In the dusting of the springtime,
sweet scented thoughts of yesterday
ring melodiously like chimes
and again, preluding my way…
As I reminisce all sweet scents,
gentle breeze caresses my hair
like when the star jasmines, hyacinths,
gardenia and phlox filled the air.
When butterflies hovered with bees,
praising bright roses and tulips,
my honeybabe gave my first kiss-
great memories, so nice to keep.
Blooming gifts, birds…all spring love songs
With wistful thoughts, my heart belongs.

A thesis, ascertained through abrasions of
decubitus ulcerations of existences austerity.
The colluded effect of unbeknownst
certainty.
Preluding the path of non precluding.
Additioned to the implausibility of unintended
effect.
Multiplied by the multiplicity of ignorant
ignorance.
Divided by the hidden figures of plausible
deniability.
Equaling the copiousness of insurrection
and egalitarianism.

The golden sun of yesterday
played out in fields of gold
inside the tarping memory of father, handling LIFE
the joyful whistles that he fluted pruned alongside vines
and mothers pumping heart of song lauding in
loud and STRONG
No treason yet no aging bridge no tented hope
just morning glories,
a baby breath away from here
and all the sunlight we'd afford
inside a little yard of sweet explore,
I see,
the lonely eyes of a young girl longing for a friend
a hand held jar for fireflies or butterflies in toe
Pebbles rolled beneath unpaved paths as
dear together raw as butterflies we scabbed our knees
with swivel, in the morning breeze
Like BUTTERFLIES preluding dawn with shiant colors bold,
the summer sun of yesterday played out in fields of gold;
Inside my hiding place a youthful carefree life
still lingers in my heart's enfold,
without the memory, of growing old.

"My shadow flirts with the sun"
and I caress the light
moving to and fro
dancing here I go
My shadow smiles
stealing a glimpse
into things hidden apart
a silhouette straight to heart
Secrets held with the night
an unseeable background take
feelings not faked
preluding permanent sight
"the shadow will soon fade"
but I know as with the sun
the two of us
will be reunited again

Oblivious to arcane mishaps
That molest the bones established by society
The echo of her tattoo sings of a great depression
Each time the memory surfaces,
A twisted grin is born
Perhaps this could be the preluding window to existential purgatory
