I rushed into my friend’s office once not realizing she had a guest.
She said “This is Dr. Pat McClintock.”
Dr. Pat McClintock said “You are a Stone Twin from Chariton Iowa.”
This shocked me.
I was forty-four at the time, living in Missouri.
No one here knew about me being a twin.
Well, maybe one or two, but not a stranger.
I nodded, wondering who this woman was.
“I was your second grade teacher, Miss Meyers.”
Suddenly I remembered her well.
She had drawn a horse for Becky Jones.
When I said I wanted one she said she would make me one.
But the next time we came to school, she was gone.
Right after Christmas break.
She never came back and I never got that drawing.
I remembered her all right….
The Canine Palace in downtown Fort Meyers
is where every chic, rich dog retires
The most posh place around
for worn pug or old hound
Ten grand a week is all it requires

A great place to eat -
Call them up and order for delivery,
Faster than a leer jet in the City.
Call them up and they will be really speedy!
D o you want to eat now?
O scar Meyers out?
M outh salivating?
I ndigestion not found?
N o food been swallowed for quite a while?
O ff the hook comes the telephone because you are calling Domino's!
P lease can you deliver[y] to my house?
I am hungry and my stomach is meowing.
Z esty pizza I do smell.
Z ealous I am,
A sking you to come real fast!
Domino's Pizza is your best bet!!!
What else are you craving?
We have chicken and pasta bowls.
We will dish 'em up also.
Cinnamon stixs
Hot fudge pies
Sandwiches for appetizers
You also can get you something to drink.
Darn, I will bring the menu if I forgot something.
ah the rockin rolling seat ,
dem bowlaigs sure hard to beat,
when ya poking them ol dogies ,
heading home and life is sweet,
when the cattle are a grazing ,
and the sun is setting low,
an the night watch is stargazing,
a sweeter life i do know,
back when life was walking slow,
but then complete...

I have desire to excel. I have fire. I had desire and lost but bigger and better things
for me are ahead. I tried they failed. The queen still hails and will live well. Glad that
I'm out of jail. Still have desire to share my gifts with the world had the desire and
the fire since I was a little girl. I know I will be known around the world. The girl
from a small unknown city who never quit because she had that fire and desire that
would burn through many many many millions of Oscar Meyers.

[JULIA MEYERS]:
What have I done?
Why can I cry?
For it is the day my father died.
Why can’t I come?
Why can’t you stay?
Why must the devil crave my soul as his prey?
I lay my hand on your heart.
I cast my love with you beyond.
I look into your eyes and say
“I love You” or “You’re now safe”
I look to my mother
I look to my brother
They look at the corpse which shall be placed
I hold your hand. A tear falls on your face
As we lay you in the ground
I look for a sign of grace.
God take him home
God place him at your side
Don’t keep us here as well, there’s nowhere we can hide.
We must fight our fears.
The ghosts that walk through every door.
We must tell the evil that dwells
We Will Take This Any More!
[JULIA MEYERS]:
I crawl into my graveyard. I stand by freezing walls.
I try to trust my instincts, As I attempt to enter ghastly halls.
I see a face, it looks at me, and say to me “Im here”
I look away, then run away, but tell myself not to fear.
There are shadows on every window
Ghosts in every door
I cant trust where I am standing
But of myself, am I sure?
I look for signs of heaven
But only find signs of hell
I look into the mirror
And the past is hell as well
I know why I must die now.
I know why I must fade.
I must save my loving soul
From the devil’s deathly toll.
I know he’s getting closer
I can feel it in the air
God cast down your almighty hand
Because there are shadows everywhere.
I feel the pain.
I hear the rain.
I taste my death.
I gasp for breath.
My heart is beating.
My soul is heating.
My blood is boiling.
My lungs are swelling.
I walk into the graveyard
And sit in a gory chair.
And as I sit down, I look around.
And see those shadows everywhere.
[DEVIL]:
You think Im only fantasy.
You tell yourself im not there
You close your eyes and look away
Well that game is just not fair!
You know that I am watching
You think that it is done
Well I hate to tell you child
Your nightmares just begun!
[JULIA MEYERS]:
I know your just a haunting
I know your just a scream
Nothing you say, can turn me away
I will wake up from this dream
[DEVIL]:
This is not a dream, dear child
The fun has just begun
This is the longest nightmare you’ll have child
And its far from done
There is no other way out
You have no other plans
So take my hand, and into hell we shall dance

Let me go you vermin demon
Your game will forever be done
[DEVIL]:
What do you think you are saying you foolish child

The nightmare I wake from will be weak and mild

God I ask you, shift me through time
[DEVIL]:
I am your master

The pain keeps growing faster
[DEVIL]:
It’s finally starting!

No! Its done!

HA! Dear child! Your nightmare has just begun!
[JULIE MEYERS]:
Where can I go, and feel warm and safe?
Where on earth is there such a place.
There is so much I desire
When I see my past on fire.
New place, new troubles
I send my past away
New faces, new tumbles
Why cant the demons pass on with the day?
Why am I feeling alone?
How much darkness can be shown?
Where on earth will I be free
Together, you and me.
