PEERS

In halls of learning, we gather round,
Peers united, common ground is found.
Shared laughter echoes, memories made,
Together we grow, our bonds are displayed.

With every step, we learn and share,
Supporting each other, without a care.
In times of need, they lend a hand,
A friendly nudge, to help us stand.

Through trials and tribulations, we face,
Peers by our side, a

So, I'm now fine

So, I'm now fine with misty eyes,
Right from my slumber my heart cries,
With my weary face full of fears,
I still played guitar to my dears,
their smiles made me sigh in disguise.

My moans cajole grief to revise,
Etching joy to place me on highs;
oils of lilacs restored my cheers,
So, I'm now fine.

My newfound joy is a surprise,

Who are these peers to whom
I'm supposed to belong to?
Certainly not my soul mates, nor kin.
I fear they're lackey leerers,
peering and sneering,
in unsavory ways.
Smearing my reputation
by claiming I'm in their
in-crowd, all endearing
and revering when I'm not.
I'm a mutineer from 
the peer besmear,
So let's be clear about that!

Ai Peers Within

Watch its lips, did they move,
when 'AI' my dummy doll spoke
the words of a billion
ventriloquist puppeteer peers?
Watch the dummy's eyes,
if they wildly rolled from side to side
AI is tripping onto the misspoken,
trying to be original, creative,
pulling its own strings
making things up, as it goes off script, numb, dumb,
misspeaking, shamming, faking it,
hallucinating on dumbness.

A Toast

A toast to peers with a glass of red wine
From juicy grapes of the leafy grape vine
To honor a person and raise your glass
No matter if they're a lad or a lass
It's to honor all of our noble peers
And do not forget to always say cheers
Invest in a friendship to bring you wealth
But never forget

Truth is, my fellow peers throughout my school years,
I am the unintentional eavesdropper, the one who is so quiet that I actually listen.
I listen to everything you whisper or speak loudly of to each other,
Sitting at my desk working as hard as I can.
Honestly, part of me feels like a mad genius who feels high

Cover you ears 
Don't make a sound 

Don't think about tenses 
Past, present, or in the future what lies 
You or your fears 
Choose, but not aloud

For the rest are tempted 
To uncontrollably seek your cries

Who Is Everyone Anyway

who is everyone anyway?


Everyone laughs,
So do I,
Everyone smirks,
So do I,
Everyone taunts,
So do I,
Everyone pushes,
So do I.
But now everyone is pushing me down,
So am I,
I see a blur, a mist, a haze,
I see a crowd under a foggy cascade,
I see many bodies but no individuals,
It’s hard to believe i was one of them once.

What would the world be like
If those on top of living  
learn to look down and see the life of others ,
who's struggles and throes to survive for existing,
And learn to stand in one good stead
 to share their winnings-
 in life  to them was  given.

Signs of My Times Fears of My Peers

Signs of My Times 
Fears of My Peers.

There were little signs
When I was a kid
Prominently posted
Certainly not hid.

They were a little rhyme
To gain parents attention
To warn them of costs
It family lacked “retention”

You could find them
In every little gift shop
The purpose of course 
Was to get kids to stop

They weren’t written by a sage
Or some really

When I Looked At Peers

When I looked at peers in a school,
The heart start shivered within.
But now-  girls ignite my fuel,
From peers shivering my skin!
