alternative to the supposed cookie cutter lifestyle off the grid away from the masses a peaceful life insue 
of wandering fields and daisy plaid 
twinning soul in pursuit 
to conquere a dream set forth by God to live in spiritual truth
Rising lifting we edify where strife has been removed 
we live as one beneath the

        Never staying in one place with one idea
Moving from 
     place 
to 
           place

Always straying
Inspired by the internal

Nomads of the Desert

Wander lust their families’ motivation
Nomads fluctuating in flowing migration,
Seasonal uprooting to discover new ways
Looking in new directions in anticipation.

Restless as the cirrus streaking the sky
Wander lust their families’ motivation,
They gather not, and with time dissipate
Having done so since primordial creation.

The land they claim their sovereign nation
Whatever resources subsistence requires,
Wanderlust their families’ sole motivation
Until with age

March field
       snow patched scars
       deer forage
       green stubble flirting
       the ground parsimonious
       its fast food scarcity

The nomads of the asphalt travel
In the dying light of the day as
solitary nova’s with
Walmart shopping carts
Knowing where to find discarded
Treasures 
Asphalt nomads
have no numbers they answer 
To many names they laugh at 
Your concerns for their welfare
The asphalt Nomads
marvel at the speed and ease
Of a stolen bicycle and
The meal at

Caravan

In the shimm’ring empty distance
Of a vast central Asian steppe,
A faint and formless shape appeared.
A soundless mass of black and brown
Rose like a djinn from out the dust
Of the long traveled Great Silk Road.

As it drew closer on its course,
Under a wide and hot noon sky,         

The Nomads of the Heart

The Bedouins, refugees from other times
The places were they live are still the same
But other people founded States and took
The deserts where they roamed ,ancestral nooks.

Ther little tents of black on the hillsides
Have not changed from Mediaeval times
But now they are like flies, unwanted guests
Who will know the tremor in their breasts?

We are nomads of this earthly plain, dining with dust and riveting rain
Dancing with demons dictating pain, making stronger our ball and chain
Under siege upon night, undercover and cold, a blvd sign in city’s light
A penal colony in punitive plight, the surreal scenery of a selective sight

Children in the nomadic kit
They never wake-up to the day light
They are born to the sleepy darkness
Really they have not born at all

Darkness in the finger tip
For somebody every five years
Life never respond any story beyond
Actually no where we lived at all

And pretending to live terribly failed

Maybe the life of a nomad is for me
To always let my spirit be free
Accept homelessness as the steady state of things
As each new adventure in my life begins
Change the swirling river I need to sail
As in each direction I again do fail
Living from my car day to day 
As with different friends I do

Magic Carpet Nomads

Silence splattered across the page
Riding on deeply buried tides
Climbing from treetops into hills of tomorrow

Life never exists the way the say
In boardrooms and across chalkboards
They just know what you're likely to eat...

The sun shatters cobwebbed dreary polite peace
Too glorious now to remain unmoved
For those with windows and eyelids to perceive 

Everywhere quicksand pebbles shift

Nomads

They have herds of sheep and goats
They pick dates; they grind oats
In the desert they always dwell
In the oasis they drink from a well

It’s hot, it’s humid, and it’s sandy
Scarf and turban may be handy
They see owl, they hear howl
And foxes for rabbits prowl
While in tents they sleep at night
In that God-forsaken blight
