A New Year

In the liquid ebony stillness another year melts into the nights skies The past year seems but just an illusion now When the universe smiles upon us as it once again sighs Allowing old thoughts to become impressions reminiscent of past echoes replies Holding onto hope of a possible brighter tomorrow to be realized Another decade of lessons to experience while again awaiting for life to normalize

Let's hope that we do have a brighter year, especially with our weather of floods, and hurricanes, earthquakes, snowstorms and fires caused by lightning strikes. Let there be peace as well. A lovely new years poem Brenda. Blessings, Connie xxoo

I get that! Maybe we will have a new president too who isn't trying to start world war 3! SMH! With trump as president I have never felt more unsafe in my life! Thank you Connie!;)
