When my soul screamed, the birds in the hedges grew silent.

Everyone
Building wealth
Pursuing luxuries
May have long forgotten
Besides lullabies
Little cuddly babies
Cry for mummy and daddy
Besides ambitions and achievements
We need love and sympathy
Love for the valentines
Sympathy for the refugees
Besides love and sympathy
We need an elicitation of responses
For the deficiency and poverty
Entered Jerusalem in a triumphant way
Exited Jerusalem, what a painful day!
In the first, Jesus was carried on a donkey
In the second, carrying the cross stumbled He
First time, "Hosanna in the highest" was the song
Next time, "Crucify Him" was the cry of the throng
Before, branches of palm leaves were laid in welcome
After, wooden cross was laid on His shoulder numb
In the first, people on the road spread their garments
In the second, soldiers divided His garments
The first time, His disciples accompanied Him
The next time, His disciples fled the scene so grim
The first instance brought to Jesus immense glory
The next instance brought out His intense misery
First time, the sun was shining bright for all its worth
Next time, extensive darkness covered the whole earth
Two processions involving our Lord Jesus Christ
One, He is glorified, other, He's sacrificed.

When confronted with a panic or fright,
We think - OH NO! FIGHT or FLIGHT!
But we're deficient in counting the signs,
Given such politically charged times.
There are two other responses besides these,
Most commonly... scared people will FREEZE!
But whether you're a neocon or a lib,
The fourth is the safest - just FIB!
Wow! you thought it couldn't get stranger,
Totally fake bravado Trump's danger.
All those deferments will carry a cost,
As we mourn for those we have lost.
You never ever comeout wholly
You left without a word
Still I can hear you
As you are always there
You left unresponsive to questions
But I can't ask them
I miss, can't speak out
This stillness is so bugging
Lately been receiving a plethora of responses
Don't understand the reason for an increase in synopses
It's the same old silly me
Sending smiles for free
That nasty bad dude fate, it definitely outfoxes

immediate
quick tempered
reactions to continuing
emotional disturbances
created an ongoing atmosphere
were the inhabits found themselves
easily angered over the slightest little thing
which caused a disruption within the lives
of the individuals who resided within

though it will cause fright
break glass
Do not deny the ROAR.
Soar
though some may not have sight
fly high
Do not deny the soar.
Implore
though few respond aright
beseech
Do not deny core.
Make UPROAR!
