On golden sands below azure blue skies
I sensed, I turned and behold my eyes
Naked as birth from the sea she revealed
For moments before her charms were concealed
Curved shapes of woman now allure my thoughts
To touch her skin my desire to be sought
I stand before her, into those eyes I see
She, the woman of my life in front of me
To a rocky outcrop well away from the crowds
Our theatre of dreams allows sighs so allowed
On a blanket of tartan two souls in lie
Naked as birth below azure blue skies
Kisses aplenty tasting the breeze of the sea
Sensuous and delightful as she thralls thee
Her undulations so pure my fingers they walk
Emotions to actions loves language of talk
Two as one we become as we writhe in sync
Entering our world of passion, pretty in pink
Entwined, uncoiled as we respond flushed
Sighs on the breeze as our cove remains lush
Our loving rises in sequence to crashing waves
Two souls releasing their love that they crave
Excitement in us peaks, reverberating
The joys of he and she, in wonderful creating

Listen not a boy who stops to stare,
At your majesty and he says that hair!
And you say you are hungry and he gives dreams
And you ask him his heart and he sings you songs
And sometimes lookin’ at his lips shaping the words
Molding lies into beautiful lyrics
And you give him your heart and deny him reasons
Coz you think love isn’t a thing asking reasons.
Listen not a boy who calls you fair
His eyes all over you but the heart somewhere
And his dying eyes make you rare
And his beautiful lips make you the best
Getting you from nowhere to step on the rest
And there, is your heart dancing in your chest
But listen, my sister before you go fast!
Nothing is anything until at the last
Eyes in dream shall meet, as they lie on silken sheets
Where lips in moisten touch, caress in loving greet
Where hands address undulations, curved shapes of he and she
On silken sheets where they lie, in wonderful tenderly
In pause I kiss your lobes, you nape, your porcelain skin
Two hearts in tender touch, both welcomed from within
On the coldest of nights, we held in warm embrace
Our faces touching softly, in our private loving place
On separate lands we walk, but dreams can be the same
Maybe some day one day, we walk the same loving plain

I'm just fourteen years old, and a father I'll be
Around Christmas time, what a present for me
The excitment of puberty has now taken it's toll
I sit here lost in thoughts, a worried young soul
Responsibilities I now face to the challenges of life
Do I stand by my girlfriend, do I make her my wife
What if I can't cope, shunned by family and friends
To become another statistic, modern societies trend
I find myself very fortunate, I'm surrounded by kin
Whom their patience has been a blessing as I take it all in
My friends have rallied round, their support has been strong
It's having people like them, I'm fortunate to belong
December has come and gone, my daughters getting married
As I look back to fourteen and the trials that I carried
Many thoughts I had to ponder as I look back at my young life
The young girl whom bore my daughter, many years has been my wife

Every evening I come home on time,
I hug you and say, " How was your day? "
No smile, no affection, no greeting from you: you seem the image of clay,
but a resentful feeling, fed by suspicion, is ready to explode inside!
Staring at me with doubt, you'll soon turn into a freak;
I go to the kitchen to get a beer to wash the poison down...
when I get back, my cell phone is gone!
There you are! Curved up into the love seat
checking out all my messages and a particular picture....
angrily you say, " Who's that silly blonde? Your new lover? "
I fight back by saying, " Darling, have you touched another drink?
What is the meaning of these fits of jealousy? "
And vicious than a tiger showing her sharp teeth,
you get up to start a demoniac fight revving up your stupidity.
Anything that lies on the coffee table you throw at me:
a pack of cigarettes, even an ashtray that misses me by an inch,
by luck, I duck feeling like a grindstone turned by a winch...
I yell, " Damn you and your jealousy! " I shut the door and flee.
Wade through the love’s waters so shallow,
Both of us, hands entwined like a gallow.
Wade did she,
Wade did me.
Above our necks the furious waters rose,
Trod we together, steps softly with no morose,
Spellbound we moved without a care,
Deeper and deeper where no one would dare!
Trod we, further unto the middle we reached,
Realized she, now an early vow she had breached,
No further she could wade,
But bitter memories afar refrained they to fade.
Drifting by now so weak was she,
So clasped them eyelids so all she could see was me,
A time came on when a boat roared by,
A wave it created, it washed her eyes.
The heady din grown a was peaking,
Alas! Her dream was at an end that she was seeking.
The fingered band, beacon it began,
A time had come her life to regain.
Realized, she that moments spent in love,
Will fly away now like the dove.
Struck her like a bolt to her love away,
Will he take me home today?
Guessed she by now that the time was over for her space,
And on the pathway her love left behind in a cold place.
A now thinks she that dwells in another dimension,
Me, left aghast to brood and fate too cruel to mention.
Ghastly her act, all this land had never been,
People shun now me disheartened lover whenever I be rarely seen.
All I do is sit staring and gawking at the door,
For I believe that the path will bring her once more…………

The depth of my Love would be immeasurable, People would look upon this Love in Awe
Only once before has there been a greater Love, the Father and His only begotten SON
Romeo walks away from Juliet : embarrassed , Paris gives up Helen for he has seen a Truer
LOVE
I would put YOU on a pedestal held up by the warmth of my Heart filtering through the
Sunbeams
The Diamond stars, YOUR Tiara , A full moon provides the glow of Your Golden Gown
The Aroma of Roses, of all of the fragrances of nature, YOUR Womanly essence
My Heartbeats for YOUR Joy and Happiness, it flutters when it sees the smile upon Your face
My Heart cries in agony if it sees a tear fall from those beautiful light brown almost Hazel
eyes
And when YOU sleep I see a Renaissance Picture by one of the great Masters
If I was Yours, my LOVE, Heart, Soul, my Being would be entwined with YOU FOREVER

He wasn't such a bright kid,
big ideas filled his head...
my advice was always useless,
see him now in his madness!
He thought he was a genius,
flashing hundred dollars bills as fools,
and spending money on silly things,
he didn't appreciate their worthiness.
And worst of all, he quit his job as salesperson
and baby-sits his baby all day to prove his fatherly affection;
his fiance works nights to bring home the bread:
is this teen a responsible young man or a knucklehead?
An attractive young lady shouldn't be allowed
to work in places where temptations abound,
or where danger lurks behind the stools of a bar
as drunken customers can lure anyone and drive far.
Does anyone, sane as me, see this teen's foolishness;
and what your advice would be in a matter such as this?
Am I judging him wrong? Should I look away and approve
his naive thinking by helping him increase his criminal groove?

In the Sacrament of the altar
Lord meets us
Men and women created in God’s image and likeness
Becomes our companion along the way
In this sacrament
The Lord becomes food for us
Satisfy our hunger for truth and freedom
Christ becomes for us the food of truth, since only truth can make us free
.
With deep human insight
St. Augustine clearly showed how we are moved spontaneously
Not by constraint
Whenever we encounter something attractive and desirable
Asking himself, what it is that can move us most deeply?
The saintly Bishop went on to say:
“What does our soul desire more passionately than the truth?”
Everyone of us has innate and irresponsible desire for ultimate and definitive truth, the Lord Jesus, “the way, and truth, and the life”
Speaks to our thirsting, pilgrim hearts
Hearts yearning for the source of life
Hearts longing for truth
Jesus Christ is the truth in person
Drawing the world to Himself
The Sacrament of the Eucharist
Jesus shows us in particular the truth about love
The very essence of God
It is evangelical truth which challenges each of us and our whole being
The Church, which finds in the Eucharist the very center of her life
Constantly concerned to proclaim that God is love
Christ has become for us the food of truth
Church turns to every man
Woman
Inviting them freely
To accept God’s gift
On a summer night
leading me to my front door
you tell me you're leaving.
Not just leaving me,
but, from this Earth and your life.
Is this really happening?
No longer will you
hold me gently in your arms,
or kiss me on a hot night.
Why this news? Why now?
I have met my one and only.
I've lost my reason to breathe.
I will take this night
hold on to your warm arms
til you take your final breath.
(I chose 'Summer Evening" for my inspiration.)
