A NEW HOPE

It's a dirty game! Some people'll say
it's not a type I'll ever in my life play!
But you that claim clean, why don't you enter in?
And go make that dirty game clean?

I bet you'll be mute
For it is the truth
That no single human being
Can a championship in politics be he

But I must confess, it's not either clean
For our forefathers in the wrong way they did lead
And I wonder if our present leaders ever realized
That in the same pattern the younger ones will rise

What a messed up government we surely have
Oh! What misguided representatives we foolishly rely
When are we going to our history to study?
When are we going to reestablish our economy?
Inflation and deflation, always up and always down
When are we going to shock the whole world and stand out?
Now it's either God or man
But by now I bet we're tired of seeing the faces of man.

This Maze
Life seems like a Maze. Sometimes you may
Feel lost, there's always an escape through
this Maze. Zig Zag through these barriers
Set sensible boundaries. The Maze

Often trust you're intuition, and embrace challenges.
Synchronicities seekers of the truth will experience
Confusion; Embrace one's emotions, and your
Strengths and weaknesses will often be tested. The
Maze

Trust the universe it's guiding your soul, preparing
You to reestablish your faith. The Maze.

Premium MemberI Freshen Up Friendships

I freshen up friendships
even after they have been crammed into drawers for years
I revive them
shake them out
blow off the cobwebs
call and reconnect

Some recognize me immediately
others take a while, so I laugh
there are only two others in the world with this laugh
the wicked witch of the west
and the witch who tried to trick Hansel and Gretel

They know who I am now
and they remember something funny
that I have probably forgotten
But pretend to remember
in an effort to reestablish our connection

Of Eagerness

They made there motives clear
It was announced they were here
Some saw there eagerness as
Sincere
We knew there objectives the
Moment they were here
They studied obstacles as goals
They sought solutions to gain
control
They divided people only to
reestablish trust
Even in there doings it meant as
Much.
Citing the security of there gains
there might made locals seem
strange
That speech of these divided men
Was played over and over again.
They used others to keep them
United.
Each challenge guilded to divide them
Seeking ambitionous people to
secure there loyalties
There objectives became real clear
to me!

Premium MemberOh Deliriums

He stakes my arms to the wall, with binding hands.
I feel his desire through the strength of his grip, he
presses against me and I can’t move. I meet his eyes.
He smiles. I smile.

We kiss to form a scabrous, common bond.
I feel bound up in him and we remain, as such,
too long, too rude, too rough - and free for all to see.
It’s enough to draw curious eyes and jealous sighs.

We stop for air, to reestablish equillibria.
Our immediacy is too giddy - we’re too flushed
for words - the libidinous overtures of dirty birds.

It’s just a kiss, or two - too few - measure them by
pleasures blush - but now, we to the dance floor rush
to join the crush - YES, fun is enough.

Delving Deeper

The comment hurt and I withdrew
My response was brief as I promptly ended our conversation
Thoughts flooded through my mind
"He doesn't need me" "He has her now"
A truth that I sometimes still find difficult to accept
We shared a special, one-of-a-kind connection
A mutual, multi-level intimacy that we both cherished and carefully tended
A bond that neither of us had ever had with anyone else...

Everyday, I am reminded of what I need to do to avoid getting hurt
Honour the boundaries I've put in place
Establish and reestablish those lines
Yes, I have made progress...

And yet, here I am
Dodging strikes and curveballs that life loves to throw
Feeling side-swiped and unsettled by another round of letting go
Knowing that engaging only makes me want to delve in deeper
The way I'm used to
The way WE used to

And that's where my big heart gets me into big trouble
You'd think I would know by now
Because it lures and leads me to the place I've worked so hard to stay away from
The place that always ends up leading me...here

Familiar Patterns In An Altered State of Wellness

i am dizzy right now and i am unable to be able
i simply refuse to reestablish my common sense
i choose stubbornness and it has now caused me mad pain
maybe i will grab my sweety's throw blanket and sleep in front of the chiropractor's door

i am lightheaded right now and i am unable to be able
i create stanzas of excuses moonlighting as poems
i am an unfinished basements salesman specializing in repetitive wolf tickets
maybe i will grab my starlight's forest green furry bathrobe and sleep in front of the orthopedic doctor's door

i am confused right now and i am unable to be able
i am a right handed pitcher of habitual lies in a dry desert
i am a left handed denialologist with only disorted images on the obvious picture
maybe i will borrow my lady's always warm brain and go to the wall of her primary doctor and knock some sense into myself until opening hours

Premium MemberEndless Adoration

Since my life started on earth, I've felt coziness.
You gave me your Infinite joy, vigor, and gladness
You surrender everything and raise your eagerness.
Everything infers that will ruin me of the richness.

Amid day and night, You pour me with your tenderness
My label gathers you with prompt expeditiousness.
At the point when you embrace me, I will fix my bitterness.
My spirit will limitless hold your adoration and kindness.

Your unbroken zeal and your life's aims were spotless.
If you banish, my everlasting love will be boundless.
I'm upset for the occasions I've driven you to sadness.
It is cruel to deny how your caregiving was bottomless.

I can't reestablish your affection's fine effectiveness.
Despite all my defects, your adoration for me was faultless.
I've understood that your affection for me is deathless.
Your adoration for eternal scopes offers me mindfulness.

I love you, Mom. My adoration for you is endless.

Premium MemberAt the Kitchen Table

Can we sit across from each other again,
at a kitchen table one day?
Blue eyes focused, and steady,
not looking away,
or tempted to sway.
What seemed to be an adversary, callous words uttered of late,
Offering friendship,
and heartfelt apologies, at this late date.
How else to diffuse the distaste,
of verbal arrows sent and landed, unintended,
in too much haste.
Hoping for help, that one might see,
there can still be found some value, in knowing all of us, including me.
It's possible to make a beginning,
from an apparent end. Just decide to bend.
But to start, and know again,
 a now unlikely friend,
help from a forgiving heart, would have to start a way,
to open the now locked doors of a mind made up,
to reestablish trust, and give the now lost connection the time of day,

Nighttime is when we sum up the day's activities
Solving all the days' problems, ignoring the hostilities
At times our mind wanders
Into uncharted waters
Then back to Earth and reestablish my sillities

As your heart breaks

        fake facades crumble into dust;

but you’re ready to forgive past mistakes

        and reestablish trust.

Premium MemberSpirit of Christmas V

On my way to church
the spirit of Christmas I met the other night.
All excited it was as the day of Jesus's birth
was coming.

In awe, I approached it and hesitantly
I asked:

" Could you, sacred spirit, tell me what the real
meaning of Christmas is? "

The spirit looked at me, at first, rather surprised for
I appeared as a man of faith
yet
didn't seem to know what was I celebrating,
however,
with a compassionate smile and a very
calm voice willingly replied:

" The real meaning of Christmas
is the rebirth of love in people's hearts.
A rebirth that aims to reestablish
the relationship among the people themselves first and then
reinforce their connection with the divine, as the Lord
meant it to be pure and holy!
In that way
the love and peace of the heavens
would be enshrined in the heart of every man and
make people love one another, the fact that would lead
love to reign upon the earth and bring peace
to humanity.
Only then the birth of Jesus would make sense
and take its real meaning
causing the angels with joy sing -peace on earth and
Alleluia! "

Premium MemberAll Is One - One Is All

All is One, and One is All,

For the one gives birth to All

And the All adds up to the One,

According to God's immutable laws of

Unity and harmony,

Thus

Whoever commits a crime against the part,

Commits a crime against the whole.

So, the universal justice steps in for to

Punish the transgressor

In order

Harmony to reestablish and God's law of

Unity to maintain!

There Is a Tear In the Middle of the Floor

there is a tear in the middle of the floor
we do not know who it once belonged to
we are amazed at how stubborn it actually is
perhaps it acted as a symbol of inspiration for us to sit down and talk it all out

there is a tear in the middle of the floor
we do not know what language it speaks
we are in awe of how it has been able to keep its shape
perhaps it acted as a reminder of what we could of lost had we not truly communicated

there is a tear in the middle of the floor
we do not know if its little heart still beats
we are taken aback at the fact that it looks like it is actually smiling
perhaps it acted as a divine mediator for us....lead by a Higher Power

there is laughter at the corner of earth avenue and real world way
we have nursed each other's scars as a portion of many unified peace offerings
we are enjoying immensely this blessed chapter of realization and understanding
perhaps in the heart of God's Time, we just had to slow everything down and just regroup, reveal, refocus, review, reestablish, reaffirm, and reconfirm....
