Last night as I drifted off to sleep
My dream filled my mind with you
A dream so real I had to make a wish
That someday my dream would come true
We were standing by the waters edge
On a beautiful white sandy shore
We were lost in each other's eyes
I was longing as you craved for more
I wrap my arms snugly around you
And I held you there close and tight
As we watch the sun fall in the ocean
And the stars shine on our perfect night
After a while you turned looking at me
We both leaned in and our lips they met
Loves was tingling its way down my spine
I knew then my future with you was set
I knew that I had to have you forever
From now to the last day of my life
I had no ring but that didn't stop me
I asked you if you would be my wife
4 2 1 DEY B 3 CORD TIED
4 2 1 dey B 3 cord tied
My beautiful soul
My lovely one
The only love
We have the same Father
We're son, you're daughter
And we all three B 1
Highlighting the strength and stability God you and I
Holy cord that's bond we bind
That comes from unity and partnership, with God
For He's as third strand in a relationship.

English verse
The lifting of the veil
a revealing of all that was concealed
some see beauty, others bewail
regardless of feelings all will yield
the separation has begun
from the goats and sheep
everyone get ready for the arrival of the Son
some will shout for joy, others will weep
a metamorphous is taking place
the Bride is making herself ready
we are about to gaze into His face
for some the price will be too heavy
prepare the way
for the coming of the King
there is no more delay
the trumpets are sounding
and the veil is lifting

Your divorcing words rip at me.
Like a callous young boy
who tears the wings off
of a butterfly,
then throw
Its butchered body
into the air
and yells "fly".
Although I still my my limbs
my days and nights
are no longer beautiful.
Laughter hides in the strangest of places.
I laughed when she spoke, the sun's rays kissing her
Beautiful smiling, the lilt in her eyes
Betrayed promises of many tomorrows.
It's no secret that our life's been hard-- NO--
A betrayal of modest happiness.
And yet, I found joy. Laughter whilst walking,
Joyful moments of tender lovesickness.
I forgot sorrow, and laughed at clowns,
Awed at acrobats, and, entranced I watched
Fish and sharks, colors shimmering behind
Glass walled cages, swimming. It was a day spent
More of emotion than of my wallet.
My wife squeezed my hand, reminding me, “Love.”
I forgot sorrow, anxiety, and…
What was I saying?
The journey is beautiful as we stay together.
It is just the beginning, more wonderful stories to write together.
Our journey continues....
Finally, everything was made possible
From just 'You and I', to 'Groom and Bride'
By our beloved and precious families
We walked the aisle of the church with blessed smiles.
Friends and well-wishers, who always stayed along,
Who prayed and blessed our journey.
Grateful to everyone for being a part of our wonderful story.
Life is beautiful but the journey is no less than a rollercoaster ride.
Let's hold hands together and pass each high tide.
Let's make it interesting and cherish it together.
Two opposites, unknown of their fate,
Randomly surfed the wide internet before it was too late.
From one end of the country to the other end.
Scrolled and scrolled, like it was never going to end.
Oh! It was just a click, that's how we met.
From hesitant texts and calls,
To glee when texts and calls are received
And later turned to elation.
Oh! It was just a click; that's how we connected.
Excitement and nervousness just rushed
When we met for the very first time, we just blushed.
There was no lack of delight.
It's hard to forget that sight.
Oh! It was just a click; we felt something ignite.
Later, it turned into hope and positivity
The foundation is built on trust and love, togetherness and unity.
We met, the folks met, and the process went on.
And finally, we tied the knot, vowing to never be apart.
In happiness or sorrow, in light or darkness,
In beautiful times or ugly times.
We vow to share each moment together,
And walk through all the odds and evens together.
Oh! It was just one click,
That we found each other for life's sweet and bitter journey.
Rings
Love now
My heart sings
Our wedding vow
Will always love you
You make my life complete
By every small thing you do
With you, I never feel defeat
Beautiful one please be mine for life
With loving eyes, say you will be my wife
I will make a garden filled with delight
Hope and respect planted side by side
Our garden will thrive on love's light
Devoted faith grown with pride
Darling, will you accept?
I'm on bended knee
Promises kept
You for me
A plus
Us
I firmly attest,
There's no beautiful marriage in this world.
Only ordinary life,
Embarrassment in life,
There are ups and downs
Self-sacrifice, crying late at night.
Love puts on armor for us,
Let us have courage to face everything.
It was a memorable evening, bright
with my beautiful, charming fiancé
(once my wretched, tormented heart's delight)
near the old village of Fatheringay.
Drawn by the lilt of a whispery voice,
we found ourselves in a dark, rustic pub.
An inner misgiving questioned our choice.
A man served drinks from a hook on a stub.
After imbibing a strange, bubbling brew,
we dawdled the full moon-lit countryside.
In the lunar light, her eyes shone light blue -
mine, a phosphorus glow, like Mr. Hyde.
We gazed at the Hydra constellation,
where the Ghost of Jupiter nebula
somehow unfastened my reservation,
as its image fell on my retina.
That my grandfather was a lycanthrope,
and a mad cascade of serpentine thoughts,
this myriad of disclosures doused hope
(a demented disconnection of dots).
The vile dreams would slither back to their hole
too late for my near bride of eighteen.
The strong brew's effects had taken their toll.
My love was never again to be seen.
No, my true love was no more to be seen.
Love each other fully

May a man love you fully
And forever remain entwined
With a beautiful deep felt love
That shows your union Divine
May he shower you with kisses
With hugs and cuddles and warmth
May he remember that you're perfect
And be your companion and support
In times of struggle and doubt
In times of illness and heartbreak
To soothe and heal and rest
Your body, heart and soul's aching
And in turn may you be his strength
His courage and convictions
His compass and his guide
His mirror and intentions
That you ebb and flow with ease
That you grow and bloom and thrive
Together as a perfect union
In the imperfections made gold in life
Time will test your mettle
Time will test your hope
Time will test your patience
Time will test your coping
You'll need to choose each other every day
Show love and kindness and care
Remind each other with your actions
Your consistency and fairness
For when you love each other fully
When you're authentic and you're brave
You'll hold each other as you rise
Create a legacy of Faith and Grace

A whisper soft, a tender glance,
Like sunlight through the morning’s dance.
Your laughter sings, so warm, so bright,
A beacon in my darkest night.
Hand in hand, our hearts align,
Two souls entwined, a love divine.
Through every storm, through joy and pain,
I’d choose you, love, again… again.

I know that you forget, especially in Spring ~
That we do wear bright, gold wedding rings!
Do you hide yours in your tight, clinging jeans?
When out at night, chasing some hot, young queens?
I recall all the many, fiery spats we have had.
But for some reason, I let that go, I ain’t mad!
I still am blessed, you are handsome and alive,
And you are my beautiful dude, that ain’t no jive!
I know nobody be as good together as we.
Makin’ love, neath a starlit, scented Magnolia tree!
So I sit me down, with jasmine tea, and just be chillin’!
‘Cuz to accept you as is, I am more than joyfully, fully willin’.
