Rumors abound

All around town

Lily White
Needs a knight

She is tangled

Being wrangled

By the tricky trees

Planted by Peacocks from Leeds

Wolves are down under

Hearing wraths thunder

Drinking Burnley claret wine

Getting ready to do second tier time

In comes the Hammer girl

Wearing expensive pearls

Bought using Gallo credit

Wondering, ‘will anyone get it?’

Message, ‘relegate’

Easier opponents await

Fans will have reason to cheer

Dousing the same expensive beer

As players work on maturing skills

Crunching numbers, paying the bills

Oh yes, who is going to get dropped

Commentating, ‘our season truly was a flop’

Officially closing the show

Taking the athletic production to parts unknown

Goal now ‘will want to come back’

Claiming healed healthy, surviving a relegation attack

Becoming one flesh
My love
We witness blending of Spirit,
Soul. Heart and Mind One Pieced
One with them
We are loved
My love
We are love incarnate
We are of God
We are soulmates
Beyond this, my love
We relegate, procreate or bonded we one in Jesus
Assured shown we fit together

For our Father's Glory
Holy
Blessed

Due revenant, my love

Was Satan Involved In Creation

This piece of debate is a type of sin
Bound to prick the True Christian like a pin.
One may a dozen times arguments win:
All a Big Trash for his waiting dustbin.

But from someone like me a toothy grin
And sure request for a half glass of gin.
God with Christ had created the First Man
But had Satan sinned then to face a ban?

Planning Ahab's death had hatched God's meeting,
The Lying Spirit's proposal God's Greeting;
So smart an idea no second sitting:
A Syrian arrow king's chest hitting...

Sometimes, God's pleasure to men delegate
For tasks He could all behind relegate,
So that one acts not the surrogate
Or to self false honors arrogate.

So, was Satan part of First Creation
Or tired had gone for recreation?

Solution To Air Pollution

Yes, we’ve got the message
But what of its passage?
From your factories vapor
That does not foster rapport:
To residents a mission
Cushioning the emission…

I fear rearing stalemate
And a final waiting bait.
I wonder the smart platform
You’ll set up to quell the storm.
Whom you choose as Delegate
They shall behind relegate…

To Angering Pollution
Bribery not solution

Before the End of Night

Leave it hanging in the stars leave it round the bend
sometimes forgetfulness can be a real God send

Entrust it to the moon above to an ocean full of Grace
velvet memories, regrets, evaporate without a trace

Live in knowledge it is safe you can trust the light ,
relegate confide in Hope, before the end of night.

Masters of the sacredness of silence

O, morning, speak to me gently, silently, softly

Resurrect and relegate me to what lies ahead

Nothing stills me more than the early mornings

I pray, praise, read, and I am at ease and poise

"Now" is the secret weapon created by the mornings

Gifts of peace, protective shields provided to face the day

Sacred morning songs speak to me, saying, "Let there be light"

Oases of melodies in the quiet zone are heard by the inner ears

Nutrition-like qualities abound that build strong lives

God made the mornings for quiet experiences and meditation,

Separating the light from darkness and filtering our lives

If Power Comes Your Way

If power comes your way,
You can use it to dictate the state of play,
So, use it wisely every day.

You will have the power to delegate,
You will have the power to relegate,
You will have the power to dedicate,
As long as you concentrate.

You will have the power to renovate,
You will have the power to update,
You will have the power to Innovate,
As long as you don't hesitate.

You will have the the power to hate,
You have the power to be late,
You have the power to tempt fate,
Should you chose to activate.

If power comes your way,
Know that it will dissipate,
If you delegate,
To those who wish to speculate,
In order to accumulate.

Relegate Me

take me
feed this surging
lust
kiss me with abandon
assuage my aching need
come to me you must.

Torch me
scorch my skin
build a fiery pyre
detonate your passion
shake with abandon
unfurl your desire.

your eyes
sapphires aflame
murmur in my ear
clutch me there
seize this twilight
pull me near

I’ll take you
beyond realities
conquer your lust
trace my fingers
in your lair
in my hands you thrust.

dance with me
prance lovely dance
relegate me to
your desire’s trance
such romance
without within you.

take me
engulf my urgency
with soft lips
clutch me dearly
evaporate the need
thunder in your hips.

shoot bright
stars of lightning
onto all of me
seize the universe
collapse the heavens
take me
in totality.

A Letter To the Racist

I love only my kind.
But a world of just
your kind would to
monotony consign you.

I celebrate just my kind.
But a world that celebrates
only you, would to the utter
depths of boredom relegate you.

I prefer just my kind.
But the preference of your kind
would your curiosity wear out.

I only recognize my world.
But a world of only you
can never its horizon broaden.

I only relish my own race.
But a world devoid of
other races would be the
most uninteresting.

My race must the entire earth occupy.
But without the 'inferior' races,
how could you 'superiority' claim?

I have a lebensraum for my
race to occupy.
A lebensraum for only you
would geography obliterate.

So let your world be yours,
and let mine be mine.

Your culture and language you
may retain, whilst mine I also
retain,

as we both our diversity
celebrate.
Because diversity is nothing
more than the spice of life.

The Psychiatrists Song

PSYCHIATRISTS’ SONG

Let us join in song of praise for all psychosis
It’s the leverage that gives us a good living
With a fragment here of mania or neurosis
That we bevel, hone removing all misgiving

Let it not be said we’re derelict in reason
For committing someone to an institution
For of syndromes we’ve a bountiful accretion
We have voted for and passed by resolution

So take care not to accuse us of a crime
As we relegate to sinkhole a sad creature
For your words betray a sickness we define
You are suffering from illusion - that’s a feature

The Children
By: Tom Wright
5/31/03

How oft are the children sacrificed
for an unjust cause or belief.
From hunger, with swollen bellies,
they beg for morsels of relief.

Accounted as hostages to grating words
orated by another in haste.
While clay mores relegate playground
to the status of vegetated waste.

Viewing with fear a chartreuse sky
as munitions are expended.
Leaves scant likelihood of future days
being enhanced or extended.

Groping in darkness, amid tremors,
finds collateral damage from bombs dropped.
From this, the hunger will only abate,
for those lives that will have stopped.

There is no true victor in war,
likewise, let there be no vanquished in peace.

An Admission of Guilt

Glinting of the nickel
Flip it, place it on the table
Relegate to gravity
That of fate- of destiny
In the end
It's a choice
To accept
Or avoid
After the flip,
Do you obey it
Pull back the hammer
To strike the steel with flint
It's still a choice
Drop hands from wheel, place them by your side
Watch the blurring treeline, shifting away my eyes
I've certainly lied
Proxies for good faith
I've blurred those lines
It's still a choice

SAILORS ON THE VIEW

sailors on the view,
sitting uniformly in the front row —
viewing the view.

waves from the forward and aft,
inspect the crisp, clean suits
and polished shoes, polishing
up on today’s news.

choked up anchors,
relegate their eyes,
with tongues wagging.

a bright beam in their eyes,
like a lighthouse lamp, brings
the hosts back, to the shores of reality.

TV Show called The View
The hosts were enamored with the uniforms
Duel references to the audience and the sea
