Can I borrow happiness?

Can I borrow happiness?
To help me heal my heart?
I used to have my own
Until my world completely fell apart
I promise I won’t taint it
Or send it back in bits
I promise I will treasure it
- I need it more than I care to admit
When sadness fills your world
Successfully kicking happiness out
You learn to fake a smile and joy
Whilst your head is filled with doubt
The mirror becomes your enemy
Your mind plays tricks on you
Your heart becomes a shell
No longer knowing what it should do
Can I borrow happiness ?
I think I need it for a while
Even though time with it is borrowed
I just want to feel a real smile

Creepy Damsel

See as she makes her move
Towards the end of the gathering
With this all eyes were on her as one we crave
So creepy the moves were as one so daring

In a minute she stole my heart
For an unreturned everlasting trip
Not to death but that which is called a black market
Yes a black market is it that in love it makes us creep

This love as a lad do lay in my heart
For the honour of the elderly
And to be well cultured in all endeavor
It's a bliss she creeps in that early

But her stay now has no favour
Hear me well you pretty
You've stayed this far in my heart
As you're placing me in the mold

Creepy oh creepy
As you nutshed me to loving you as a lad
Though favourable as lad but a stigma you're now
Stay away from me you pretty devil

You've hooked my heart and tongue to bow
For unknown cause amidst my peers
You're a worker of iniquity be far from me
Unto you I put my trust dear divine

To take the heart of this woman from me
And Grant me a heart of dear
This I pray and hear me dear divine!

Bitter Kiss

The bitter kiss
Forgive me please ahead of time
But I must write just one more rhyme
I gave my husband my whole heart and left for just awhile
But he was set on fantasy of a 20 something’s smile
Thus he left behind integrity, to surf the internet beast
And found a slew of young beauty’s upon which his eyes could feast
Then after it was over, satisfied, he walked away
Not thinking for a moment, the price we’d both have to pay
Of bringing forth rejection to his wife whose heart is true
And creating an atmosphere for wounds and scars to brew
Now humiliation is her covering as she desperately tries to heal
Yet her thoughts turn deeply inward to the fact that she IS real
She can’t compete with fantasies of boob and butt and thigh
Particularly as she is 53 and they are only 18 to 25
How do I heal, she asks herself, and what can I do about this?
She cries and prays and cries some more and then greets him with a kiss

Low Self-Esteem

Sometimes I wish I had more of a story to tell
A story of abuse or divorce
Sometimes I wish I could blame this all on hell
A story of true remorse

I'm not sure if it was my speech impediment
Or relationships based on lust
I'm not sure if it stemmed from my first broken heart
Or if it was just misplaced trust

All I know is I drown in my own demons
And they always win
I don't know if I'll ever know the reasons
I fall into sin

I always love to listen to their stories
Of broken hearts and broken dreams
I can't sleep till I see them through the morning
Silencing the silent screams

I love to push the pain away
Burying it for another day
I'm the first to reach out a helping hand
Even when I'm the one drowning
In the sinking sand

I'm not an expert on anything
Everything I touch seems to fall apart
I feel like I've been given everything
No matter what
Everything I touch seems to fall apart

God
Give me grace
Give me love
Give me something
I can be sure of
Because these drunken nights alone
I can't take much more of
I need your guidance
I need your grace
To save me from my

Low self-esteem

Low Self Esteem

The moment you comprehend that
No one is your foe, except yourself
You underrate your attainment
Hurl pebbles at yourself

Eclipse your sun because you feel jeopardous
You dread to be defamed
Yet yearn to be venerated
One advice:monitor two dogs or cats meet

Beyond the identity sniffing,
Eyes contact,tail-wagging to signify their status
Still remember above all
Status is more in the giving than the demanding

That acting modestly is far better
Than boasting in disguise
Remember a cat has done it ever since creation
Gazing deep into the king's eyes .

Low Self-Esteem

It squeezes all hope
Like something tied down with a rope
Giving one a name such as a dope
Alas! Who with this can cope

It makes a life journey very bad
Leaving one with a mind that feels so bad
Here a child isn't bold enough to call his dad
While any man would love to see his lad

Like an honour it bestows on man shame
Which stands in the way of one's fame
It disables the power of the mind as though a lame
Being hindered to play his life's game

Our progress it loves to bog
By defeating one's confidence through its cog
It's as wicked as a ferocious dog
Oh that it would fall off like a log

Once again, I approach the end of another talk therapy session,
and now my psychiatrist will share with me her benevolent wisdom.
"You have low self esteem most certainly. That much is obvious to me for sure.
It's an emotional disorder found most commonly among others like you known as losers."

Stuck By the Feelings of Low Self Esteem

You tell me I am beautiful
Why are those words so hard for me to accept
I swallow so hard
It is hard to believe
Low self esteem
Why cannot I take a compliment
I go by day to day
Feeling like well you know
The words I cannot express
Its just how it is
I am this
I choose to try to understand
To let you love
To trust
To let you let me choose to realize I am just a woman trying to make it on this
complicated land.

I wish you would
ease your hold
on me...

I wish you would
allow me,
to be who I really am...

I wish you would not sit
on my shoulder
and whisper in my ear
"you're not good enough"…

I wish you could disappear
and never find
your way back...

I know, I would be happy then
I know I would have
the courage to venture out
and reach for my dreams...

Then I know, I would be me,
if only I could rid myself of you,
low self esteem…

How can a girl so beautiful wants to be so ugly. She think because one boy says she ugly that
they all think that but thats not even the case.Maybe one day this girl will grow some
confidence. She think's because your hair is short and you wear weave that your not
beautiful. She think that guy's only wanna date her for the ass she have or, Ehat she can do
for them.Maybe one day this girl will learn that some boy's really like or love her for who she
really is not for what she can do for them. This girl is so beautiful she is very pretty and have
a great personality and great smile.Mz Low Self-Esteem I hoe one day you learn that you
should never let a boy or female bring your self-esteem or confidence down.If they dont like
the way you look or the way you dress then tell those ignorant females to "kiss you where
the sun dont shine" There is one thing you know fasho is haters gone hate, but you tell those
ignorant females or boy's you wasn't brought on this world to be liked.I hope one day you
will see what your family see's is that you are very beautiful no matter what any boy say's
