City light dazzle
In the eyes of man
However, nothing but the admiration
For universal radiance can arouse
The deepest of souls
A millennium of design
Bound together in blackness
Stretches world-wide
To join all as one
A galaxy of glittering sequences
Splatters of whitish streak across the heavens
At one instant a bright ball of fire
Shoot miraculously out of a silent block hole
Trailing earth bound
Only to mysteriously disappear
Illumination pours out of a spear
Suspended in darkness
Invisible lines sketch dotted pictures together
Telling stories of the unknown
As life itself flows through my veins
The divine energy encases the earth
Giving hope of peace and tranquillity
*** IMAGINING (a Devotion Series Poem) ***
My beloved, do you see my eyes
Approaching near to sweet tears
Whenever your intimate touch
Comes — as you brush my hair
or reassuringly pat me twice —
Before
proceding with the tasks at hand,
Leaving me to sit
here, mere steps away?
And, constantly
I begin to imagine
You standing apart from the hour
And purposefully, resolutely
You pass through the room
Into my vision
Of you returning
Through dimensions
To receive my longing…
Always
Stopping for an instant, a step away,
sensing the impetus
of our decades of love.
You go on to slide between me
and all the glaring lights —-
In slow motion —-
You incline toward me…
To fall over me…
Thus in my imagining, nearly
Every time when I see you
Away in your being
in the somewhere else of sleep,
I will imagine you nearing…
For that gentle touch
Through the walls aound my heart —
Even to the thought of us lying abreast,
Held in our combined warmth
As the rythm of our heartbeats pulse
— the one aside the other —
Tranquil

Thanks be to God
Like a bird you flew into our lives…soared in on wings so strong.
When you spread those wings you protected us.
When you sang…you comforted us with song.
Once you chose to enter our lives…as you glided ‘cross the sky
we learned from you of gracefulness…you taught us how to fly…
You’ve shown us without trying…as over us you’ve flown…
that every creature on this planet has a beauty all its own.
Like a bird you flew into our lives…and as we watched you soar
we realized our lives are better now than they have ever been before.
Perhaps that is one of the beauties of life:
The more we age…the more we grow
we realize our life’s enhanced…by everyone we know…
How everyone is beautiful…
How everyone is free…
How everyone is here for a reason
Everyone…like you…and me…
Like a bird you flew into out lives
and to you we were immediately drawn…
but life is unpredictable
and one day you were gone.
Gone in an instant…a flash…a moment
gone in the blinking of an eye
gone before any of us were ready…
which makes it hard to say goodbye…
But we will be forever glad we knew you
forever glad for your kindness and your smile
forever glad you flew into our lives
at least…for a little while.
Walking the coastline pathways
Cup of coffee in the local Café
Sitting, observing people as they passed
Checking on dress sense today
Shoes, where did they purchase them?
Spotted a homeless person
Shabbily dressed and looking unkempt
He appeared increasingly in the landscape
Popping up in unusual places, staring at others faces
Realised picnic area was his hideout
Sleeping bag, plastic bags, all neatly stacked
He lay asleep on the grass
Voices woke him from his slumber
Gave a glance, no words spoken
He walked the village streets
Locals giving him a wide berth
Clothing improving, including shoes on his feet
The gossip tree said, elderly people made him welcome
Winter set in, he lived in the cold of the picnic areas
Spoke of his life when sitting in our comfortable home
The conversation always finished with, such a shame
One cold winters evening, near Village shop
Aware of homeless person sitting nearby
Huddled, sheltering from the cold wind on a street corner
Decided to approach him, enough of wondering
Checked on what money I could offer him
When approaching, he stood as if frightened
Standing close enough to touch each other
The weariness on his face, in plain sight
Eyes met in silence, trying to understand what it was I wanted
Asked quite bluntly what and why
No answers forthcoming just a shake of his head
His eyes showed such torment, emotions surfacing
Never or ever again, such pain behind a gaze
Reached to place money in a tattered trouser pocket
A shake of his hand, done willingly
His grip was quite strong, as we exchanged this greeting
For an instant, a wry smile crossed his face
Realised that he was a young man
His face showed his daily survival
He spoke a thank you as goodbye was spoken
Walked away with his eyes following
The memories of meeting this homeless soul
Went on and on and even visited my dreams
Not seen since this meeting
Moved on, looking for somewhere else safe to stay
Positive thoughts of what he was doing
My imagination, what was life dealing him
As I stare into the wilderness,
a vigorous thought intersects my mind.
Deep emotions begin to ponder
all that was left behind.
In an instant, a loud cry echoes
from somewhere deep within.
The emotional trees are trembling,
just blowing with the wind.
Something about the ripples
throws my thoughts off course.
Why are the trees bending
as if they're showing remorse?
They stand partially together,
though some look ready to snap,
bending over from side to side,
yet somehow bending back.
Then I realized those trees are us,
standing through the storms of life,
carrying broken branches
from years of pain and sacrifice.
Some roots grow deep beneath the earth,
while others struggle to survive.
But even when the leaves have fallen,
the roots can still remain alive.
The wind represents our struggles,
the rain resembles all our tears,
and every ring beneath the bark
holds memories of passing years.
Life doesn't promise gentle weather;
sometimes storms arrive overnight.
But like the trees within the wilderness,
we keep reaching toward the light.
So when the winds begin to shake me
and I feel that I might fall,
I'll remember trees weren't made
to stand untouched by storms at all.
They bend, they sway, they lose their leaves,
yet somehow still survive—
because the wilderness taught me
what it truly means to be alive.
E y e saw you
in the loveliest
of dreams.
Your eyes met mine;
instant a t t r a c t i o n!
love bloomed like...
r o s e s.
I borrowed
love songs...
from the birds
and taught your...
s o u l how to sing them;
magical happenstance;
d r e a m....
to last a lifetime!

I know that's how death will come,
Suddenly flying into another orbit
when you are photographing flowers.
It's not a gentle transition.
No-one will know where you've gone.
One step wrong and you're.
off the high wire
And plunging into the no safety net.
Flying for a while;
Jumping into hyperspace,spinning electrons
Startle your grey eyes.
Transiting the new black sun
You're on a double gold helix,
Spider on your web,
Knitting furiously
Into the future heaven on gossamer wings.
Butterfly goodbye,I'm off to see the stars.
And the black holes. No one will come with me.
I'm shaking off,evaporating into mist.
I'm a flying saucer on a circus mission.
I can't say no to a new invitation.
Make it fast and break with tradition.
Time is passing smoothly till that break
In the music,I've been transmuted into a different key
someone else will play me on their violin
I'm a tune,
I'm a thought,
I'm a whisper in your vision.
Goodbye,darling.I'm under orders
Ready to leave for my performance
On the electric carpet.
Death dancing to a tune on a violoncello,
Arpeggionne sonata
I'm playing your words upside down
In a new foreign translation,
Accompanied by solo artists,ice cracking
I'm going in.It's too sudden.
I'm flying.
Spinning faster to amuse the clowns,
too many ups and no downs.
I'm going right out of orbit
I've broken the pull of gravity,
And fly with pure equanimity
Into my future life,
I'm off at some moment,
An instant ,a crack,a loud smack.
That was me passing,
Walking the local area coastline,
Cup of coffee in the local Café

Over my head - it went over my head instead - anxiety was my killer med
Lost in a fake love in a twirl of an instant; a desire and fornification that wanders off like fire, crackling in the dead of night - pondering when it's time to leave and just believe...oh I know I have faith, hope, cheer, joy, love and His Holy Spirit entwined in my soul, body and heart...however, I can't let go just yet and I bet I'll find the love in my life sooner or later without a flicker of fright or strife...I want to kiss your lips of XO's...and the blessed breeze begins to blow and it shows...I talk and open my eyes, hoping that I speak truth, not those silly little thing called White Lies
Understand that you're my minimum madness and I'm crazy in love with you, despite the bittersweet sadness - I'm glad I'm true to myself and I accept myself in my own skin...reject me not, crowd of happy faces...I have to tie my laces of loving-kindness and happiness!
Radiant flames ridicule my cooled off attitude of gratitude...I watch videos on youtube that make my heart stop and it makes me want to do choreography all over again like I did back in High School...rage, envy and lies are but for a moment in time - it's time for me, myself and I to shine - I got the spotlight right now...my ego is terrible and fantastic all in one package...but I don't give a damn! Give me your fame and fortune and I'll give to everyone - I love people, even though I might have social anxiety and yet, I'm still dealin' with bipolar here and there...my favorite number is 37 and my favorite shades are green and blue - what is your favorite number and shades?
