Premium Memberfield of forgiveness

your field lies bare and vacant
a patch of wasteland never toiled
pardon not granted merciless and cold
a harvest of apology’s acceptance lost
in resentment anger fear and insecurity

seeds of opportunity thrown away
serving your own narrow narrative
change shrivels up for scraps
growth stunted and discarded
a memory extending past the moment

acrimonious feeling feeds fertile soil
in lack of kindness and compassion
love’s detritus bordering on hatred
serves victimhood and animosity
lacks courtesy respect forgiveness

it takes courage and emotional maturity
to receive amends in decency and grace
to grant remorse regrets concessions

I love you dearly my wayward child
yet when you refuse to consider
my wife and lover’s redress and plea
to normalize what had been tainted
you need to know I stand with her

while you cannot I do forgive you
may not accept your stubborn disregard
feel sadness disbelief and disappointment
for the prodigal acorn from my oak tree
therefore I pray for us and wish you well

Premium MemberSneak Preview of the 'Big Debate'

    My opponent will destroy democracy
But my opponent will normalize hypocrisy

My opponent pays hush money to whores
Well, my opponent snoozes in meetings and snores

My opponent’s in cahoots with radical progressives
But my opponent’s tax cuts are regressive

My opponent is in bed with Putin
Well, my opponent for Iran is rootin’

My opponent’s spending will stoke inflation
But my opponent’s plans will increase starvation

    Enough! Stop! Cut! Halt!
It’s not all the other guy’s fault

All this negativity makes one thing clear
I’m voting for the first candidate I can cheer

YOU, YOU AND YOU

Yes, it's true
The government holds the steering
To national development bearing
For they collect taxes, fees and dues.

But what if it starts with you
You, you and you claiming to be common
For you know not where taxes go
But only setting your prices on the go.

You say as we all say
Gov't can make businesses smile
Normalize the nation, control inflation
With sound and a working regulation

However, contemplate this perspective
We've all opened our doorways
And embraced the ideals of the west
Thinking it will bring us rest.

We want our business to be free
When we set our prices Gov't to agree.
We pay the taxes we feel like
If Gov't insists prices we spike.

Imagine the potential within us:
Beyond faulting the center, the core,
Our attitude shift could be the remedy
Our inherent capacity holds the key.

Premium MemberRewrite Now

Bring back the taste of homemade gifts
normalize giving straight from the heart;
A look back is how this mindset shifts;

Time together is a good place to start,
the best present is to be in the moment;
Life is so much more than a flip chart;

Hanging for hours as the clock’s spent
is more priceless than a diamond shore;
As it happens know what it meant;

Be grateful for every grande adventure;
Start now! Let’s go rewrite December.

Premium MemberBells

"I Heard The Bells On Christmas Day" by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Three Christian Churches here used to play
Their hymns rang out along the way
They took turns with their chimes each day
Never overlapped come what may

How I miss those sweet bells of old
They rang out through warm, hot and cold
Their songs of love, peace, joy were told
Before our world its soul to evil sold

Those hymns at Christmas time so dear
And carols ringing so strong and clear
On each street corner there was no fear
No illegal drugs around this small town here

Could this world normalize again
People spread out and grow some hens
Have some goats, ducks, and a weathervane
To go into town maybe catch a train

While 'pon that ride the bells ring out
Now that is what I'm talking about
Places where love can be planted and sprout
Those days can be good without a doubt

Here It Is

Nothing is certain where truth is accepted concept and not a certain.
how can it even be spoken and related in a language that has exceptions to the rules, the profiund truth is perceived many ways makind communication key to both division and unity that makes living an idea because it is now a paradox

so what now its out how do we keep things from falling apart
easy normalize types of segregation accepted and even expected separation
based on belief, wealth, education, orgin, sports team. opinon now no one knows they are all part of the same system

The Society

Trying to normalize
My differences
They took my spine
And crumbled it
As a stale bread

Now they’re enveloping
Their parts
With my pieces

So they can taste better

Outgoing President a Disaster

Fired shots that smelt not their target,
Gold digger far away from nugget;
Plight of the masses fought the wrong way:
Not one of them did meet a bright day...

Your pictures in offices fidget,
The days left I count with each digit.
You have the ship steered; You've had your say
But the whole thing looks perfect child's play.

What more would one want to analyze?
It might even lips paralyze.
Not a single thing will normalize:
"More Hardship!" If I should summarize.

A wonder you did that legislate:
What won't my punishment mitigate;
We all saw what figures indicate
Which dull child can't the problems locate?

Outgoing president: A Disaster:
Eight years back dying to be Master...

Premium MemberAudible Sighs

a setting sun
ends its run
the day's done,
darkness won
night's begun
everyone
but my son
leaves one by one.

gazing up at night's starry skies
through a five-year-old's eyes,
he starts to fantasize
for stars look like fireflies,
and watching the moon rise
triggers audible sighs
for as things normalize;
shooting stars renew his surprise.

Premium MemberThe Living God

I am serving the living God
A God like no other
The Creator of the universe
Omnipresent
Omniscient
The beginning and the end
God who says what He means
And means what He says

I am serving the living God
A God who never lies
A God that loves unconditionally
A covenant keeping God
The same yesterday
Today and forever

I am serving the living God
The God of Abraham
The God of Isaac
The God of Jacob
The God of Elijah
The God of Elisha
The God of TB Joshua

I am serving the living God
That delivered Daniel from the lion’s den
Delivered Shedrach Meschac
And Abednego
From blazing fire
Delivered Israelites
From rampaging Egyptian Army
He made Joseph great in a foreign land

I am serving the mighty God
 The greatest healer
There is no sickness He cannot heal
 No burden He cannot bear
 No mountain He cannot level
 No situation He cannot normalize

I am serving the living God
 That gave His only son
To die for me on the cross
 To make Easter meaningful

And the Statues Fell

The past can be found written in history books,
Statues stand and tell no lies.
To see the future, to the stars you need to look.

We are pawns in a game of queens, kings, and rooks;
Bygone crimes we seek to sanitize.
The past can be found written in history books.

Time does not change a hero to a crook,
And to the devil you cannot eulogize.
To see the future, to the stars you need to look.

No matter what liberties with the truth are took,
Man’s bygone crimes remain, that all must realize.
The past can be found written in history books.

Always remember: man’s follies are just a page in God’s scrapbook,
Our foolishness we look to normalize.
To see the future, to the stars you need to look.

This world came without a guidebook,
Our past is not perfect and cannot be idealized.
The past can be found written in history books.
To see the future, to the stars you need to look.

Premium MemberNineteen Twenties and Flappers

Fringe on edge of a dancing flapper’s skirt
Provocative and playful, enticing and tantalizing
Encouraging other women
To dare be more modern,

Bob their head, dance in public
Changing the world
One woman at a time
Who is willing to normalize bawdy

Usually found in the bigger cities
Two or three years
Before they arrive in the small towns
Maybe never arriving in the Bible belt at all.

Synthetic Stimuli Surfacing

Food for thought!...today~some Quantum physicists believe we live in a holographic universe...with multi-dimensional realities living side by side...and these multiverses only exist if observed upon...

Spurious spatiotemporal spacious synthetic skies

Contrarious curious conundrums critically compromise

Mysterious matter melding metamorphically mystifies

Nefarious neurological nilpotent neurons normalize

Insidious idealized information instructions immunize

Hilarious holographic hallucinogens hyperactively hypnotize

Various vector voids vivaciously vaporize

Delirious denurulizing defragments deceivingly digitize

A New Year

In the liquid ebony stillness
another year melts
into the nights skies
The past year seems but
just an illusion now
When the universe smiles
upon us as it once again sighs
Allowing old thoughts to
become impressions reminiscent
of past echoes replies
Holding onto hope of a
possible brighter tomorrow
to be realized
Another decade of lessons
to experience while again
awaiting for life to normalize

Demarcation Lines

Advancing purlieu dawns on growing up;
the outskirts of our lives will change o'er time.
Unwanted confines normalize our lives
as we accept each demarcation line.
