lopsided loose-lipped Louie
wanted to be called Dewey

People will think Huey, Dewey and Louie
I don’t care said lopsided loose-lipped Louie.

His sister was symmetrical like their dad.
I guess I could carry your clubs, said lopsided Chad.
People say it's normal for some part of your body to be lopsided,
not everything is perfectly symmetrical.
What if it's my heart that's lopsided?
I think it's because parts of it slowly fell away
After I entrusted it to you.
I tread so lightly
upon taut thread of being
holding back restrained
fearing failure ever poised
lopsided by threat reward
Such a lopsided affair,
are you game..
should you care
the heart
must,
at some point
perhaps at its weakest
trust.
No' oh nah..
I don't ask much,
your divining rod
for lust of men
or hope of God..
there's only enough
time
to find
each longing dependent,
resplendent
oh love, make me
yours
and you
mine.
He amended a heart he didn’t break,
His lips never uttered a lie,

When he sang, danced, spoke gently, and when he smiled,
My heart fluttered and was lost for a while
He makes my day when he looks at me and raises an eyebrow with a lopsided grin,
His foolishness makes my head spin.

His love is tender and omnipresent

LOPSIDED and SIDEWAYS
Severe blindness and handicapness
Of double mindedness
I can't stand
It pierce under my skin
Ever so deeply to leave no room for open discussion
Only confusion that leaves me with nothing
But lies to myself and unsafe untread waters
that fails miserably to quench the thirst of my true understanding of what is me
What is real
And what is trusted
Which ever so leads me
Unbalanced and confused
