The Reverencing Trees

in orange-glow mist
trees look upward to their Sun
and softly exhale

A deserved win indeed! You write nature so well! Thanks for your lovely comments on my writes, re Taurus, yes indeed, I'm a 23rd...and Taureens tend to be more clever or imaginative and creative fronts rather than as clever academically.... Of course there are bound to be exceptions to the rule as many things interfere with astrology although it is not something I am overly familiar with I'm afraid... Keep writing! Anna-Marie.

Congratulations for your win in Raul's contest, Nature Breathes. We both are winners. Your Haiku is breath-taking Haiku...your words make me exhale like, " Trees look upward to the Sun and softly exhale. " I wish you continued success and more wins. Thanks for your kind comments, Andrea. God bless you. Have a wonderful day and smile. Love and admiration, Andrew.

The poem is about Parker Posy, a movie actress that completely captured my fancy in this one particular movie - can't remember the flick. This is Dickensian, making the inanimate come to life....well....I guess trees are alive, so........ummmm, almost delicious...yummm. Love, Dave
