To my best mother,
You and my great father
Take good care of your children.
In good and bad times, you're there.
To my best mother in the world,
You've shown your genuine love
When I was still in your womb.
From newborn, I knew I was secured.
Thank you for being my mother.
You're my best friend and my mentor.
I love you, though sometimes, I forget
you.
My mother, I'll always remember you.
I'll remember your noble teachings.
I'll love my brother and sister.
I'll value my family, relatives, and
friends.
I'll seek guidance to God forever.
To my best mother,
My beloved mother in the world,
Please forgive us for our mistakes.
We your children love you always.
Family should always be there
Nothing is better then it
Unless its a parent like mine
Mothers who aren't there
For her kids who shouldn't be alive
Messing up wasn't her
She screwed up more
Then anyone I know
Love isn't the reason
In fact love wasn't even there
Who knows where the love went
Not me, not anyone
But the claim of love was there
Why was there a claim
The world may never know
None will know but her
Mom why was I born
To live this life
How could you do this
To someone you should love
Why are you still living
When I was born to
Turn against everyone on Earth
So mom die, just die
There is nothing can replace
The elation upon her face
A gift from above
The gift of a mothers love
From the moment you are born
Her child she does adorn
She fills us with love undying
Wipes are tears when we’re crying
Washes away all our fears
Always lets us know she cares
No matter right or wrong
She stands behind you strong
Helps us learn from what we’ve done
With a smile as bright as the sun
She helped us along the way
Give thanks to her on this day
Let her know how much you care
Show her all the love she shared
For without her who would you be
With the world she allowed us to see
Grateful to the Lord above
For this gift of a mothers love
The End
By Greg P
O Mother! My mother
Thy love has made me strong
Each passing day, my humble pearl
Think I of thee, O fairest friend
For in those days when I wanted help,
Thou came by
It was all I needed;
Someone to share those forbidden days,
And in whose eye was a reason to live.
Mother! Mother!
Thy love has made me strong
God looking down on all his loved ones
Said,
She is the prettiest of all
So small, so soft, so delicate, so pink
Innocently she slept beside her mom
Close to that tender heart
The wind gently caressed her
The morning dew tenderly bathe her
Every passing butterfly
Stopped to admire her
The mother happily looked on
Secure in the knowledge
Of the happiness
Of the tender bloom
Untouched and pure
She danced with the wind
And slept on the mist
The mother swelled with pride
Feeling the love flowing from her
Encircling the tiny bloom
And keeping it safe
God looking down
Sighed happily
And gently whispered
“Mother and Child
Dedicated to Ezzelle with all my love and best wishes.
A perfect synonym of god,
Resting earth in plenty,
Sometime getting the gold,
Rest of the time treated filthy.
Having a heart comprising of 1000 skies,
With love twinkling like stars,
Immense bearance for pain,
Forgetting the count of unhealable scars.
Doing things for us yet keeping mum,
Trying to give things as such,
The heavenly angels are nothing in front,
She fought the battle for us in every crunch.
She did everything even “impossible” as stated,
Yet continuing like a flowing river,
We had thousands of days in our life,
Experience her warmth in our worst shivers.
Shaping up our future at the cost of her present,
Tear flowing down more on our happiness than her sadness,
A perfect synonym of our shadow,
With a refreshing smile, every second, to harness.
I salute her immaculateness,
And maiden love which feels like feather,
The reiteration of love and affection,
I”ll describe her in one word --- “My lovely Mother”
Choose Me
You can use me and abuse me
And still never lose me
All I want is you to choose me
In time you will see
The extent of your sons loyalty
Like knowing the sun will rise
And the night rising right before your eyes
You can hit me and kick me
And still never bruise me
All I want is you to choose me
This love undying crawls through soil
Towards your capsule of time
Your history and dreams are buried
With you laid to rest
Your beautiful voice never again will be heard
Like an angel screaming down to earth
All the while the world still burns
Just like my love deep down
This heart of mine
Take it and break it
But the love inside for you
Could never be shaken
Only strengthened
Never again will I be used or abused
Not by you
All I want is for you to choose
Choose me
Mom I hope you understand
That I appreciate
Everything you've done for me,
And I think you are great.
I know it wasn't easy
Raising us on your own.
A single mom with four sons,
Facing the world alone.
Never once did you fail us,
When others might have quit.
You conquered our obstacles
Refusing to submit.
Many times I saw you cry,
But you never gave in.
Failure was not an option,
For us, you had to win.
You overcame each pitfall,
Until your sons were grown.
You showed us how to survive,
And live life on our own.
I doubt we would have made it,
Had you not led the way.
You are our unsung hero,
And why we're here today.
Thanks for your love and guidance,
You really are the bomb.
I just wanted you to know,
I'll always love you Mom.
Ringlet curls bouncing around
As she runs here and there
Chocolate covers most of her face
Even the clothes she wears
My little womans getting so big
Growing way too fast
Time flies when you're having fun
And boy has this time passed
Year after year passes by
This will make year three
Even when she was in the womb
I knew she completed me
She's the reason I wake each morning
Without her, who would I be?
I love her from the depths of my soul
To my heart, she is the key
Hard times tend to come and go
Good out weighs the bad
Her smile can brighten the darkest day
To not love her you'd have to be mad
A mother's love is one of a kind
Never does it stray
Til the day that I stop breathing
She will light my way
Mum's love is brighter than the brightest star,
fuller than the local bar.
Longer than the world and back,
even bigger than a running track.
Much more faster than a big jet plane,
even clearer than the drops of rain.
Stronger than the strongest man,
wanted more than a summers tan.
Higher than the willow trees,
As helpful as your apartment keys.
More loving than a teddy bear,
Fresher than a juicy pear.
Deeper than the deep blue sea,
I know she'll love me for eternity.
From the cradle till now you have
been by my side.
From scraped knees to bruised hearts,
Your presence has been my rock,
You are always ready to help out
whenever needed.
You're the one who has given so much
to make me the person I am today.
Teaching right from wrong, to be morally
just in all ways.
I see love in your eyes when you look at me,
and a frown when something is wrong.
Mom, the most amazing person I know ,
putting everyone else first in you're life.
I hope someday to be more like you.
Till the clock on my setting sun will close
my eyes.
I'll love you Mom.

Our houses may be far apart,
But, our love will never be.
We are always close in heart,
My home ~ my mother and me.

Happy Mother's Day, Mom!
I love you!
Mother my best friend.
One on whom I can depend.
Faithful to the end.
All problems amend.
With me all her time will spend.
Love she won't suspend.
Even worldly trend,
won't make mothers love abend.
All our love will blend.

What I Saw
I saw the glow in my little girl’s face
An impending birth she was quick to embrace
That no other feeling could ever replace
I saw the glow in my little girl’s face
I saw the love in her mother’s eyes
A motherly love that soars and flies
A look that no mother could ever disguise
I saw the love in her mother’s eyes
I felt the pride that lives in my heart
It had no beginning; it was there from the start
A pride that I know will never depart
I felt the pride of a father’s heart
The glow and the love and the pride all together
Will last and will last no matter the weather
The shell of life has broken
And released him to the dawn
Mother dove is smiling
At the beauty of her spawn
She plucks a feather from her wing
And lays it in the nest
She pulls her baby close to her
And holds him to her breast
A gentle coo of love escapes
And settles in her ear
She rubs her beak behind his neck
And wipes away his fears
His eyes are barely open
So he struggles hard to see
The face of love that sits above
And makes him feel so free
She looks down at her abound
She ruffles once or twice
She fluffs it up, she makes it soft
She makes it feel so nice
She knows she'll have to watch him leave
As seasons come to pass
Just like she did a year ago
She still recalls the last
But till that day she'll line her nest
With downy feathered love
Until the time she sees her child
Fly the skies above
