Premium MemberSilence Listens

Silence listens to the voices of the people
while on earth, a wisp of wind digresses
In heaven God listens to each silent call
at the footfalls of Silence...

Silence breathes quietly at the crack of dawn
respiring softly at the ledge of twilight sunset
Silence sits at the nucleus of our souls and lies
at the footfalls of Silence...

Silence is at the ear of the heart it does not speak
gently it leads us with a cupped hand to peace
It knows how to collect waterfalls and breezes
at the footfalls of Silence...

Silence is my linguistic heaven, my favorite speech
it is my mantra, my Yoga Master, my go to place
When things overwhelm I go to Silence and live,
at the footfalls of Silence....

Premium MemberA Fly Taught Me to Fly

It came like a whisper
on wings too dirty for angels,
a fly with no gospel—
just bloodlust and fire.
I don’t remember the bite—
only the stories they told me—
the brain-boil, the silence
of a body already leaving,
the baby too lethargic
to be called alive,
and the ice-water baths.

Above the crib, they hovered—
not angels, not flies,
but entities without names,
bodiless heads darkling the air
and gazing at me
through fever, muscle and bone
like they were trying
to decide if I’d stay.
They didn’t speak.
They didn’t need to.

Then light fractured like crystal—
a thousand shards of purple fire
and malachite rain
and respiring walls.
My hands were wings,
or roots, or stars.
Sound became color,
and color became taste—
I drank something blue
and forgot my name.

I didn’t return unchanged.
I still taste color in silence,
but boundaries are smudged
between thought and sky,
betwixt dream and doorframe,
and now I write letters
from the borderlands
because a fly taught me to fly,
and every shadow since
has hidden wings.

Premium MemberConsciousness

We seek knowledge
on the outside --
the mind of science
the body of senses
spatial summations --

yet, truer beams lead always
home

rays of sunlight entering
permeating the physical, uniting
with like energy

with mind
with soul --

moonlight entrancing

romantic such relationship

spiritual enchantment

swirls of stars of galaxies

patterns of atoms our
basic expression-threads aligning
self to others – an unfolding
enfolding more greatly
aware, ever expanding
inward outward respiring
universe

both reflection
and substance

cords and vibrations

ship that travels through

while the embryonic that supports
cherishes
and nurtures all --

we are God entanglements

seeking greater expression

total consciousness

we awaken from dream

to dream further-out

Will, our Divine Grace and
luxury of infinite creation --

dawn sky for painters
bright blue skies and bleak gray woods
distant conspire scheme

glistening sunshine
illuminates the wide space
crimson rubber pipe

winter leaf debris
respiring in forming lake

The Fire

Carry it gingerly to the backyard,
it is a nursling yet ancient,
as stiff as chard gristle, as soft as lead,
as hard as a gallstone.
Open your hand.
see how it glows coal black.

This is your inner work,
this amorphous bone eating fire,
it smolders now in your hand.
Somewhere in the night
it grew stubby moth wings,
spans singed by the suns shadow.

Carry it now to the respiring air,
see how it breathes;
its elongated lung heaving
inside a flickering sac
of nebulous conception.

Hold the hand
with its seared burden palm upward,
whisper to the raptors of wind and sky,
let ravening talons tear it apart,
the hand also
let it be torn to the glistening cartilage
until there is nothing but ash.

When these metaphors fly away
as the baleful caws of crows,
when wraithy harbingers
cool into waymarks
a poem shorn of your gravity
will come to you.

Now growl or grin, grind even ash
                        into newborn light.

Premium MemberAngel Laughter

An Autumn thrill of red atop a bed of crimson leaves
a rustic mitted October sweetened by coolant scents
five dormant branches beneath a canopied heaven
respiring with the memory of lingering summers past

a rustic mitted October sweetened by coolant scents
whimsical leaves dancing by the firelight of afternoon
respiring with the memory of a lingering summer blast
a short excursion pleasure in a child's angel laughter

whimsical leaves flutter by the firelight of an afternoon
five dormant branches beneath the canopy of heaven
a short excursion pleasure via child's golden laughter
an Autumn thrill of red, atop a bed of crimson leaves.

I am not only my breath
of life
erupting out,
redescending in

I feel
and hear,
taste
and see,
our sacred breath
through my lungs bilaterally
waving out
with full moon bright delight
and in toward dark night
once again,

Regained center of uniting
regenerous time
extending space out Yang
empowering,

Reintending sacred placed Yintegrity
breathing my breath of life
re-emptying out and in
our Great Transitional 20/20 revolutionary breath,
reascending out

Is in
toward future healthy wealth
empowering out past history
enlightening in future multiculturing herstory
egopatriarchal alterations
ecofeminist Yang
Yin
leftbrain dominantly out
rightbrain recessing back in
win-win

Across all respiring
revolutionary
spiraling
regenerations
of greening air
and blue therapeutic water
and red anthro-privileged fire
breathing MotherEarth

Premium MemberBreathing Egosystems

A tree breaths out
into spring budding leaves
and in through deeply engaged roots,
a respiring inspiring system
of organic confluence.

Yet each leaf
also supports dialogue
inhaling carbon
and exhaling oxygen.

This tree,
wiser than me,
does not internally debate supremacy
of diverse incoming powers,
nutrition nurturing opportunities
multiculturing

Which is most important,
producing leaves
or producing oxygen?

Which is most significant,
short term recreation
or long term ecosystemic health?

Producing leaves
producing oxygen
producing water
producing fertile soil,
producing trees...

An ecosystemic relationship
breathes out into budding spring
of organic ego-minded leaves,
equally supported by one trunk body
inclusively imported through interactive root systems

Born of Earth
and light
and water,

Cerebral power
and flowing natural nurture

Sacred wind
penetrating
seas of opportunity,

Root empowering systems
not substituting unrestrained egocentric growth
today
for healthy eco-maturation
tomorrow.

Rhopalic Poetry - Don'T Pollute

DON'T POLLUTE

Love natures amazing diversity.
Please believe pollution, understanding
It's deadly, possible fatalities!
Don't pollute, recycle infinitely

It's real, important, remembering.
That marine wildflowers' phytoplankton!
And algae respiring, restoration,
The planet's atmosphere recovering!

Sad, untrue, depletion, reality,
Trees' woodland, rainforests, decimated.
Yes unseen pollution, propagating!
Our future becoming impossible.

Premium MemberOur Planet Water

planet’s name is wrong
Water, not Earth, it should be
for water bathes it

search for life beyond,
by divining for water,
for life craves water

mater and matrix
water is the crux of life,
fluid H2O

The water cycle
drains rainfall, down to ocean
where vapor forms clouds

terrestrial cells
swim in primordial soup,
in bags from ocean

dying for a drink,
the most dear commodity
on Earth is Water

the worth of water
is unfathomable, til
the well runs bone dry

plants tap the sun’s light
to split water molecules,
leaking oxygen

animals breathe in
the oxygen made by plant’s
photosynthesis

plants split the water
made by all respiring cells
breathing oxygen

fluid water soft,
is yielding and compliant,
but flow carves canyons

your tears are salty
for your blood came from the sea
in circulation

the whale ancestors
as fish climbed, from sea to shore
went back as mammals

POETICALLY MIME

The vast ash-leaden clouds are in tears again...

The soggy tears like boxing fists - casting bruise
and blues below. Unlike yesterday where they
mirror gentle caress to branchlets and blossoms
smiling in gratitude as they are showered free,

the dust and dirt slithered to them were cleansed
swept by the warm - cold kisses of heaven's cry.
Condescending, blooming sunnier hues of greens,
standing poised and aplomb amidst, respiring anew!

Rainy days chant tunes of melancholy at times
particularly to those who are lost. Alone. Afar.
However, it has to happen for it is nature's rhyme.
Let it be as heaven's cry a bosom of poetic mime.

Misconceptions

Alone, she sat quite still,
her gaze full fixed ahead.
Enrapt by visions fed,
scarce breathing e’er she will
disturb perceptions’ fill; quiescent as tho’ dead.

Into the room he crept,
his probing arm around
her body, no more bound,
so quickly was she swept.
As fingers so adept, respiring without sound.

Too soon was reached his goal;
TV remote control.

Immortality

The infinity of time is
still irrevocably established with
irreversible successions; the
extremities of
which,
in its vast expanse of
continuum, are yet to
be discovered nor
explained by
geniuses
and their mathematical equations.

And man still wishes to
resolve this enigma with
intentions of abating
the cessation
of
the pulsation of the heart,
the respiring of air,
and the
cerebration
of the mind.

But sometimes, blinded by over-enthusiasm,
Man fails to see
that

what cannot in cherry or
mahogany be confined are
deeds and companionship
in memories
bound;
which, in fact, despite inherent
biodegradability, become man's means
to immortality.

A Lullaby

An ambition engaged in every root of our hearts,
Blue and brown irises' voyage soon departs . . .
Caressing each other's serene souls to slowly decompress;
Admiration speculates a versatile we never suppress,
Adoration mesmerizes the tranquility of the night,
Affection reflected infinitely like two mirrors nearby,
Attachment is as vital as respiring when whispering goodbye--
Calling out to you this lullaby . . .
Behind our closed eyelids entering the fifth-stage door,
A dream deep in our coexisting core.

Barong Tagalog: Carrying the Style and Wearing a True Legacy

Strands of satiny pineapple fibers
From the superbly prickly pieces of leaves
Refined by the nifty naked hands
Of the great sophisticated artisans
Beyond this unequaled plant
Is a peculiar product exist
Only native Filipinos - Tagalogs can procreate
An art of aesthetic craftsmen
The fabric of my historical breed
Versatile apparel suits for formal affairs - weddings
From 20 meters of silk processed and produced - four months
Nation known as PEARL OF THE ORIENT
Exaltedly introduces this "BARONG TAGALOG"
Through cordial hardworks and artistic thinkings
A lifetime masterpiece dominates the Philippine Art
A cloth woven by faith and ornamented by passion
A cloth designed by heart and given birth through life
A cloth perfected by artistry and embroidered by fidelity
For native Batanguenos, this is their breath
Respiring together as they brocade their future
Future that depends on THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL CLOTH - BARONG TAGALOG.

*BATANGUENOS - people of Batangas,Philippines
*BARONG TAGALOG - Philippine National Cloth
