Premium MemberA Palestinian Genocide

Another American Colony
poisoned with venom and hate
Consumed by the world’s great religions
apparently, this was its fate

The Palestine homeland was stolen
by the powerful in our world
They took it and gave it to others
named it Israel, a new flag unfurled
Then created a thing they call AIPAC
for the funneling of funds every year
Take American taxpayer dollars
with each bomb that is dropped, they all cheer

The Parties all do it together
Jews and gentiles sign-off on the funds
Together with makers of weapons
we all pay for the bullets and guns
America’s funding a genocide
our Senators and Reps have no shame
As the people pay all of the taxes
together we share all the blame

Netanyahu, a villain and killer
has a bank that’s called US of A
Anytime that he wants to kill Gazans
AIPAC’s ready with money to play
As for Schumer, he has in his pocket
Booker, Jeffries and Torres and more
It is why he keeps running for office
to keep Israel funded for war

Now the Trumps plan a new Riviera
by Republicans they will be led
With American taxpayer money
they will build it on all of the dead

My Veteran

Forever forever will I miss you Dad,
Even though I tried ofttimes not to be sad.
I know you're in a better place looking down on me,
Smiling down on me,your showers pouring down on me;
Atanda, he whose handwriting is prettiest like a gazelle's footsteps,
Aguntasoo lo, a man with steeze whose cuteness-
Makes all heart push front leaning position of million reps.
The man from whom I inherited this poetry gift,
Who labored so hard to give my life a lift;
Omo olomu aperan,oloro agogo,
Although it's been five years ago,
It still feels fresh in my memory,
I couldn't have stopped death even-
With all the shakabula in my armory;
Your son is staying strong, I a Soldier
Though it ain't easy without you- the world is colder
But I'll keep praying for you everyday till my last breath
For you're my own veteran- for whom I'll always lay a wreath.

Keep Resting My Dada??

I am a Democratic Socialist
I believe that the People should rule
I believe that the taxes collected
should be used for each life-saving tool

For nobody gets rich on a island
and it isn’t just fortune or luck
It takes legislative-corporate corruption
it is capitalism, running amok

All those products the billionaires sell us
charging upgrades for every new year
Truth be told, if we just stopped the buying
it is they who would feel all the fear

For the rich only care about money
keeping Office is what Reps fight for
And the taxes we pay keep on feeding
the corruption that always wants more

Evolve

I try and try to do my best,
Focus on my faults,
To change the way I walk this quest,
The way I do this waltz,
I watch my step, try to perfect,
I slip, I trip, I fall,
Stand back up, stay erect,
I flip, no grip, I stall,
Every moment a new obstacle,
Have to learn the steps,
Practice, be methodical,
Working on the reps,
Eventually I can change my habits,
Keep my flaws in view,
Polish, cut, and shine my facets,
Pressure bleeding through,
I have to leave this chrysalis,
Emerge a brand new man,
Destroy my inner incubus,
Transform my entire plan,
I can stand above my past,
Leave it all behind,
Molten metal, new future cast,
Time does not rewind.
Embrace the strife,
Reinforce the life,
Remove the knife,
Love my wife.
Be a better man.

Post Office Farce

The post office
parcel farce
Those in charge
a little bit harsh

asleep at the wheel
give them a bonus
hundreds and hundreds
and nobody noticed

The honours awarded
Community service
Innocent to guilty
that is the verdict

you took their lives
their reps their money
are you obliged
a stint in the prisons
through ruining lives
you made decisions

I think it’s a joke
I think it’s a farce
the head ain’t accountable
only the ****

Not Hopping

Not Hopping
Some trainers in the BPO industry
Have worked in 20 or 30 different places
Brian met 2 or more such trainers
Both had worked in dozens of centres
Between a month’s training and years
Finally settling down to train others
Being Hoppers no more job to job
Instilling their skills info knowledge
With wisdom guidance mind set
It takes skill to be a trainer
And something else to excel
Getting the next generation ready
Reps support trainers OMs

Premium MemberScraunch the Snow

He went out to enjoy this time given him
Drinking, drinking punch filled to the brim
The booze inside warmed-up slow
He went out with show
On the snow
scraunch
Went his steps
After eating brunch
Drinking a little light punch
He fell over in a bundled hunch
Dead, sad he wasn't sober for his last reps

Just playing around with this form. Not for a contest.

Premium MemberWithin These Walls

Within these walls a rift exists;
a cancer grows and pain persists;
it won’t be long ‘til curtain falls;
a rift exists within these walls.

Dark clouds now form within our sphere
perhaps a sign, the end is near.
For sure it means impending storm
within our sphere, dark clouds now form.

Opposing sides within same spread
as Dems and Reps go head-to-head
and cause these everchanging tides
within same spread, opposing sides.

It’s up to you the time is now;
roll up your sleeves and wipe your brow,
and compromise opposing view;
the time is now, it’s up to you.

Hustle Muscle

Ya wanna go on the chase?
Ya better pick up your pace!
This guy knows what it takes.
Warmed up and ready to race.

Got body and mind ready to go.
Take a long look at this gun show.
Been grinding hard, putting in reps.
Racking up miles & tracking steps.

Slowly amping up the difficulty.
Running overrides for atrophy.
Gaining mass full of raw power.
Taxing my limits at least an hour.

It takes consistency, effort and time.
To grow strength that looks sublime.
Showing both on the inside and out.
Punching that fat right in the snout.

At bed stretching it loose to wind down.
Feel the growth pains, willing to frown.
Recovery stacking up the lean tissue.
The nonstop uphill journey is my issue.

The end of this is nowhere to be seen.
Sliding into a force of fibers that’s lean.
Supporting this life and all my dreams.
To be the best I can be for all my teams.

Premium MemberAutumn Soup

My niece has a blog and sent me a text, an autumn soup recipe but now I'm perplexed. For four days now I've been constantly deleting but the text keeps returning, in spite of my weeding?! I've been on the phone with Verizon reps and followed all their technical steps. Shortly after I end the call, the text reappears, imagine the gall. I appreciate her thought in keeping me in the loop but I've lost any desire for autumn soup.

Do You See It Yet

I don’t think you realize
How much love is in my eyes

To measure it would surely defy
The volume of even the clouds in the sky

Do you know I love you more dearly than blueberry pie
And even some more than freshly salted fries

Do you see it yet
Oh there’s nothing to regret

Keep reading my love till you know all the reps
For my love for you surpasses all that you’d suspect

Even chocolate is less scrumptious
When I think about you pumpkin

I wish I knew enormous words
And every single kind of term

To describe how much I feel for you
And keep our feelings all in tune

And You know ice cream is my favorite dessert
But I’d give it up just to flirt

Can you see now that my love for you
Could even cross the ocean blue

I’m hoping soon that I will spy
A special twinkle in your eye

So look over here one more time
You really are a cutie pie!

Premium MemberAbortion- You Can'T Kill the Spirit the True Essence of Me

"I abort thee-
Am I more alive spiritually or physically
you can't kill me
though the flesh you rip apart you dissect you vacuum and separate
 I'm a blemished
You can't kill me
abolished by your soul physically so
you creep you rip you sweat you weep
 you ain't pregnant now
change of heart, change of mind like a Maury Povich the kid's not mine
So she wept
But in her heart and her spirit
She kept co-creator
Whether she was raped or impregnated in lustful reps
Why can't you keep it
I'm not an it, something you disguard as trash
I am a soul, first spiritually whole
a living soul
And I come from God
Abortion: when you take my physical fetus
 and dissect it
My flesh, bones and body into portions
Killing the flesh
 but yet
There's something more blessed
I am left I am just I'm leaving spirit"

I am a spirit and humanity you can't kill me
So at all I say as I end this play
I bought those Who kill the flesh the body
I avoid the signing off Child of Christ
I abort thee?"

The Faces of Courage

What does courage in the face of danger look like?
Yellow caution lines warn of turbelent curves
Each moment of their determination calms nerves.
Walks of strength even thru the strike.

Like the variety in a flower garden, are the brave.
From round, square, and oval are the caretakers.
United by the strength in the eyes of these partakers.
Their mission is to save.

Minute by minute, they unfreeze their steps.
Testing, scanning and watching those in need.
Sharing the gift of company to those they feed.
From early dawn, to late dusk in repeated reps.

Looking thru the glass of uncertainty.
Gracefully letting the sunrise light give hope.
When night cones, the twinkling stars still give hope.
A swell of gratitude to essential people a certainty.

Premium MemberOde To An Orphan

i. Storm

darkness is a shade
stirring shadows afraid
then the zigzag plunges
agitating the cross
again and again sawing a thin line
blackberry wine
the brew of an angry soak
a curtain torn from top to bottom
the thunder ripping
high priest covers his ears
lest the truth storm in
unwanted like an orphan

 ii. Orphan

six feet under
with no mother nor father
a Ukranian wonder
curls and crown
become somebody’s daughter
no frown
shovel pats down the blunder

iii. Grave

this grave circumstance
shown the door
He stands and knocks
her chance
America an amusement park
the plane her first ride
she’s beside
herself with excitement, a spark
in her step

iv. First Steps

she will take her first steps
the moon will watch
desiring the test soil
she’d have kissed it
with her wit
how many reps
strengthen the catch
watch out world
she belongs
