The Crown Of The Unbroken

Beneath the weight of bleak grey skies,
I rise, though storms would blind my eyes.
No tide nor tempest bends my soul
Of those who stand, though hearts be cold.

Through thorn filled paths and bitter winds,
I pray my soul reborn, where hope is all.
The chains that sought to steal my flame
Are melted by a forge unnamed.

Red and white glory freely flies
Mapleleaf, strong and proud, framed by bright blue skies
From glacier fjord to mountain stream
Over fields of gold and trees of green
Nothing is more beautiful to see

On a wave of crimson, he surfs with glee
In flag shorts waving, proud and free
With a grin that shines, he smiles and soars

WHY EACH VOTE COUNTED

The parents whose 12-year-old son was just laid to rest
From spraying bullets exploding in his young body’s chest

The father whose daughter was tortured and raped
By monsters initiating in a criminal gang
She will never see her fourteenth birthday

The shopkeeper, who after taxes is barely making his life’s wage
And totally depends on the paltry money his hard

My Lady USA

Lord knows she isn’t perfect but she’s better than the rest.
And I always find her beautiful even when she is a mess.
She has her faults and failures but I love her anyway
And I thank the good Lord for her each and every day.

Now, some might call her haughty and resent the fact she’s there.
Some might

Is it true that zombies or monsters or vampires or dragons 
   are patriotic or somewhat somehow just nightmares 
  about the moon- if it is colonising or is it because 
     sometimes media is for instance fantastic 
  or mysterious icon or emblem?.

Our Best Time

If you can get the name,
Even if you attain fame,
If you regard it as yours, one and only,
Can you claim it loudly?

If you can bring your zone completely under control,
If you know you will survive till your downfall,
If you have the same appetite as you had before,
You are not unknown and unnamed anymore.

Of one's country.

    of patriotism like never to betray here or near or 
  whatever rumors?, do you know how wide is the border 
   or bother?,

It is a fine day to laze in the grass
And to think about that beautiful lass.
Her pretty eyes are lit with laughing fire
