Ever received a refund from the government
For excitement nothing even comes close
Totally flipped out danced around like an idiot
Even kissed my sister how gross!
Going out on the town gonna eat like a piggie
Gonna drink till I lose my sight
Probably spend a bunch then spend some more
Till I'm eating Kraft Dinner every night
What good fortune seems like I've won the lottery
But with my luck they've made a error
Mixed me up with some guy down the street
Who resides at 1060, Unit Four
Now that I've blown the budget for the year
I'll be moving from my current residence
Maybe disappear pitch a tent in the woods
Eat blackberries from this day hence
Ever received a refund from the government
Please listen to this friendly advice
Make sure they haven't screwed you around
Before you blow the rest on your life!
i was young
i was broke
i was cold
cold
young
and broke
i didnt need
to fix my
broken
piggie
bank
short on supplies
i'd exercise by
walking at
night a
round
town
where
there i
saw the
marquee
it could've
been de Sade
but instead was
Mozart
i had
twenty
dollars
for
groceries and
a ticket for
Don Giovanni
was twenty
i lived
off of
that
opera
for a
long
time
counting my
thumb as one
i have ten
fingers
and when
it comes
to toes
even
though odd
the little
piggie
that
went all
the way
home
makes
ten so
then
may
i add
up the
ways
that i
love
you
stealing my
own savings
finding hidden
stashes under
mattresses and
door mats that
read WELCOME
smashing my
piggie bank
really a ceramic
sloth with a slot
but smashing it
twice so to get
making sure every
cent saved now
to be spent just
to see possible
rumors of a spot
on the far right
of her right
breast
perhaps a birth
mark but mark
my words as if
travelling to the
dark side of the
moon soon to
lose commun
ication
breaking
up but
it looks
as if
it is
the
devil's
kiss
oh gosh
oh golly
gee i like
her hands
but love her feet
precious
pressure
points
massaging
messages
to aches
and pains
and joints
sore but
surely not
now for this
little piggie went
to market and this
little piggie went all
the way home
There were three little piggies, Mud, Slop and Eleanor
Mud and Slop usually covered in poop while Eleanor was demure
Hanging out with well-to-do piggies
The ones known as the “pretties”
A misnomer for sure, but Eleanor had piggie allure

Chilly chi had a blackish pearl she named it Winglow
One night she saw a piggie followed by her beau
Chilly chi spilled the thunder
Cut her pearl-bag asunder
Could not cast pearl before swine because she broke her toe
Ever received a refund from the government
