By pointing others to the good things God has done;

By giving thanks to God Even you and I;
This is humble graced and being grateful you and I;
Showing our love righteously so Hallelujah;
"The heavens declare the glory of God”;
Everything was created for God's glory even you and I;

"Dear brown-eyed boy, I never can forget your loving ways. The memory of you forever stays." quote by poem's author

Your lips I kiss. Then like a butterfly,
my heart sprouts wings and dances in the sky.
A precious bloom, my dear, you are to me,
and I’m your reverencing honey bee.

You hold me close, and in your warm embrace
I wish to stay; you gaze upon my face
and with soft fingers, tenderly you trace
my features. I’m in such a blissful place!

Your eyes are chocolate. They mirror mine
with sweet devotion, and I’m on Cloud Nine.
I revel in the moments (as do you)
when we can meet. They always feel brand new!

Oh, what I’d give to make each moment last.
Your ways of loving me are unsurpassed.

Premium MemberSky's TAPESTRY-

Late afternoon missions;
 Rose pearl white fluffy puffy clouds;
Floating scrolling along the horizon;
Mix midnight Stars yet not shine;
For the Sun is lit and the stars behind;
But once the Sun sets;
And lays down twinkle bright...
 -flashing lights;
Stars shimmer in the blackened sky;
Twinkling bright white rays sparkle why?
Raised up of light blinking,winking,
 twinkling through the closed blackened skies
Universal light from thousands millions miles away reverencing the light the clouds have gone away

Premium MemberMy Autumn Dream

How beautiful it was in September -
a winsome wind,
the reverencing trees,
leaves talking -
this day – my autumn dream.
In sunlight’s brilliancy,
an autumn stroll
by the sea.
My sweet cherry boy;
two dark eyes -
windows of his soul.
Butterfly kisses -
no words.
The hush!
In a moment’s clarity,
shy guy’s awakening.
Autumn’s Rapture -
Twilight’s eruption;
the rush!

Basking in moonlight
feeling golden.
In sun’s last glow,
a very berry kiss.
By all of this -ah, wanton bliss!
Rocking into night -
star shine;
drunken moon.
Helplessly, hopelessly,
lost in love,
wishing for time. . .
that night we kissed.

Seaside love -
my phantom dream
not to be forgotten -
Take me back
among the fallen leaves of rust,
autumn’s breath,
red sun -
divine
oblivion!

Premium MemberBreathtaking

Beauty walked six feet tall and slender into the store where I was working one day.
Raptly I watched him as he sauntered down aisles until his deep
Engaging eyes of chocolate satin met my reverencing gaze. Then
An alluring smile appeared on his finely chiseled face; Adonis had graced my life!
Trembling inside my skin, I nearly gasped, for
Happiness danced in my heart. He was the harbinger of my 17th birthday’s delight,
Teasing me with those dark tempting eyes as he strolled over to my counter and
Arousing my romantic hope with every step that drew him closer to me.
Keeping my wits, I took a deep breath, for I was
Intoxicated by my sweet imaginings.
Night was nearing. Though I did not know it yet,
Great gladness was in my grasp; a kindred spirit I would soon embrace!

A Summer Night On the Bayou

The moon seems at rest
behind the tree branches
where sits a large owl
perched in silhouette
against its gentle glow.

An occasional splash
can be heard in the bayou
across the roadway
which glimmers like the stars
with moonlit serenity.

Nights warm summer blanket
settles in with nature providing
a clicking nocturnal chorus
reverencing the close
of yet another day.

Enjoying the solitude
with a pensive afterglow
of contentment
thankful for the blessings
God has bestowed.

Premium MemberOh, Make My Christmas Bright

Oh, make my Christmas bright with gaiety,
with scents of cookies baking and the tree,
a fir bejeweled and lovely in its trim
of silver tinsel sparkling from each limb.
Oh, make the Yuletide shine with harmony.

Yes, make it ring with laughter and with glee
as crowded round the organ, family
sing “Jingle Bells” and “Deck the Halls” with vim!
Oh, make my Christmas bright.

And make it ever gleam that I might see
those glistening faces smiling back at me
around the fireplace as day grows dim
and all recall the miracle of Him
we’re reverencing. How fond my memory!
Oh, make my Christmas bright.

The Father Wants His Children Home

I died for all the nations, because I came to die
The father wants his children home again; in case you wonder why
Because of what the first Adam did, I, the last Adam had to come
Not just to save you from your sins but to make sure the Father's will is done
The Father wants his children home again, in case you wonder why
I came in the flesh, born to a woman and dwelt among you; just to die
And now all you appreciate is the day that you think I was born
Not reverencing that it was for you that I was beaten and my flesh torn
I love you so much that I paid the price, that you, yourself could not pay
I laid down my life before mortal men that you may live to say...
The Father sent his only son to die upon a cross
That I may make it home one day and my mortal soul be not lost.

Though Dead But Alive

Here it comes
For i to feel.
Though it matters
But i seem to count it less.

Here it comes again
Just as a reminder,
For me to weigh its departure.
Same i did to push away.

I thought it would leave with time
But here it comes again.
Never knew it was for a cause.
That i may keep reverencing its departed presence.

Though she means a lot,
More than you could think of.
Six-feets below she lies.
Her presence i strongly feel,
Just as it were you reading me.

Here it comes again
Not to disturb me.
She loves to make me happy and focused
That i might not derail.

Here it comes again
Coz, she loves to see me again.
To nurture and care
Just as she did do then.

A place in my heart
You definitely would find her.
For she lives as though
Dead she is.

I love to meet with her again
Not so quick in a bargain
For life's purpose i sustain
To obtain before i seize to reign
Do i pray to attain.

Luminaire

Given to Love requisite,
We shall not be broken,
From the heaven's,
Reunify of fallen beauty,
Which halos our heart with a brilliance,
It could blind the majesty eyes of the radiant.
Then lift the canopy of sky...
Open -
And enter the realm of reverencing light,
No one surrounds us here,
Humanity slips into slumber,
As esprit's entwine,
In the bedazzlement of stars,
Of infinities claiming new millenniums,
In a universe of million,
We only remain here,
The silence of the city,
Quiets to the speaking of two hearts,
United by nature's rhythm alone,
Then night,
Then night,
Be still.....
