where in the World

Where in the world does satisfaction dwell?
Tempt a poor with money once.
He will let out such a wail
Dissatisfied faces gather in a bunch.

I witnessed those drowned in greed
Ones I believed were a symbol of sanctity.
Though terrified to question their creed
Yet I know without desires exist no entity.

I stumbled one day in a forest
When looked up, displayed a competition.
Trees shot toward the sun, leaving behind the rest
They stifle, subjugate and obstruct without hesitation.

Rivers yet are quite manipulating
They carve a compelling story
Once acknowledged as calmed, now invading
Eroded, shoveled and marked its territory.

Premium Member Untamed Instincts

If the base of the racing mind is unsteady
unanchored in the sliding dunes of the desert
in the corrosive surge of sand storm speedy
toward the sordid end untamed instincts dart.

The unbridled mind runs like a wild horse
breaking the shackles of the brittle sanity
reaches the goal making track by brute force
the basic instincts turn to base and vile entity.

The savage horse you rode to encircle me
threw me helpless in the vortex of squalls
I struggled long in vain to set myself free
became a mute victim of your feral impulse.

In the pace of desert storm you galloped away
breaking my fragile life into a heap of wreck
trying to rise again from the dust of dismay
I see the drifting dreams even while awake.

Disco Lights

See myself now in a crowd of darkness,
People are dancing this insolent nonsense.
Sweats are running all around.
Crazy lights are making loud sounds.

Stolen kisses are anywhere…
Obscenity is like everywhere.
Feels like I want to go out of this cage,
I don’t want to live in lights of wrong age.

Screaming out loud but no one hears me,
Lights are rolling but I can’t even see.
Chug this drink till I lose my mind.
Lost my entity and I’m trying it to find.

Wake up alone with all trashes on the floor,
Trying to recall while walking through the door.
I guess this is the end of a one short display
Disco lights is unbelievably sick, I must say

Ebullient ecstasy cascades in the rolling valley of time,
changes tenor with the reflection of the chromatic sky
on the parchment of delightful dawn and dulcet dusk.
On the sensuous cerulean canvas the emotive artist
paints the poignant panorama of the unseen dreams,
perceiving the lively spirit of self-ignored design unshaped.
Life then weaves the lilting lattice of vibrant euphoria.

The miasma of surreal trance envelops in perception
the dreams wafting from the obscurity of nowhere
in the furrows within sands of time, past and future.
With the multicolored strands of possessive passion
the mystique mind conditions the shifting sense of belief,
shrouding everything that seems dismally distant.
Life then loses the outline of faith in the abyss of emotion.

In the entity river flowing to the seamless sea of eternity,
the mariner mind sails free on the waves of rapture,
passing past the debris of the denuded wasteland banks,
across the broken bridges crumbling behind,
to be in the bay of bliss gleamed by the self-lit twilight,
suspended on the tinged fringe of the sunset horizon.
Life is then the luminous essence of identity called beauty.

Just how small can small-minded be?
Small-minded is that thing you see
That walks with small steps constantly
But goes nowhere you want to be.

Small are their own small-minded thoughts
That resonate from nil to naught
And traverse in small-minded ways
Self-centered trips through sterile days.

Small are the hopes and dreams they claim
Which lose perspective frame-by-frame.
It's just a small-time picture show
That demonstrates how less they know.

Short-sighted is small-minded's friend
like two absurds placed end to end.
They primp and preen to their content,
Nothing to flaunt - not gained nor lent.

And, small minds are far-sighted cursed
That go from bad to worse to worst.
For them far-sighted, heaven knows,
Is that which lies just past their nose.

The small-minded have egos too
But lose sight of what, why and who.
They rumble in small-minded ways
And shuffle through a self-made maze.

Some with small minds resolve to see
A "heads will roll" philosophy
But if they did what there would be
Is their own mindless entity.

The small-minded do not go far.
They like to think how great they are
But when it comes to finding fame
Just side show stuff - a no name game.

If you meet small minds on the street
Don't call them out but just repeat
Small minded's slogan of their ilk:
"Small-mindedness is Mother's Milk."

I care, I SEARCH FOR my REAL ENTITY
Throughout life like others, I was bound to pass
               through agitation and serenity.
All hindrances - obstacles to surpass.

               Enjoyed childhood, studied working hard.
Accessed success ! Blessed to reach on top.
Sometimes life ran smooth, sometimes faced hazard.
Sometimes endured failure : Effort went on flop.

In last phase achievements turned meaningless.
Post life entrance in a different stage.
How to play my role ? Sinking in darkness.
Book of After Life just showing blank page.

I care, I search for my identity
              WHETHER ME ENTWINED WITH DIVINITY.

                  success or failure,
                  achievements turned meaningless
                  in last phase of life.

I search for real entity, whether me entwined with divinity.

Mind marooned
in complex convolution,
obscurity singular
in each living entity.
The psyche silhouettes
unique elements,
to alien attributes
they won’t adhere.

The reserved recess
hides the riddles,
sub-conscious search
completely clueless.
Probing entreaty,
the preserve persuasive
of outside world,
can’t contrive
the forsaken mind.

A pining prisoner
of own making,
a crumpled cocoon in
introvert isolation,
I see subsided
all the faces fading
faceless in oblivion,
me wedged secluded
in egoistic web
of self-adoration.

My morphed mind
turns Nemesis,
makes a mirror
of mirage for me.
Gazing gripped,
lurching to the oasis,
it’s only me
I always see,
reflected radiant
from cobalt cauldron
of the luring lake,
confined content.

In self-veneration,
a pretentious perspicacity
of fake facsimile,
I notice Narcissus
in me lonely lurk.
A secret switching
over to obsession,
specter senseless
lies latent,
languishes listless
beneath brazen layers
of arctic acuity
in the dark,
frozen…

Entity of the Forest

I am at your mercy, entity of the forest,
Longing , burning to understand your hostile ways!
For it is merely a moment in time,
Bound by your strange presence,
That I realize you are much more than what meets the gaze,
Of every endearing fright,
I understand your heart of night!

In wonderment of your wander,
I have reached this time lag into your life,
In the hellish furies that you do tame in your mysterious night...
I have felt the fears of your past waking life,
Your journeys into time spells of loving lost array
I never knew I would meet the eyes that now do stray,
Into futures you have always known,
For you travel into zones one would be lost in forever...
Though I must merely hope,
That the future you see in me
Will lead us both to trust, willingness and sympathy...
To words with meaning,
To illusive fears melting into understanding,
Your bindings soon shall loosen from me,
So that I may bind you with loving embrace,
And eternal assurance that in this world, alone
You shall never face....

Premium Member To Albert Bandura: I Wish You Knew

I wish you knew the depth of knowledge gained
How instrumental are your thoughts to me
Through teaching what I’ve learned, I have been trained
To revel in my self-efficacy

Attention and retention play a part
To reproduce the model, I am keen
And motivation soars above the chart
When victory is felt and also seen

To read of you in books and realize
Your thoughts have left a mark that will abide
Like you to deepen learning is the prize,
I’m longing for, and I won’t be denied

Vicariously, I live within the realm
Where knowledge is a living entity
A place where greats like you stand at the helm
where life-long learning’s our identity

I had to pen these words, to let you see
That I admire all the things you’ve done
Your brilliantly well-thought out theory
Is why a place in hall of fame you’ve won

Savior

I am damaged,
Ravaged,
Mismanaged,
Dismantling the old,
Life was growing cold.
Scolded by the heat,
I cant feel my feet,
Admitting sweet defeat.
May i eat from your table,
I'm barely able to rest.
Is there another test?
Pestered by the enemy,
It was within my own entity,
Hurting what I couldn't see.
I damaged the best of me,
Ravaged a perfect body,
Mismanaged my priorities,
Quietly waiting for the end to be.
Please forgive me my friend,
I hope there's time to mend,
Bending time to start again,
Doing better where I can,
Striving to be a better man,
Everyday sticking to a plan,
The human very resilient,
Sentient,
Heaven sent,
We represent our creator,
Changing now is better then later,
You are your own Savior.
