Premium Member funny farm or loony bin

Funny farm or loony bin?
Depends what kind of mood I’m in
Mad house increases my lunacy
I take my pills and watch tv

Fall asleep, don’t care if it is night or day
The attendants are glad, I am out of their way
This asylum increases my natural lunacy
Weird attendants seem worse off than me

Premium Member Lulu My Loony Cousin Is Allergic

I am allergic to greens, so none of that will do.
It is my persnickety picky-eating cousin, Lulu.
But surely you are not allergic to lettuce, I say.
Oh, yes, and green beans and peas. The radish can stay.

What about Brussel sprouts?
I am allergic to them too.
She says this with a lip that pouts.
My strange cousin Lulu.

What about celery, you are surely not allergic to that.
Oh, yes, I am, she says, and probably your dog and your cat.
Are you allergic to my husband? I ask, making a joke.
Most definitely and chicken and ham; they both make me choke.

My husband rolls his eyes but scoots off to his room.
Leaving me alone with our impossible guest. She is such a loon.
Can you have chocolate cake? I ask her, in the sweetest way.
That’s about all I eat, she tells me, so merry and gay.

And I bet you eat bread, I throw in, looking at her girth.
I have eaten all the bread I can between here and Perth.
I hear my husband snorting in the next room, next to the TV.
How much more transparent can that man try to be?

Premium Member She Is As Loony As They Come

She is loony as they come, said the neighbors down the road.
The wife looked like a troll, her husband was squat like a toad.
I knew better, there is nothing crazy about sleeping outside.
In a few seconds, it would finally be the end of my long ride.

She came out to greet me wearing an apron and a smile.
I was getting worried, she said, I know it was many a mile.
I would have driven twice as far, I told my heroine, old Nan.
She was one of my favorite people, married to my cousin Dan.

I eat and sleep outside these days, she told me with a sigh.
The rest of the valley does not understand, as they come driving by.
But, she said, with a happy smile and a tiny wink.
Living out here has really helped to make them try and think!

Loony Toon Went To Moon In Bib Balloon

When we go to moon
we have been in big balloon
like a looney toon

memory applied
when river would open wide
had been at high tide

conducted caper
to become conservator
of her curvature

of time when in expanse
ended up splitting my pants
planting perfect plant

If you're loony and you love it clap your hands,
	(clap clap clap)
If you're loony and you love it clap your hands,
	(clap clap clap)
If you're loony and you love it
Tell those normal folks to shove it
If you're loony and you love it clap your hands.

Trump commits each sin
He belongs in loony bin
Also thin is skin.

See sober signs
Apt aim aligns

Lace loony late
Prune puzzles plate

Trace touching treat
Grand glitches greet

Brave brilliant blaze
Meet motive maze

Mad man musters
Craze creams cluster

Touch thought tacit
Toil takes transit

Imp inks instinct
Dance deeds distinct

Sorry state sighs
Crimson cheer cries

See stormy seas
Bright blessings be

Weary world weeps
Steal sloppy sleep

Worry wears wounds
Story seeps soon

Query ***** quaint
Stretch story strains

List lofty lines
Flesh flushing fine

Nude naughty niche
Ripe rousing reach

Curves craze creams
Drool dusty dream

Wise words wrestle
See sense struggle

Mull moving moods
Grab glowing good

Play piquant prime
Choose crafty chimes

Tell thorny tale
Sift simple sale

Move mindset moist
Hurl heavy hoist

Pry puzzling proof
Grieve grumpy groove

Little lots live
Piece private peeves

Prime private plan
Muse makes mad man

Lines loiter late
Dance dizzy date

Fuzzy free form
Nature nudes norm

Ply pretty pace
Finesse funds face

Cool creates craft
Deed dangles draft

Ask ample acts
Foible frees fact

Love language loud
Poise pickles proud

Limpid looks laze
Charm clever craze

Mix mellow minds
Free frozen finds

Soul sighing sleep
Kindle kind keep

Rich rapture rhymes
Treat troubled times

Fling frolic fierce
Ply pretty pierce
Trade thoughtful tears

Fashion feeds fame
Troubles try tame
Niche naughty name

Leave laughter loud
Pry petty proud
Aim art aloud

Sense surreal sights
Lines linger light
Freeze-frame free flight

Fear flavours fall
Grime gifting gall
Boom blazing ball

Curves crowding curls
Use urge unfurls
Soothe sensuous swirls

Take treasured thought
Nurture nice naught
Ponder prime plot

Make movement mime
Treat tender times
Rest rowdy rhymes

Live laughter's lease
Pain plunders peace
Etch encores ease

Love In the Loony Bin

Hearts in the way
Of what you couldn't see
Happy ever after
Or terror it could be

Running for the sunlight
When the moon holds on too tight
Its hard just to breath
And something isn't right

Why is love so broken
And found bleeding on the floor
Why are you split open
When you deserve much more?

Loony Birds

There are many birds in the zoo
Some are orange others wear blue
Some with polka dot umbrellas
Some with digital cameras
And some as loony as we two

Lightly Loony

Ok, I'll write a little ditty
sounding nice and pretty
and make the reader think
its all about a mink
when its really about a kitty!

Yes, I'll pen a little song
to hum all day long
making you crazy
whistling dedumdaisy.
Well, thats just totally wrong!

Anyway ... I'm feeling bored
so a little limerick I've scored
to cheer up my mind
and empty it of those kind
of words so sad as they're poured.
