Reenergized Poems | Examples

Premium Member Renewal

I close my eyes
to imagine all the dreams
we've yet to fulfill.

My heart races,
longing to draw you near
and talk about every sinew
of a life to be shared.

Passion is restirred, restored,
reenergized, rekindled, revived.
And zest is renewed.

Daring to expand beyond horizons,
we spread our wings wide
to set sail, to chase more sunsets.

Life around the corner
promises, surprises.
Sometimes happy, sometimes sad.

Let's make the most of time.
Create memories.
Hold 'forever' in our heart!

Premium Member Arms of September

As I go through a jungle field, I blaze a trail of tears,
and a war path of torture I tread. I keep trekking through
the mind-fields of life where little relief is certain. That is,
until I remember that September is coming. I hear her humming
in the distance and praying for me to hold on just a little bit longer.

Sweet September, my rock, my anchor, retriever of the battle scared
souls and those forced to pay high tolls. When I am spent and sold
and every bone seems to have been broken, I hasten to remember
whose team I'm on. Then I recall, and reenergized from the stall,
from the weariness of it all, I rise from the fall. September is coming!

She knows me by name and by sight and raises me from the blight.
Worn and torn with blood, sweat, and tears from years of conflict and woe,
I see September. Seeing September, now just ahead, hope rises from the
deep and sweeps me into her calming and strong arms.

Premium Member Morning Sun

In the early hour
a tired soul reenergized
that’s been moping in the dark
eagerly follows where
the rising sun may lead

I walk and walk
until I can walk no more
fill my lungs of lilac blooms
soak in the effervescence
and quench my thirst of morning sun

Steel Blades

6/21/22
"Steel Blades"
All these spiels and games
Yet another shady deal made
We do not feel the same
Chop you up with steel blades
Your body left in the field decays
I've no interest in starting to kneel and pray
Too many secrets hidden and sealed away
Regardless does time ever truly heal the pain?

It's happened 9 hundred and 11 times
Eventually I had to sever ties
Because it all started to jeopardize
For the longest time I could never find
The way toward a better life
In darkness the sun would hardly ever shine
Until the second I, recognized
That I was being less than wise
So I switched it up and reenergized
Memorize that goonies never say die
Still searching for where the buried treasure lies

Claiming they're legit with fake papers
People always trying to gain favor
No need for a weight trainer
I got to accumulate paper
Still all the snakes and haters
Don't be such a naysayer
Or wait a day later
I'm breaking through the clay layers
Meanwhile life's always throwing out haymakers
How I handle it is a game changer
When in great danger
Found a way in nature
Within eight acres
Many times for others I became a savior

Premium Member Splendorous Smile

A flame red lipstick
With black laced sleeve blouse and skirt
Combined with high heels
Mirrors reenergized mood
Radiating with splendor

The System Needs Revitalization

the system needs revitalization
in order for new creations to be vital creation

knowing this and more, i wonder if we could talk
then afterwards find a new root of renewal via a quiet walk

when we become reenergized, we can bask in the new ebb and flow
no matter the temperamental tendencies of real life, you are still the star of my show
