Premium Member My Crowning Glory

I consider my hair my crowning glory
it is very very long blondish and straight
and I pamper it every single day
so, it is soft like baby hair
I have smooth and silky shampoo and conditioner
different types of scented detanglers
leave in conditioners for an extra silky feel
brushes and combs that will not break my hair
I wear very little makeup
just pink lipstick, blush, eyeliner and mascara
'cause I like a sort of natural look
I love how my hair blows in the breeze
and how it swings in dance class when I twirl
people tell me how pretty it is
even strangers will stop ask what I do
to make it so nice (I give it love)
some even say is it real
and I say just tug on it and you decide
since a little girl I have had long hair
I have pleasant memories of mom brushing it
sometimes, even braiding it
but nowadays, I just let it be long and straight
that's what I like . . .

Wonders Of Nature

Nature always
Create many
Beautiful things.

Looking around
Colors abound
Painting the fields.

Dust blue color
Brush the sky
Pamper my eyes.

Beyond blue sea
Sits orange sun
Horizon lies.

Premium Member Zen mode

it is nostalgic for us to see
how the bulb mimics a flame
complete with the flicker and all
heart delights at the deception
because joy is innate to soul

we see no harm
in such indulgence
as we so pamper ourself
with sights most others miss
but we do have a cheat code
in the hum of bliss magnetism
cascading within organic form
soma nectar burrowing deep
enriching the now continuum
in an ethereal mist of love
flowing from God’s heart
straight into our own

Premium Member Rain

rain pitter-patters 'pon
umbrella which turns
the hottest noon-day sun....
soft sand, gentle waves
pamper small aching feet

Musing Myself

The vast sea of people
You look back for a moment
The vast sea of love
I have loved for a lifetime
Love, in the present time and space.

When challenge come
I make myself a priority
I call someone I can rely on
Go to a place to unwind
Breath sea breeze to refresh myself.

I love being spoiled
But not with gifts or money
I just need time
A little pamper and head scratching
Caressing attention and efforts.

Premium Member Wounded Sigh

Bright jewel enshrined odyssey sparkles,
as haunted pneuma’s blinding sun quest,
sculpts sweet blissful dream escape plot,
from deep well nagging torrents,
wounded sigh raw throat rush,
magma spewing ire,
ashen inkling,
cerise dawn’s,
gleeful
prompt

Eyes
dilate,
at lavish,
surreal sights,
froth rim cascades dull,
imagined sudden ache,
or dark traumatic imprint,
spritely bird chirp’s amber wing dive,
honeysuckles gloomy vocal chord,
to pamper for a while my strained quiver

Rabid mishap cluster in harsh pickle,
fuel soaked match hazard an idle spark,
to set wild utterance aglow,
yet gold wisps of heaven lurk,
they remould skewed instinct,
despite life’s burden,
sigh a tiny,
wound doused with,
simple
joy

Musings Of Love

Love is like a free bird that flies
Dare not to cage it, or it dies
Tie it, so not to go astray
But pamper it in night and day

You look at it as if it's gold
Treasure to cherish and to hold
Once it's gone, it may not come back
It's trace may leave you out of track

Polish it with damp of your kiss
Like something that you always miss
For its shine maybe gone someday
When all you show is sky of gray

Premium Member I Want to Have Joy

her energy was going fast
there were too many have tos in her life
not enough get tos
I want to have joy, she told her mother

her mother was a sprite, a fairy godmother,
enthusiastic, the personification of joy
she said “throw out the have tos for at least one day.
Do not give them room in your brain or your heart.

Do what you want to do.
Nurture yourself
Pamper yourself'"
Great advice!

Baby Fish

In my son’s house there’s a fish tank
Where there currently reside
Five fishes swimming happily.
(A sixth one, sadly, died.)

Today I noticed something new,
A little mesh-type cage
Suspended in the tank for reasons
I could not quite gauge.

Until I looked more carefully
And, much to my surprise,
Two baby fish were hiding;
As a tactic, very wise.

I learned their one-time siblings
Hadn’t lasted very long,
Being gobbled by the grown-ups
Which, of course, seems very wrong.

But we can’t judge their behavior
Or compare it to our own,
For we humans pamper offspring -
Well, at least ‘til they are grown!

A Sad Poet

My lover is gone, whom will I love now?
I am in anguish for I have no one to strengthen and pamper me with love like my lover.
I have no one to hold, kiss and caress at the park and at night.
I have veered off-course for she used to keep me in one direction.
It’s hard to sleep at night with the smell of her scent on the sheets.
My apartment is now a mausoleum, her garments and accessories; souvenirs.
I have arranged our date photos in sequence on the wall just like the photos of the way of the cross.
Will I love again? Who will I love? Who will I find to love me?
Is my heart my an empty shell?
Who will hold me the way my lover used to?
Who will knit my heart’s shattered pieces?
Who will salvage my heart from the quicksand of loneliness?
My heart is in anguish and my soul’s wailing since the departure of my lover.

Dear Self

Dear self ,
We live inside each other,
When the last time we met each other
At the last stage of life,
let's take some wise steps,
Your biggest abhorrence was,
You never wanted to live like a substitute
or a hindrance in someone's life…!
You didn't want to feel like scrapheap
But when they find you inept and worthless,
People threw you away when they find you,
snag in their personal space!

They didn't leave any space for you
Filled that with other people or feelings!
But
Their heart knows,
You were always honest with them,
You were always available for them to care,
to pamper, to understand, to trust them,
It was not enough for them!
You thought there is some connecting strings,
A string of trust, respect, and purity,
They were not loyal to you,
There was not any strings!

At last!
Let's decide not to call them back!
You never asked them to go,
They chose separation,
They left you in pain,
They Stopped caring for you!

Premium Member Sapiophile Desire

make love to her mind before you engage her body

melt her with mellifluous metaphors
arouse her with amorous alliterations
romance her with rapturous rhymes
tempt her with tantalizing terzas
lure her in with loving lyrics
seduce her with sexy sonnets
pamper her with poetic praises

now, get ready for the night of your life

God, My Father

I have a Father

The creator of the universe

Agunechemba

Lion of the Tribe Of Judah

My strength and protector

The Lion that Guards the Universe

My Heavenly Father

I have a Father

Abba Father

My Source and provider

Because of the love You have for me

You sent Your only Son to die for me.

You are indeed my Father.

Lord, I dedicate this poem to You, and before I celebrate

Fatherly roles in my life...

I celebrate You first.

Thank You, God, for being my father,

 source, and provider.

My Daddy, Daddy weh de pamper

I worship You

God my Father.

Premium Member September Telltale Whisper

Autumn, a time for reflections on reflections,
and they are rife, linked to pearly grey sky,
lake, puddle, mud strewn path or no,
while each steep cliff face boldly juts,
sheer defiance without concession or a budge,
through jagged edge loadstone chipping,
as the chilling froth-tipped sea mounts its saline tumult, irrespective of an iron cast continuing rebuttal.
One can pass the baton to u turn so turbulent,
within our mental recess at end of summer phase.
September signpost deigns to whisper,
of a scenic telltale hint and tint,
this somber colour gloss an imposition on July,
sunburst relish, such a sullen flashback,
amid the garden suite indigo plot,
 beyond a purposeful utopian expanse,
which every avid green-fingered artisan must doff,
their pale straw rimmed hat to,
that transit between seasons, annual curtain drop,
awash with predetermined wish fulfilment,
glow upon each glitter that sparks our child,
 eternal down the ages,
somehow yet an underlying dread might spoil
 or pamper,
in such icicle entanglement so wicked in its frozen mosaic,
chase indelible precursor now more than ever so inevitable.

Premium Member Around the World

Loving you with all my might
Come with me, hold on tight
Once the voyage has begun
Let's take it slow and walk, not run

Every continent we'll see
You'll be right beside of me
I'll take care of everything
You can just sip tea and sing

You've worked hard, now just sit back
And watch the sunsets fade to black
Let me pamper you each day
Love on you in every way

And when I'm not alone with you
You'll still be only who I view
And when this voyage nears the end
Don't be sad, we'll start again
