It is Valentine's day and I find myself brooding
as I sift through thoughts both perpetual and
disquieting;
I watch the crowds as they piously enter the card
shop for that sanctimonious day of love and passion
What do I know about love and the hunger games?
Life has sent me a series of boyfriends that go
swifter then they come. Leaving me in transient
motion and rocking frame.
No, I have no reverence for that clamorous day
of cards, blue mascara and silk slips that throne the
bedroom with sensuous hips that swing in fervidness
and lust;
I refuse to be his middle pass. Lost in a disquietude of
feverish resentment I cling to the fantasy of saving
grace and heroes of the past that show amorousness
not with fired loins but through chivalry & courtesy;
Yes, I thirst for the good old days of longitude and time;
The vehemence of my strong belief originates from past
histories that repeat without empathy and give;
No effervescence of full boy will ever claim my heart
except the love of a true one nothing else will do;
In this day and age of texting and sexting, glass tap
messages pale in my arena of love. I'd rather live in a
castle of fairy tales, then in a world of veneration to
to the holy bod and boob.
So on this Valentine day I will part the valance of doubt
and hope that I can find someone who can truly be mine.

YOU ARE MY LOVE
You are my unique queen ever green, my peerless perpetual princess,
my devotion, desire, dedication, reverence and veneration.
You are my dormant dream, bright beam shining my soul.
You are my devastation, my hunger haunting me in disquietude.
You are my emerald emotion, pearly passion piercing heart in fervidness.
Romantic aroma roaming on ardent ardor charmed by your charisma
I yearn to be drenched in amorousness to quench my thirst
perchance on glance of your elegance.
My bubbling blood in flood emitting effervescence in vortex of vehemence.

O! Break! Break! Break! My Hardened Heart!
Be shattered by Love,
And let all your disquietude be shaken out of you, like candy out of a pinata!
E*very time you sacrifice something lesser for something greater, that is Love
From the beginning, nothing you were taught will ever matter more
Find in your heart the beginning, then work Love into practical things
Erupt! With Joy! At the presence, near, of the Beloved
Receive Her as though this new day will be your last
Veneration may be for sillies or fuddies but DO it
Elopement is all the way for the strong of heart
Sight fails, and then the hands learn to know the face of the Beloved
Crying verses with bell-like tongues fly out of those who yearn for Love's Purity
Energy-in-motion is never big enough or beautiful enough to sing Her Name
Near-to-Death, no heart, ever, does not prize it most
Clearly, clean clinical classifications cloy, clot and clutz the fervidness of Love
E*very time you sacrifice something lesser for something greater, that is Love
And now, to the subject of reverence…
When her body is a holy temple before you,
When you must wash your hands and feet and face before you approach her
When you joy to fluff her pillows or your breath catches, when you touch her
face,
When all of her is Divine unto you, and Delightful, and Dear
THEN
That is the beginning of Love!

* NOTE: 'effervescence' is spelled out, like in an acrostic poem

VOLUPTUOUS OUTLOOK
Have you ever seen?
the dark side of my face
If so, you would not aspire, my love
Take a different angle
and look inside through my tempting eyes
then you will see
My carnal desire concealed underneath
I am a voluptuous creature
My sense blends with deception, eroticism,
and evasive love
Be vigilant and make use
Your genius, brilliance
and act before flying the decisive moment
I am a genius of amorousness
fear, hate and protest
filled with selfish sex temptation
put up with your wisdom
and courageous will
If I were the only jackal
who targeted looting your virginity?
I am the lucky dog and I will not give up
this tremendous opportunity
I see disdain, fear, and hate
in your body language...
Although you are a charming flower
I don’t mind it
I see your body
as a sensuous lure
I cannot waste the chance
scanning your beauty
Your lustful lips and blooming breast
twittering like leaves in an autumn gale
the moaning sound of the inner throat of you
inspire my temptation
Before the thunder
silence waits out after lightning
If you stay looking for
care, justice, or sympathy
I will attain certainly my wish
Why don’t you fly away?
just like a she bee!

Barely eight and avid of pure spirituality,
I frequented the garden of a monastery
with marble statues reminiscing their glory;
silent eyes of cold stone--their untold story.
In this cloister, pious nuns tended to infants
with bony cheeks and lips like cracked soil,
those not in danger, never heard bells toll.
Beautiful babies abandoned by young mothers
with bawdy sins, they left them in cotton cloth--
succumbing to guilt that divested them of worth.
Then the holy sisters* lifted them to the Lord's angry face,
He should have cursed the wombs of deliberate disgrace!
He knew the tiny angels were betrayed by Earth, not Heaven;
such was the loudness of their screams emitting horrendous pain!
There love, piety, tenderness and prayer coesisted so well;
growing much stronger--they gathered under the tinkering bell.
I returned after ten years of missed enlightenment,
they looked sharp giving off a glow of amorousness;
they recognized me and displayed sheer excitement,
their souls had found calmness--hearts of sacredness.
* Holy sisters: nuns
Silent mundane tranquil life takes a sudden lurch.
In fervidness of Big Bang, fiery whirlwind takes birth.
Like an untamed wild deer, two souls are set on fire
In cold callous chaotic world, love tips over, lights a chandelier.
As effervescence entice blood in champagne, inhibitions sink.....
He is so irresistible, blissful, charming, safe...
She is so soft, beautiful, electric, stunning....
A plethora of adoring, love tips over profound reverence.
A constant thirst kindles the thrilling hangover
The hunger is so strong to indulge in each other.
Infected in disquietude of his air, she destroys feminine silence,
Two hearts in jukebox, love tips over esthetic resonance.
Amorousness of desire bathed pure in veneration,
No longer ashamed in vehemence of embraces.
A perpetual panorama, every minute of every day...
A restless wave tips over, touches the shore to say.....
................"I AM IN LOVE WITH YOU".............
Two stars in the night sky disappear together....
May symphony of lights play, in their tangled path forever.

Sometimes when my darling has had to be away from me,
night’s shadows encase me and I’m assailed by disquietude.
Closing my eyes, I conjure up the vision of my love,
and I put myself with him inside this vision
as he watches me with reverence.
His dark honey eyes draw me in
deeper and deeper, and thus it is. . .
my thirst begins.
I immerse myself in the warmth of his delicious gaze.
I touch with veneration the olive of his face - that sacred place
wherein his beautiful brown orbs so softly glow.
I read in those sweet eyes his growing hunger!
Our lips touch – tenderly at first with a long smooth kiss
until our bodies touch. . .and then
with fervidness,
I’m swept up by the vehemence of his amorousness,
rippling wave upon wave inside his ocean of effervescence.
And when the waves subside,
there is a calm.
My disquietude is gone; I fall to blissful sleep,
knowing that very soon
all that I’ve envisioned -
the eyes into which I sank, the skin I touched and the mouth I kissed -
will be much more than my imagining. Like the ocean -
passion’s waves rise and fall again and again for me and him.
Our love is perpetual.

A tender smile, a fleeting glance,
Eyes that meet to touch the soul,
A beating heart, a breathless breath,
A deepened sense of something whole.
(A tender smile, a fleeting glance),
A need to please and give of self,
(Missed beats of hearts and minds in trance)
To share all things of mind and heart.
(One feels a sense of something whole),
With openness and sweet surrender
(Rest warm and soothing in the soul)…
And of the whole become a part.
(Outshining aura’s brilliant glow),
A touch of closeness and of warmth,
(Upsurge of passions soon bestow)
The radiance of inner glow.
(Strong flowing currents charged with fire)
Bathe in light of endless aura,
(Now fanned and fed by love’s desire)…
A current charged with endless flow.
(Emboldened hearts combine to share)
To feel another's joy and pain,
(Surrender fears…lay each soul bare)
Two beating hearts, as one, to care.
(Soon bond as one, their love declared)…
And of the thoughts that words can't speak,
Two open souls, in silence, share.
To speak of love through word and song
Is at its best, mere child’s play,
In contrast to the silent prose
That heart and soul, through love, convey.
