I love curling up with a great book
especially when It is gently raining
What it lacks in physical exercise
it makes up for in thought reframing
I can go anywhere and do anything
to see how those different folks live
Or ride in a rocket to the farthest star
full of curiosity just to see what gives
I can take part in a harvest of blue
as the blueberries drip from my lips
Or contemplate if my future destiny
includes sealing wax & sailing ships
I hope to carry all that I’ve learned
in my mind until I have passed away
But lest I forget this important fact
that carpe diem means seize the day!

along quiet roads
all around the public park
over humped backed bridges
enjoying gentle physical exercise
Nature trip for rejuvenation gain
Offers varied therapeutic wonders
Toward blest exuberant wellness-reign.
Trek atop hill despite ascent blunders
Propelling physical exercise force
Offers varied therapeutic wonders.
Basking under tree-canopied trail course
Hearts are delighted with forest’s fresh scent
Propelling physical exercise force.
Viewing terraces of bright gold accent
As sunflowers radiate cheerful glow
Hearts are delighted with forest’s fresh scent.
Then plunging into crystal water-flow
Souls welcome spiritual cleansing beauty*

While God allows feasting on His bounty

Ha Ha Ha Ha What is it?
Nothing but you need it
It makes us healthy in any manner
This is the benefit of laughter...
It spreads happiness all around
And laughter makes different sounds
While laughing, all hearts get happy
So, laugh laugh everybody...
For staying fit so, laugh for a time
Yes its the part of physical exercise
it attracts everyone from surrounding
And then everybody stares you for a while...
Do you want to play the role of magnet?
Just laugh so, whole world will attract
Let it come the tears of happiness in eyes
Nobody will cry, everybody just enjoy this life...
LAUGHTER IS THE KEY FOR HAPPINESS
It releases tension, it releases stress
Let one sound come from your mouth
Ha Ha Ha so, laugh out loud(LOL)....

‘China sound bites.’
‘’Honk, Honk’, nudge, nudge’’ The city says , as dust settles behind the wheels of the many transporters. The westerner learns the ebb& flow, to their credit, & moves to counter the moment of impact.
At our gate the guard smiles, as he continues his shift, from dawn to dark it seems. The uniform pleases him & secures our peace.
Serenity in the early days, physical exercise brings a smile, To those who have no time or tradition to comply. Envy!!
The train dislikes his night time duties, And tells All ,who strain to sleep. AWAKE!! AWAKE!! He cries.
I was stuck in the back of a small car again,
Not enough air, raging heat, suffocating sun,
Thinking of physical exercise, freedom and poetry,
And of the French and their liberty run.
I spoke English sometimes with a speech problem,
But I always spoke French without,
So stars collided when a man on a motorbike,
Pulled up, and in French directed us with clout.
It was in Ibiza where we were holidaying,
Having persuaded mum and dad to go,
But being so confined in that car distressed me,
So I was relieved then, ‘cos French I did know.
When I journeyed out for walks on my own,
In my blue electric wheelchair so serving,
I had conversations with the locals in French,
And for me they were their smiles reserving.
Much as I'd like to do what I used to
At 78, my energy has flown
It's really not matter of choice at all
The body decides on it's own
Oh how I wish I still had the energy
As I did just ten years ago
Age has a way of deciding for us
How far our body can go
Must always try to really stay active
Retirement years can be long
Mental abilities stay almost the same
Physically it's a different song
Physical exercise is very important
To maintain our youthful zest
Otherwise the body starts to shut down
And memories are all we have left
