A woman one day had a total makeover
she completely altered her body and face
But only one week after all the surgery she had
she found herself standing before God's pearly gates
She said Lord, "what's going on around here
You told me I had twenty more years?"
The Lord replied," I didn't even recognize you
and that could be the reason why you are now here"
What is the ultimate makeover? What is it that we feel we must change?
What are we really reaching for? What do we hope to attain?
Botox injections, breast augmentations, changes that require a surgical team
We sometimes take an extreme approach to obtain the American dream
Pimped out, tricked out the ultimate fantasy car
But without God in your life you won't get very far
The ultimate makeover what you really need in your life
Is to accept as your Savior the Lord Jesus Christ
We all have a God shaped hole in our hearts that only He can fulfill
And no makeover of your fleshly self can completely satisfy that bill
To live your life to the fullest extent you must makeover your inner being
For your soul is the essence of who you are the core that God will be seeing
Neither bulking up nor becoming slim and trim will to God make much of a difference
It's the grace, peace and serenity inside you that will change your outward appearance
So confess that Jesus is your Lord and Savior
and believe His Father raised Him from the dead
For your faith in the Lord Christ should not occur only inside your head
It's not just the consciousness of your thoughts It's how your soul accepts God
So drink of the blood of the new covenant of Christ a makeover transforming your heart
For true belief involves your whole being it's not just cerebral and intellectual perceptions
It's the heart , mind and Spirit of God that should be your personal inceptions
The ultimate makeover the ultimate transformation
Will occur when you accept Jesus Christ's resurrection and salvation
So be recreated with a clean heart renewed and born again
the ultimate makeover that comes from within
But if you continue to hold sin in your heart there's not much that God can do
And you'll have a harder time finding forgivingness if your heart's not contrite and true
So ask the Lord for peace and grace and let the Holy Spirit inside you take over
Be revived, renewed and born again the ultimate Godly makeover
DANCE, DANCE, DANCE
What’s that?... You have two left feet.
We heard that many times.
Why just sit there and watch?
How can we change your mind?
Of course, nobody has two left feet.
What is so hard in moving your feet?
Left, right, left, right for the men,
right, left, right, left for the women.
Come on, it just like marching.
You should be dancing, yes!
If you have not done so, start now.
Dancing is the best exercise, it’s fun.
It involves body and mind.
Dancing moves your body.
It challenges your mind to learn
movements, steps or patterns.
It also encourages you to socialize
for it connects you to others.
Dancing makes you sweat
and helps you reduce weight
for it’s similar to cardio exercise;
but a more subtle form of exercise.
Dancing is gentle to your body,
yet, it enhances your motor fitness or mobility,
improves your balance, increases your flexibility
and you develop agility.
Dancing promotes stronger bones,
tones and strengthens your muscles,
aids your blood flow and circulation,
raises your endurance.
Dancing is good for your coordination,
your lungs, your heart, your emotion.
It gives you vibrancy and energy
as well as a better memory.
Dancing increases your cognitive performance
for you gain mental alertness.
It uplifts you and inspires you
to develop friendships.
Wouldn’t you rather be having fun dancing
than put your body through a rigorous exercise?
You attain the same physical benefits;
you also acquire cognitive benefits.
You should be dancing, dancing, yeah…
for it’s easier on your body and better for your mind.

1MDB Walking Free
Talk about living charmed lives for some people in positions of power.....
The latest involve news of the latest appointments of certain financial figures...
News about President elect Donald Trump's handpicking of certain people..
To spearhead his primary rallying call to make America great again...
Looks to be a potential pooling of people linked to 1MDB unsavoury fame...
No less than 3 of his latest appointees are tarred with the 1MDB brush of shame...
The latter being of course undeniably the world's largest Ponzi Scheme....
Spearheaded by a well derided kleptomaniac who is mysteriously referred to as MO1...
MO1 is a Malaysian Official leader, who conspired with crooks, and siphoned off billions ....
In an financial scandal to involves investigation that requires no less than 8 nations..
Despite their dubious links to 1MDB shame through the company they once served ...
A most reputable, respected and established financial entity called Goldman Sachs...
Gary Cohn, Steve Bannon and Steven Mnuchin are 3 top notched economic advisers.....
Recently appointed into the incoming Trump administration as key treasury officers.....
Rivalling the considerable financial clout wielded by the office of the Treasury Secretary..
Will incoming Attorney General Jeff Sessions drop the lawsuits by the U.S. Justice Department....
Will he be advised to finally set aside the high profile case of pursuing financial justice...
To seize assets that were the result of US$3.5 billion that was misappropriated from 1MDB...
If that happens, people, remember this Bolehland of infinite possibilities...
If it happens, “Mr. Dirty” MO1 could suddenly become “Mr. Clean” Mahatma Gandhi.....
Hohoho...
With Santa Claus coming for Xmas dinner, what gifts are there for long suffering Malaysians...
More infinite possibilities from corruptible individuals, from here to the highly esteemed US Judicial Office?...
This saga of 1MDB being the source of various slush funds that netted billions for MO1...
Will justice be seen done in the long run or will money and power brokers prevail as one...
And we see history bear witness that even in the highest office in the Land of the Free...
Alternative possibilities can happen and somehow charm the corrupted into walking free?....
ABIHAIL'S SONG (MY MAN)
I stand under on terrain
Facing East,
my heartbeats
She cries out my man (I am)
It's my soul and mind listens for The Voice of the Winds
She cries out my man
So does she says I am
Unequivocally my heart beats passion for as I stand east
I receive the spirit flows
From my heart to hers
Through Father God I release Through my prayers in my mind
And my thoughts I release the love and God has given us
She cries out I am
I am hers my man
I release it to him first and he shall reciprocate
It I am her man
May the world understand
All the beauty of God
Soul so He cherishes
I'm in picture of a sweetened heart reciprocal she is the light that's Sparks I am her man she says I am She says always I am hers
Cries out of her mouth she says

The Journey of Souls
Dogs make the ultimate example
Of a conditionable being,
And my deaf-dog buddy
Old Pema the Pug is no exception.
Meanwhile Buddhists of all faiths
Believe reincarnation effects us all
And involves the journey
Of a soul through countless lives,
The idea of improving our lot
Being central to life’s meaning,
Improvement which comes from the habit
Of accentuating the positive and eliminating
The negative, combined with deep insight
Into our true nature.
One way to do this is through meditation
And contemplation in a mindful way,
But the point is, it’s up to each of us to do.
So back to my pug.
Like I said he’s getting old,
But he’s still a best friend
And I’m sure I mean the world to him too
At least in the basic fact of how he’s bonded to me
In a way that’s sweet but
Also unfathomable.
This morning as I worked on a project
Building some closet shelves in my study
He came to hang out with me
And of all the soft spots available
Chose to take his place
On my meditation cushion
A spot he has over the years grown familiar with.
And it strikes me as a profound
Yet obvious fact that his conditioning
Is leading him to not only follow me
In this life,
But to set a course for his future lives
To improve his lot
Whether he knows it or not.
Maybe at some point I had a similar mentor.
I did flash once on seeing the dark soothing inside
Of an ancient Tibetan temple
From the edge of a wide open windowsill
High above the valley below,
And in the moment recognized
Something of the heart, something familiar
A point of some significance
Now matured in time
To something vastly different.
And the thought occurred to me
Perhaps I was a small bird then
Attracted to the place, perhaps simply
By a morsel of food,
But in the moment heard and felt
Something much more significant
Much more substantial and transformative.
Maybe it was a million years ago
In a different galaxy,
Maybe it was just a lifetime or two ago.
What does it matter
To the dreamer dreaming this now?
Like for my pug
Pursuing his own self interest life after life,
It makes all the difference,
And eventually becomes self evident
To mean everything.

When we plant our gardens, we plant what we wish to grow,
Like vegetables and flowers are the seeds of we sow.
Then we tend to our gardens, nourishment, we feed,
Because we wish to reap the good from every little seed.
We do not plant in mind to destroy our garden bed.
We plant to bring forth fruit of good seeds, instead.
Part of our role as gardener is to watch for toxic weeds
Growing to rob our garden of all that our garden needs.
We do not plant our gardens with seeds that are destructive,
Because we know good seeds are the only seeds productive.
There would be no point at all or any valid, sane reason
To grow a garden where good fruits would not come into season.
As we grow our gardens we know they need sunshine and some rain;
We know some hard work involves some hardships bringing pain.
Yet, still we persevere through times our hope is in a drought,
If our faith in God is strong enough to keep the devil out.
In our hearts as well we grow a garden to represent our life
And what we plant and nurture both with joy and strife,
Produces fruit and flowers in our character and deeds
Or our garden is a place that produces only bitter weeds.
We each have a garden we must tend to, care for, cultivate.
As the gardener we decide what we grow, what we propagate.
We tend not others' gardens, only the garden of our own.
As the gardener we're responsible for what we grow, alone.
If with our garden we are lazy, with tending, negligent,
Our character will reflect our lack of time and effort spent.
Bitter weeds of darker traits and hate then begin to grow
And our garden's beauty fades away for the pride of our ego.
If we tend to and till our garden with tender loving care,
Our garden will bloom vividly with lots of Love to share.
Should a seed of Love land and grow in a bed filled with weeds,
Perhaps, the gardener of will then see what their garden needs.
So, if we choose to garden and plant seeds of Love,
Tend to our garden carefully with the same fruits of,
We can rest assured our garden will have worth and beauty,
Which our character will reflect for keeping with our duty.

It was you oh Lord
Who felt the pain
The likes of which
I could never endure,
For this vessel is weak
And I would certainly fail
Of this, I can be sure.
For you alone
Were meant to suffer
For a sinful world to see,
Oh what compassion
You must have felt
To give your life for me.
So as I close my tearful eyes
The Holy Spirit carries me away,
To that passionate moment
In our world’s history
To see what transpired that day.
I see throngs of people
All lined up
Along an ancient cobbled road,
And in the distance
There comes a beleaguered man
Carrying a heavy load.
He is hurried along by Roman soldiers
Who taunt him with their swords,
And it is obvious to see,
Who this tormented man is,
It is my beloved Lord.
For he is battered and bruised
Far beyond the capacity
That we humans were meant to endure,
And it was the pain in his eyes
That made me realize,
How strong his love was and how pure.
His muscles now burned with intense pain
As if pierced with a sharp hot dagger
Yet, he continued on with determination
But now, with a marked stagger.
That which was great beads of sweat
Was now blood that freely flowed
Down his face
As he came nearer to the place
Where he would pay the price
That we sinners owed.
He was nearing the point
Of total exhaustion
As blood streamed down his face,
The result of a painful crown of thorns
Placed there with intent to disgrace.
He no longer heard the jeering crowds
Or the foul insults they delivered,
And bravely continued his agonizing journey
On swollen bloodied legs that quivered.
He hung his head low
To avoid the rays
Of the intense afternoon sun,
And struggled on
As he heard his father’s voice,
“Your nearly there son, it’s almost done.”
As the procession reached the hill
Known then as Golgotha
And now known as Calvary,
I could hear her shrilled cry
It was our Lord’s mother, Mary
Calling out an impassioned mother’s plea.
Then for reasons unknown
This vision fast-forwarded
To the moment
When our lord gave up the ghost,
And perhaps the point was plain that,
“True sacrifice involves pain and,
It’s His death on the cross
That we should remember the most.”
I heard today
a corporate goal
"To free the world of cancer."
What I heard, instead,
"To free the Earth of human toxic nature."
Often rooted
in feelings of not belonging,
not being good enough,
not even fitting in sufficiently,
too toxic,
unbenign,
too loudly aggressive

as we are

I worry

Definitions Continued
Intelligence - Using wisdom, knowledge or understanding to discern intellectually, derive/create, contribute or correct.
Intelligence - "The manner (learned or intuitive) at which an individual conveys information to others"
"Music is lovely, persistent, sane, orderly and refined motion"
"With persistence and sanity, discovery(an impact) is likely to be in the making"
"Love is infinite (prolongs into infinity/brings infinity) whereas hate/greed brings (closer) an end"
"Imagination may come with limits~flaws, but it is the unraveling of truth/s that brings understanding~discovery~knowledge~wisdom"
“Intelligence is the capacity to understand (identify), and derive (create/generate/display) from truths/facts (display truth/fact)”
Intelligence – ability to derive/exhibit/understand something that harnesses truth/appeals universally/predicts events/solves/ blue prints/templates inventions
Intelligence (1)- The "manner" at which something is done. It consist of two processes: "The thought that propels the manner, and the manner that "may" reflect the way the thought is expressed .
manner - learned or intuitive technique or manner of expression/ the derivated manner of expression
Forms of Intelligence : Full Intelligence and Partial Intelligence.
Full Intelligence : Involves the deliberate or intentional reasoning that propels the manner at which the reasoning is expressed. The thought (intentional reasoning propels the manner). The thought initiates the manner in a creatively expressed way.
Partial Intelligence: Uses "Recepto-recreativity" a term I coined meaning retaining of information or steps/mode of doing things (algorithm) without deliberate reasoning. This involves a manner of doing things, here, the manner is exhibited without "necessarily" deep(intentional) thought process.
This is exhibited by quick "accustomation" to information (these may occur in people who quickly accustom to themselves to things easily such as reading 20 novels and narrating each very well) or people who cram information and regurgitate when needed.

THEORY
The truth is that we are the people of North America mixed by the blood that existed via the birth of a nation. We have no biblical presence as given. We are Social Theological Studies. No God was there for us. We became a government formed from earth. We are generations discovered. We are the blood matured and mutated from origin, immigration, and enslavement. We state our allegiance and our beliefs to a greater source. We are worshipers of The Unknown God. Although we may use the given epithet by the Hebrews, Jews, and Gentiles - Jehovah God Lord – this, to us, is the unknown God.
Physiology
1. A political-religious focus delivered through a Humanities model.
2. A socio-activist voice that will address the Humanities situation.
3. Social Theological Studies searches for a greater way that captivates the
mind and embellishes the soul.
Methodology
Through empirical research via a mixed method, Social Theological Studies will investigate our biblical presence as the formation of living via structure. Poetry and philosophy ethnography of ideals, beliefs, creeds, a family way (ethnomethodology), etc. will be composed through a multidisciplinary model, which involves and is a Humanities approach.
Philosophical Hypothesis
We did not evolve. We were discovered.
This is a casual model that represents two variables, which are discovery (to the creation of a nation) and evolution (our time of metaphorical evolution).
Holistic Perspective
As stated, we have no Biblical presence given. We are committed to this sense-datum of a nation (United States of America) origin and birth because…
Only through iniquitous content does a wrongful world exist or hold capacity. Thus, this hold true to a governess of a country.
Verisimilitude
The credibility and quality of this project are authentic in research via observation, interviews, case studies, etc. that semblance of truth refers to research findings that are consistent with occurrences in the ‘real world.’
